Domino's Pizza in Newport

People were very helpful but the chicken parm and chicken Ceasar salad were terrible.

I order a lot of pizza from this dominos for my business throughout the year and today I had a $51 order. They forgot the salads and the driver said he would go back and get them which was not a problem at all. After 45 more mins he never returned so I called. The woman who spoke to me was certainly not apologetic for the mistake but instead was rude and actually hung up on me when I was trying to understand why they would not work with me on a discount. So I called back and spoke to a manager who was almost just as bad. Instead of apologizing and stating she could not give any credits if I still wanted the salads she too was rude and abrupt. I truly would have been fine with no credit and getting the salads but it was the horrific attitude and unprofessional manner these ladies used. I will not use this establishment again

Worst Dominos Pizza store. The employee said to me have to wait more than 30 minutes to place the order, then will take order. Seriously! Thats not Dominos operation model. There is also another closer Dominos store, should go there but not here.

I have to say that the staff there were very helpful and friendly. However, I wasnt very happy with my pizza or cheesy bread. I had ordered the Philly Cheese Pizza, theyre was such a small amount of steak that I thought they had forgotten the steak completely. I also asked for NO peppers and I had ALOT of peppers. 3/5⭐

They were fast and gave me a coupon,and the Brooklyn Pizza was the best. People there very courtious ,Dont forget to tip they earned it.

We ordered pasta bowls for the kids. My girls love the chicken alfredo pasta. We picked it up this time but we have done delivery as well. This location is usually pretty fast and most of the time they get the order correct. Delivery drivers are nice too. We love this dominos. I love the delivery tracker that tells you the process your order is at. The rewards are nice too, free pizza just for ordering food you wanted anyway.. win win!

Placed an order to our hotel room and clearly stated our location….. delivery driver decided to cancel instead of simply delivering to the location. Simply lazy and ridiculous

This Dominos is one of the best stores Ive been to. The food is great and every since the new management took over its in my top fave places to eat. They are very clean and friendly. They do not mind correcting any mistake made if its on their end. Thing is, they rarely make mistakes.

This new company rocks... customer service is superb and food is great. Cleanliness is next to godliness and this place must be heaven sent. Cause this food so good that gluttony is why Ill have to repent. Try it out and see for yourself!!

This place definitely has new management. Service was great, timing was great, quality was average on the pizza, above average on the cheesy bread. Definitely more grease than usual. Parking lot still a pinch but not an issue. Would reccomend to everyone looking for that quick bite to eat Friday pizza location at a cheap price.

Order showed up two hours after order was placed. Order was missing items AND was cold. Attempted to contact store and no one answered the phone. Completely dissatisfied.

I would say you get what you paid for, but this pizza and soda cost $26. I ordered and pepperoni and pineapple pizza. When it was delivered, it was left on the door and no driver in sight. As I walked out to see if my pizza was delivered, the drive called my phone to tell me where he left it. As you can see from the pictures, I had to scoop my pizza with a spoon to remove it from the cardboard box as it was grossly stuck to the cardboard. The pizza was cold and had a wet feel to it. I dont know how to explain the quality of pizza, service, and email I received today. Without even calling the store, I received the email (screenshotapologizing for the terrible service. I’m confused about how they recognized the order was trash and allowed it to go out without correcting the issue. I live 0.6 miles away. When I called to discuss the problem, I was hung up on three times. DONT GO TO THIS STORE! I will have a hard time going to Domino’s again.

The pizza has improved over the years. This is my go-to for pizza as other local pizza places have lacked quality lately. Decent price as well. The app is very easy and convenient. Order arrives very quickly most times, hot and tasty. Personally I get the pan crust every time. Totally worth it.

Bryan will always get it done. Honestly I dont know how long he has been manager.. but before everything was a issue. Since I started seeing him. My pizza 🍕 has been perfect. And if not he corrects it.. and makes us feel like we as customers are important.. thanks Bryan

Order was in the oven easily within 5 minutes, even though the toppings were very specialized! I ordered at 4:30 on a Monday, which I’d figured to be a busy time, but if it was these guys sure didn’t show it! The delivery woman was prompt and very sweet, even put down a pizza pedestal so my order wouldn’t get sandy and socially-distantly thanked me for the nice views on the drive down! 10/10 would order again

Tried to place an order for delivery, the dude on the phone kept cutting me off so I would have to repeat my order multiple times and he was still getting the order wrong.. even to leave my phone number was difficult. After the struggle of ordering and everything, they told me they couldnt deliver to my location and hung up the phone. Mind you Ive ordered delivery from here multiple times before..

I know you get what you pay for when ordering from these big fast food chains. But you’d expect an equal amount of recompense and customer retention shown towards dissatisfied customers when situations arise.Here are my complaints. The size and portion of the chicken pasta has dwindled. I can assume this is because of their pursuit of quantity and not quality.Secondly the monotonous dead hold I was left on by the associate at this location was absurd. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted and maybe this locations manager should talk to their associates about how to handle customers that are dissatisfied. I will never spend another dollar at Dominos and will go to Antonio’s or A1Pizza with my business henceforth.

Very disappointed. Ordered a Pan Pizza, Thin Crust and Wings. Had to cook the pizza and wings again when I got home because the dough was still raw on the pan pizza, and the chicken wings werent well done as asked. Slices were also unevenly cut, by ALOT. Thin crust Pizza was unevenly cut as well and toppings only covered two thirds of it.

A perfect food order experience. The staff are friendly. The place is great. I got my food made correctly. I ordered parmesan bites with 2 sauces. Job well done.

I honestly was decisive when my friends recommended Dominos after a late night but after ordering here my whole opinion changed solely based off of this one location. First off the gentleman taking my order over the phone was very approachable and help me while making my order with a great positive attitude. After... my order arrived perfectly ontime and the delivery driver was professional and didnt mind I made a mistake on the directions and kept a very professional demeanor after the confusion. But the food was even yummier! Parm bites were fresh hot and cheese as desired and the pizza was prime..honestly best Dominos Ive ever had. !!

Im so happy right now. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and OMG your parmesan sauce is fantastic. Best ever period. Seriously weve had it from other great places but this is the best. I couldnt be happier right now thank you Dominos!!!!!

Worst place for service. Placed an order for delivery which I clearly stated and asked from where I am located if it would be an issue. Waited two hours for workers to lie to me about my order being on its way. Then later being told it is already made and set for carry out and will be sent for free instead. Then called again because that too was a lie and was apparently, never put in to be made. Then was told I had another 40+ minute wait as well as paying extra. That is ridiculous.

Consistency is NOT their strong suit at this location. Today the pizza I ordered (hand tossed with light saucecame with regular to a little on the heavy side with sauce and extra cheese (did not order or want extra cheese). The failed to deliver the Parmesan bread bites and the driver had to go back for them. What I really got was seasoned pizza crust cut into smaller pieces rather than bread bites. It wasnt even cut all the way so you could clearly tell this is what they did and the bread wasnt really given a chance to rise either. The Alfredo sauce on the pasta could have been heavier but at least the marbled cookie brownie wasnt burnt today. The person who made and checked my order was Chrystal and the delivery driver could have been a little more friendly/outgoing and apologetic for forgetting the bread bites in the first place.

One of the hardest dominos to order from. The food tastes great, if you get it, when you get it, if they make it right. Have had 2+ hr waits on deliveries. Have picked up a pizza ordered with extra sauce, have no sauce on it. Have been told my order was ready and it hadnt even been through the oven when I got there. I think its a bigger issue than just management, seems more like poor ownership. The managers have really been apologetic and credited me a pizza or given me half off and such but this place is poorly managed overall.

Consistently poor delivery service of orders made both in advance for a large party and personal household orders. Wait times of 10 mins or more on the phone to rectify and little help from management other than to remake or send the order well after the appointed time. While I can appreciate that offer, when there are kids and/or large numbers of guests involved that is not terribly helpful

Food was made to order & tasted very good, store was exceptionally well kept. Tables & floor were very clean. Recent order was all sorts of late by over a hr ,then it was wrong pizza order. So in a nutshell we waited for an hour and 35 minutes for it.

Consistently slow. Order is hardly correct. Waited 2.5 hours with no courtesy call. According to the tracker my order had been ready for an hour and 45 minutes. People are friendly.

Before our last 2 orders I would have given 4 or 5 stars, but we have had problems 2 times in the last couple weeks. The first time we got the wrong order and were charged the wrong amount. Took a hour and a half to get the correct food. Tonight the app said our order was ready, but when I went in to pick it up, I had we wait about 15 additional minutes. Also the pizza is a complete mess, not remotely cut in even pieces. I think we are done with Dominos.

We usually order from here because they’re usually pretty good. But we ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni/sausage and two drinks, and recieved a small pizza with only pepperoni and no drinks. Hoping they pay more attention to details next time.

All I can say is WOW, when did Dominos become this good. Ive always had Dominos pizza but Ive taken a break from them for awhile and now they have me saying holy ____! The pizza is always hot, crunches where you like and the flavors come together like its your favorite song. This is true for their cheese pizza to specialty pizza or whatever combo you would like. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly, and all their food is consistently very good. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because its a chain restaurant, other than that, give em a chance and I think you will be saying holy ____, I cant believe this is Dominos! Happy pizza eating!

Surprisingly, good. After years of dominoes not even being a consideration and at a friends enthusiastic reccomendation. I decided to try it again. We were pleasantly surprised. I like the thin I believe "brooklyn" style. It has been a little over a month and look forward to our next pizza,as its FREE.!!!While using the app is quick and easy. An incentive for doing so is the 6th pie is Gratis!!After years of boycotting its nice to see a chain turn around and improve. Service,technology and product have come together making this an affordable,quick,efficient experience the dangling carrot(free puzzaus also an incentive that makes dominos a contender again!

The tracker said up to 54 minutes for pickup. After an hour and a half it said it was ready. I still had to wait another 25 minutes because it wasnt ready. The phones were ringing constantly and the staff was mostly ignoring them. I got not so much as a sorry for the long wait and false tracking. Terrible customer service. The pizza was good.

Good. However, One pizza was ordered with pepperoni and italian sausage came out with pepperoni and bacon instead. First time ever I got wrong toppings, but maybe because extra busy during a football game

This Dominos needs to step it up.I order from this location time to time.My pizza is almost always below standards. They almost never seem to cut the pizza through and I have to rip the slices apart, most whole slices of pizza wont even have a bit of the topping I ordered on it. (whole pizza should have pineapple, but tends to have 3/4 with toppings and some have 1 pineapple tidbit.I am even now waiting on a pizza I ordered over an hour ago with the pizza sitting out of the oven over 40 mins. Drivers at this location can be heard picking which deliveries they know that tip more than others. (I called in to complain. Im paying with a gift card so they assume no tip.I have complained in the past and honestly afraid to anymore because it goes back to the same problems. The above named, plus they often forget my soda or the side sauces I pay for and have honestly said to me "Do I have to go back in get that?" Followed by waiting another 30 mins for another driver to bring me the sauce for a pizza I finished and the soda.*Happens too often!

The delivery was very quick. However, the chicken I ordered was not correct. I ordered the crispy bacon specialty chicken. What i received buffalo chicken specialty chicken. Instead of being so fast, maybe make sure the orders are correct...

Standard dominos. When we first ordered delivery it would take 1 hour plus sometimes, even though we live less than a mile away… after ordering enough and leaving a decent tip our order comes within 20 minutes most times. Pick-up orders are definitely the way to go though.

So I placed an order at 443pm, email said would be 27-37 minutes, so I check the tracker online and at 453 said pizza was out of the oven so I’m think great that’s pretty fast! And I waited and checked again in 10 minutes nothing .... finally at 525 it said someone had left with my food ( sooo guess my food sat for 30 minutes ? I finally get my food close to 545 and The nice lady didn’t even have change on her said she had to go to her car for it... so I trusted her and she did come back still weird, so I go to eat my pizza and it’s luke warm ... like why have my food sitting out for 30 minutes ? Been awhile since I have been stateside and had dominos and was really disappointed with this shop

They have never gotten my order wrong however, if you want it warm (notice I didn’t even say hotthen don’t get delivery. Ordered my pizza at 5:45pm and didn’t get it until 7:40ish. It was cold and depressing.

Yikes, I dont know what they were doing today but I could have walked to their location, round trip, a half dozen times before they finally delivered. Over 2 hours...just 6 blocks away. According to the "tracker" they made the pizza, it sat for over 45 minutes. They made it again, and again ti sat for over 45 minutes. I should have just picked it up after the first round of excuses. Yeah, theyll give you credits, etc. But how about just delivering on time?

My girlfriend is banned here without anyone able to give a reason why, everyone just tells her to use a different phone number. She has never worked for dominos or even confronted them about anything. On another note, tonight I ordered pizza, and when I arrived they were on the phone. Thats alright, I waited, and was given half my order and half of someone elses. When I stated this, he told me to hold up, and answered a call. A few minutes later, a man folding boxes on the counter next to him looked at me, and I explained what was wrong and that the pizza needed to go back in the warmer for the other customer. The male on the phone who originally served me then got off the phone, explained "Jesus Christ!" Loudly, and stormed off to get the order right. When he came back, I didnt get any greeting or farewell, and left very displeased. I am a very nice person, and there was no reason to be treated this way. This dominos in particular has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Poor customer service for sure.

We order from here a few times a month, sometimes weekly! Weve yet to have a bad experience. Our pizza is regularly made to order and is so yummy! We live close so we always carry-out and the staff is nice and polite each time we visit.

Excellent pizza. Horrible wings, threw them away. Hot sauce did not cover wings completely so we could see the greyish color and they had a bad odor we made the decision as a group to throw them out after smelling them. Ranch dressing was warmer than the wings. The soda was excellent though.

Ive ordered from this dominos a few times now, and none of my experiences have been good. The first time, they didnt put cheese on my pizza, the second time, they didnt put any sauce at all on when I asked for "light" sauce. The third time I ordered some BBQ chicken wings, and they gave me food horrible food poisoning (and yes, Im sure it was from the wings). I was very disappointed by this; I definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.
