Love their wings...pizza is okay.

Its not as crowded as that other pizza place and the pizza is less greasy.

Food was nice 😋 price kinda high tho 😂

Its was ok.. time management was go.. they say 20 minutes its was ready within 25 to 30 minutes

i dont like the attitude of the riders thinking they have an obligation to a tip.. I’m just paying for the service and my food. Additionally, what is with them not having the means to call when the order arrives? This most recent rider was shouting on top of his lungs “HELLO, PIZZA”. I live at the back section of this property and had to rely on a hunch to go out and get my order as I only heard him as i got closer to the front yard. Overall not a good experience and on top of that they want to ask you for a tip.

I remember the days when Dominos used to give napkins with your pizza order, now I use my own. Its very rare to get a hot pizza these days (delivery not pickup), so I have to microwave. Garlic crust? You can barely taste it. Its really a hit or miss these days unfortunately.Ive also mentioned to the store several times after I order online, that it doesnt give me a delivery option..but nothing has been done about it. So I still have to call every.single.time after placing an online order to have them switch it to delivery (Im hoping this platform will help them rectify the issue).Ordered a soda today (I barely drink it and felt for one today), and they didnt have the one I wanted so they just sent a random one without calling first. The only reason I didnt send it back is because it really was not the riders fault.Hoping that they can get back to basics and provide a product with service that counts.

The service here is very good. I always get them on the phone when I call in my order and it is always ready when I go into pick up. The staff is very calm and nice and some of them know me by name.

I am officially done with Dominos in Jamaica. The website is unreliable, the pizza is basic and worst of all it arrives cold, always, without fail.Its a pity PriceSmart and Little Ceasars dont deliver.

Staff was courteous but need to look about the cleaning of duct work over the cooking range, this must be a part of routine maintenance.

went recently.... good central location with a large store and adequate parking space.the staff were friendly and helpful. I wanted to keep my meal on a budget for the party i had and the cashier was very kind and helped me to make the budget and i ended up getting everything i wanted. she found every special they had to help me meet my budget and it worked like magic! we also enjoyed the pizza. The Hawaiian, one of my favourite, was the best and absolutely delicious and made to taste so heavenly! my tummy was happy!I also waited only 10 minutes for my pizza to be made and ready after ordering in-store. It was a good experience and i will be using their office again for my next Dominoes pizza!

This has always been a go to location for a quick cycle time on delivery. It’s location is not the most crowded to visit, it seems like delivery is a higher portion of sales, however there is ample provision for walk- in customers . Satisfactory ambience and of course courteous service.

Reliable especially in the Covid 19 pandemic. The delivery service make you able to stay in the comfort of ur home while still getting one of ur favorite food at ur doorsteps

I always enjoy their stuffed crust pizza especially. The veggie pizza is nice. The bbq chicken with pine toppings is nice too especially with the crushed red peppers sprinkled on it.I dont regularly buy dominos pizza from a lot of locations to properly compare and give 5 stars, but I can say the food is worth 5 stars.Buy Dominos Pizza 😎

Medium pizza on the board says 12 slices, but its actually 8, unless I misread.. Otherwise it was clean and service was OK.

Great parking availability, but customer service need improvement. Its like every1 has a problem and Im infringing through space. Cinnamon bread requires a lot of work

I dont recommend pick-up or going in to make a purchase. They deliver for free and it usually gets to you in about 30-45mins after ordering. The pizza is good when hot...Definitely recommend.

I have been buying from dominos over 6 years and I have never encountered such a distasteful experience like this one. So on 18.08.2021 I ordered an individual pizza with a ranch sauce. I waited for over an hour when the pizza got to me it was flat cold. The rider did not bring my sauce. After contacting the store which is the hope road location. I tried to share how dissatisfied I was with the service but I was hurried off the phone by a manager who said she will have the rider take the sauce to me. I waited and waited the sauce did not come. She had explained that they only had one rider of that day so I said okay let me call them and let them know that the next order I make I would like the ranch to be added to it since I already paid for it. Today on the 20.8.2021 I made another order when I placed the order I called the store to remind them that I should receive a ranch sauce that I already paid for. Whosoever answer the phone had a nasty tone as she hurried me off the phone and said that she will let the rider bring the sauce. When my pizza arrive there was still no sauce. They need some real managers because none of the managers that work for that specific location knows how to talk to people or how to handle matters like this. I’m extremely upset and this will not be the end of this. Over a damn ranch sauce!!!!

Dominos Pizza Hope Road outlet get top marks for customer service, I was on the phone calling in an order and the rep was very patient while along with my daughters we tried to make up our mind on our order, she answered all my daughter questions and at no times sounded annoyed. There is adequate parking and facility for the visually and physically challenged.

Was good as always. Cashier seemed a little stressed but tried her best, despite the circumstances, to be polite.

The staff has been excellent. You can also go to this location, place an order, pay and have it delivered in another area, like Spanish Town.Great customer service.

Delivery guy was unbelievably rude. He was screaming and cussing at me from across the lot about curfew being soon, although he never called to say that he had arrived. Terrible customer relations. The pizza was cold and they never gave the extra sauce that I ordered. This was a horrible experience for me!

Its was a rather good visit, lovely customer service, no long waiting, its good for a quick grab and go.

Pick up was a breeze. I ordered mine online using their website and I could track its progress from start to finish with their progress meter. Their packaging lot isnt full depending on the time of day you visit

Its good. Delivery is really fast. Sitting area has been improved. Updating because their delivery time for someone who lives right beside Ardenne (2 minutes awayis ridiculous. Food will get there cold.

Sufficient toppings coverage on the pizza, very cheesy and hot when picked up. Had a bit of grease but expected with that amount of cheese.

Great place to grab n go meals. Service was great and the meal was on point. The only issue is that parking can be a challenge during busy hours. However, in my opinion, the wait is not bad compared to that other pizza place.

The service is usually good, but today they were a little off the mark. I called in to the branch about it and the person on the line said they would ask the rider to come back with a missing item.. he never returned. Not a big deal, but disappointed in the half-hearted service.

Ill be deleting the app, as the sub par service isnt worth the hassle! Ordered online, selected carry out but there was no option to enter car details... no one called to find out if I was in the parking lot... no one answered the only number listed as their contact #... after almost 20 mins in the parking lot I had to go in & collect my order. I attempted to speak to the server about my experience, to which she just barked "whats yuh name?" - I replied, she replied "$2450" & I gave her the cash. She then walked away and came back with my pizza, plopped it on the counter, put napkins & pepper sachets on top & walked off leaving me standing there.

Satisfied. No temperature check or hand sanitizing but mask mandatory to enter. Adequate parking, Easy ordering. Reasonable wait time, fair price. Great pizza, delish wings and finger licking cinnamon buns with icing!

This location is 8mins away from my home , however when I place my order online it’s takes the driver 45 minutes or more , from the time my order leaves the store (i follow on the confirmation timer the send in your emailto get to my address. Usually by the time the food arrives it’s almost cold and I have to reheat it in the microwave for it to be edible again.If I wanted microwaved pizza I could’ve bought a frozen one at the grocery and microwaved it.

LAUGHABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was actually threatened, called a liar simply due to a miscommunication which the manager KEISHA BENNETT failed to resolve and actually made entirely worse, had to decline the deliver and send them away immediately. I have even witnessed incidents where delivery riders have gotten in disagreements about the service with the customer and began throwing stones at the customers, large one too. This particular rider is SHELDON WALKER, a truly pitiful excuse for an employee, It was a disgraceful ordeal to watch. Never order from this specific Dominoes branch, just to be save, you never know what to expect. Just Horrible. The pizza is "eh", nothing to miss really.

I always do carryout so I cant speak to the done in service. The last time I went to collect my pizza after going in and saying hello no one acknowledged me and then I said excuse to a young lady that was passing the counter and gave my name and told her I was picking up. She said on then proceeded to make two boxes and do something else, I cant remember what before finally looking for my pizza and telling me how much to pay. I was not pleased at all

The staff is professional gossipers. They literally discuss all the customers. They move slowly. The food taste bad, They over-cheese the pizzas, and are very stingy on The meats. Pizzas are not cheap there. Btw delivery service is horrible. Takes long and be ready to get the wrong delivery.

This location is always clean and nice and never have to wait out of the ordinary waiting time. Well done guys your good to good pizza always fresh and nice and the cheesy or garlic bread is a must.

The taste of their pizza improved so much since I last tried it. Will certainly buy from them again. They dont get many sit-in diners but the ambiance is not bad.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Adequate parking. Ordered online was easy and they have an online tracker so you can track your orders. Pizzas were great and inexpensive.

I put in an order on line,went to location 25 minutes later to pick up order, was told by workers they call to verify orders?!?! Before they make it. Long story short waited an additional 40 minutes for order to be done. This is Jamaica so keep your expectations low with customer service(at food establishments relative to “higher” standards. I prefer honesty maybe a hey we overlooked your order we’ll start it now it may be a 30-40 minuter wait.
