I ordered at grab on 17 Dec 2021. They called me and inform me they cannot deliver my order for me due to flooded issue. They already accepted my order so I can’t cancel it. I called back and ask them to cancel, they promise will cancel. But after that I saw inside my grab they put as complete order, means they already delivered the food for me. Called customer service since 18 Dec 2021 till now, nobody pickup, really bad service !

I love to buy from Dominos Bandar Botanik cause fast and polite way of receiving order. Today I went there to buy Pizza for Fathers Day celebration.

One of my favourite Dominos outlet.Another Dominos outlet is at Jalan Telawi, Bangsar.

The service was good. Especially the malay girl at the counter.

Waiting almost 2 hours but did not received my order yet. Super bad delivery experience

Using website to order always need to wait after 1 hour only starting to prepare my order. Totally not recommended at all. Service so slow

I was excited that this Domino is easy to access. Just nearby to Aeon Bkt Tinggi. Staff is very good. Patiently took my order and also answer my enquiries. The food was also fresh from oven. I cant wait til home, I ate the breadstix in the car. 😂 Very tasty and fresh. Will come again. hanks!

Tried ordering online and picking up pizza at this dominos branch. Pizza was freshly baked and on time but the only issue is that the pizza was not cut properly. I need to use a knife to re-cut the pizza which is inconvenient.

I waited for a long while to get my take away pizza. Very disappointing. I see there r not many customers there.

Lazy counter staff taking orders, loud, noisy and cracking unwarranted statements on orders. No manager supervision.

Bad service.. taking time.. the workers should also perform solat during maghrib time.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Guide me how to download and get a free regular pizza. The pizzas are good and reasonable ingredients.

Good and fast service. The bad thing is staffs shout at each other and joke and laugh loudly, as if there are no customers. I just want to eat in peace.

The tables were not cleaned straightaway and there was only one counter open during dinner time on a weekday. Seems to be a problem of not enough staff on duty

Location is nice, place is quite and decent. However find that staff isnt promotive of the offers and very straight forward. Take as much time as you need to understand any ongoing offers on your own.

Online order say not received from HQ.. No customer service telephone, only ask left message in FB if ask refund.. No reply

Great service from the restaurant. Only buy during promotions or it would be expensive. I suggest buying only on Tuesday.

Dominos are famous for its free delivery service, but sure did well in dine in place too.Ofcouse they are not going to serve you, but you need to go to the counter to do the service yourself. I mean the ordering by the way, self service.The place is clean enough, sometimes they just dont have time to clean the table when theres high demand on online ordering. You can know by looking how many people walking out to their delivery motorcycle.Not a good place to hangout but nice enough to eat with brunch of friends there.

Terrible service here, only ordered two large pizzas and it took more than 30 minutes. When we tried to ask them about it, the cashier didnt even want to look at us. What kind of workers are Dominos hiring honestly?

I ordered pizza with extra cheese. But what I get is the cheese is less than the original pizza. Bad cooker, cant actually maintain the quality of the product. Really disappointed. Even my cat is not eating that pizza
