Domino's in Toowoomba

Maybe train the younger and new staff more of their product knowledge so they dont get orders mixed up. This is personal opinion and my experience at that time. Doesnt mean its the same for all customers and every other time. I would go there anytime I feel like pizza for a feed

Great Dominos pizza, they are liberal with the pizza sauce which I appreciate.

Were do I start! The first time I ate at this show I had a sore gut, thinking it was just me I gave the place the benefit of the doubt I give them round 2, I was right the first time, woke up at 2am splashing mud like a seagull. When you cant understand peoples English is probably a pretty good sign they didnt wash there hands. Health inspectors should run through this place fast. God knows whats going on. Cheers.

Provided me a wrong order and refused to give correct order stating that the manager won’t allow to give free pizza, I paid for the pizza, didn’t asked for free?? Worst service and staff👎

My husband ordered a thin and crispy crust peri peri chicken pizza and they provided him with traditional base and when we asked for the correct pizza, they were ready to deliver in the first place but they called back again and denied stating that the manager was not ready to make the correct order for free?? And what about the amount I paid?? I ordered 2 pizzas and paid $39 and see the service?? If you can’t serve good food and provide good service you better shut down your shop. Worst experience ever and worst service.

Great service. Ordered eight pizzas during the NRL Grand Final time, and was prepared for a delay, but the pizzas were ready early and staff were really friendly even though really busy!!

Unlike other Dominos Ive ordered from, Westridge Dominos had more toppings.

Just called and attempted to order pizza to Athena motel on James street. Took 4 attempts to get the address right with the staff member on the phone and he still didnt get it right then he told me they dont deliver in this area. Gave up and ordered elsewhere.

Disappointing is an understatement. We saw the ads for new pizza offerings...so we ordered. Very little topping, nothing like the ads. We also ordered a Hawaiian...it was dismal. I understand Friday night is busy...we continue to reward poor performance. Never again!

My go to place to eat on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The workers are very friendly and the pizza is always delicious. Great dining area outside to either chill or eat.

I ordered the pizzas online via the app, noticed it went straight to the order being complete without going through each stage (order complete, making, delivering, completeso I called the store to let them know to avoid frustration, they put the order through and pizzas are delivered. They tryed to charge an extra 37% compared to the online amount. I feel i tryed my best to correct an order mistake only to be taken advantage of. The delivery driver called the store manager to try and correct the error, the manager who put the order through in the first place over the phone didnt care and said they would put it down as a hoax. All I did was try to avoid this situation and they still didnt care. Thanks Dominos Westridge Toowoomba.

Fast and amazing service! Clean as well compared to other stores Ive been at and Im from Brisbane.

Just picked up a pizza that was not what we ordered, had wrong base and crust, paid for extra things added to it that we didnt receive. Had an extra sauce added ontop that was not requested. When we went back straight away (didnt leave carpark), the order was read back, the manager offered to simply put bbq sauce over the top of the pizza instead of replacing the wrong order. Another staff member shook their head and laughed as they witnessed the exchange, while their manager referred to the board and simply told us to check the ingredients (because we mentioned there was a dietary issue hereinstead of rectifying what had gone wrong. As far as I recall the customer is always right, especially when its obvious there is an issue here that needs to be fixed. This is not the first issue at this restaurant, and Im absolutely shocked that we had been turned away and made to feel like idiots for putting our trust that people know what their actually doing.

Iam not happy with my pizza today .I have ordered peri peri chicken pizza where the ratio of the chicken in the pizza is very very less .Looks like its a veg pizza .The same pizza I was ordering in Brisbane dominos was 1000 times better than here..

Prawns werent cooked properly and too much tomato on my garlic prawn pizza. Didnt even attempt to eat it.

I order a pizza only pepperoni but I ask to pay about $2 extra for 40% extra pepperoni this is never happen I lost my $2 the pizza was empty..the second thing I was order was the ice cream I ask for Chocolate wasnt any chocolate only 3-4 drops of that was $2.95 I thing how can I trust this people;;;; never.

Very bad restaurant. Found meat pieces in a vegorama pizza (veg). The employees said they cannot guarantee that there will be no meat in vegetarian option so reality is Dominos sucks 😡🤬

Good pizza and always have good deals available. Ordered online once and now I get regular emails offering various types of deals, which is great when you get a heap of people rock up and need to order dinner. Were pretty quick preparing our order as well

Mainly use the store when i am not interested in having to make a meal when u to tied to cook nothing wrong with the service or the food. But dont want to be depending on always having takeaway meals.

had a pickup where part of my order was forgotten, rang up to complain and was instantly offered for the missed portion to be delivered free of charge, great customer service, food was decent, customer service though top notch

Ordered an XL half pepperoni/half supreme and a half chicken and camembert/half chicken, bacon and avocado.There was literally 3 little pieces of pepperoni on each slice.Out of 4 pieces of supreme, only one piece actually had full toppings. One slice had 2 bits of sausage, a piece of bacon and some spring onion.One piece of camembert cheese. One piece.Disappointed, Dominos.

Okay so first impression; very quiet, which is unnatural, one of the first things i noticed after this however is the emotion of the front counter staff, i did not once see them smile, and i soon came to realise that why, an abusive manager, as a person that works in fast food myself; i have absolutely no patience for such behavior, this manager was swearing at front counter staff and bringing team morale down even further, this is completely unacceptable and i demand something be done about this, i certainly will NOT be returning to this shop and i suggest not either, please shop elsewhere, i will be contacting management and higher in regards to this matter

Nathan was great then Emily got involved and ruined everything, very rude. Worst pizza shop service in the history of pizza shops.
