Dolce Italian Miami in Miami Beach

Service was mediocre, food was not filling, nor was there really any flavor to any of it. Both worth it for a “nice” Italian restaurant. Go somewhere else.

Great food, location and service! We were delighted to discover this lovely restaurant. The menu has a great selection of appies, pastas and mains. Service was impeccable! Nice seating options: inside, outside covered and uncovered. Innovative fun drinks! We ate both breakfast and dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed both. This has become one of our favorite Miami restaurants!

Great service. Everything we tried was delicious. Must try the pesto pasta! My 9 year old son devoured a full plate of the ravioli.

Spent $260 for two salads two spaghettis and a dessert. None of which were anything spectacular. For that money you could go to a better high-end restaurant

If you want a high quality Italian meal come here but be warned its not cheap. We spent $175 for lunch on a salmon, Bolognese and burrata appetizer plus two glasses of wine.

Not the best, and I really had high hopes, mainly because they have a cool classic car out front that looks like it was stolen from Cruella DeVille. First, the server didnt understand much of what we said, and didnt seem to care too much, probably because they get an automatic 18% tip, regardless of the party size or the level of service. Second, we literally told him the shrimp in one of our dishes was suspect and shouldnt be eaten. Did he do anything about it? Yes. He argued with us and left it. So we get to pay for it. With an 18% tip. Go figure. The rest was good.

Wow, let me just start with walking in, the staff was wondeful! Our server was amazing you can tell he really enjoyed and loved his job, the food was so flavorful and the presentation was perfect. If you haven’t tried this place it is a must!

I chose Dolce over all the other nearby restaurants and bars for their much smarter selections of wine by the glass list to enjoy at the bar. I really enjoying both the Barbera and Gavi de Gavi by the glass. Very fair pricing.Great conversationalist bartender Ana really made the experience overall. She went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Pablo was super kind and helpful as well. I will return, I loved it!. Im a certified Somm. working here in Miami and its hard to find real wine by the glass program at Miami Beach restaurants. Great restaurant! The atmosphere is very clam and relaxing. All the staff members are very friendly and nice to the customers. Our server, Albert was the absolute best! He is very attentive and was able to answer all of our questions not only about the food they serve but, also about places to visit around town. Albert was very friendly and nice. He was an absolute delight to talk to. Definitely recommend this restaurant, great food and great service. If we ever come back we will definitely come here and ask for Albert!

We were pleasantly surprised. The food was sooooo gooood. Everything is made fresh, even the bread is delicious. I would recommend this place again and again.

Friendly staff, nice accommodating waiter and atmosphere is really nice . I ordered the lobster ravioli w asparagus and it was really delicious. I found this restaurant to be the best “foodwise”out of all the other places we went to.

Great service and delicious food. The saffron risotto with veal was incredible. Large portion and the veal was super tender. Really melts in your mouth. We accidentally ordered a non vegetarian dish for our friend but the staff was kind enough to swap it out for another vegetarian dish

The inside dining room was extremely surprising given how the restaurant look from the outside. It was an elegant atmosphere that would be a great spot for a date. The restaurant was not overly loud which is surprising given an evening dinner in Miami Beach music brings a lot of noise. There is zero/limited cell phone service within the restaurant which allowed for a distraction-free dining experience of days past. I enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio which was served with arugula red onions Walnut and surprisingly green apples. For my main course I had the veal Milanese which was delicious with the grilled lemon juice sprinkled on top. The one piece I thought was confusing was when we asked about the mozzarella bar they didnt seem to know what we were talking about even though its listed in the description of the restaurant here.

The BEST Rosemary Chicken I’ve ever had! And the Pina Colada so refreshing and soothing; And Luca the waiter was lovely.

We just stumbled onto this place walking around trying to find somewhere to eat dinner without a reservation. We ordered the Prosciutto E Burrata, Risotto Ala Parmigiana, and the Garganelli Al Pesto Con Gamberi. It was all really delicious and I would highly recommend!

Nice Ambiance, service was good. My husband ordered the lobster ravioli and I did the lemon rosemary chicken. I wasnt a super fan of my dish (which is why 4 starsbut my husband liked his dish a lot. We had drinks, and a dessert. I recommend the chocolate cake for dessert it comes with ice cream and it was delicious.

Only experienced breakfast here, as it’s part of the Hotel Gale. Egg white omelette came out undercooked and runny. The roasted potatoes were flavorless. Fruit bowl was full with old blueberries and tasteless pineapple.The coffee mug is heavy and when full with coffee, not easy to drink / lift It was good quality.

We had the most amazing time at Dolce. Alex and his staff were great and did such a fantastic job with all the menu recommendations. Literally everything we had from food to drinks was just awesome.

Great dining experience. First restaurant I went to in Miami. Spaghetti added meat balls were delicious. The noodles feels like handmade different than what I usually have.

Fantastic place to stay and eat in Miami, the Pappardelle is insane, followed by the key lime pie! Staff are fantastic and friendly. Well worth a visit if your are in the city!

Albert our waiter was so wonderful, friendly and charming. He helped us pick out the perfect wine and dinner selections. He was so helpful answering our questions about the menu. The food was perfect and very flavorful. I was especially blown away by the tiramisu recommended by him. This is a perfect spot to celebrate with a classy meal.

Highly recommend eating here. The staff is amazing. They even change take linens between guests. The food is amazing. My wife had the lobster ravioli and I had the spinach ravioli. Amos was our server and was very professional and made sure every need was met. I suggest getting reservations because they are usually busy.

I had breakfast here everyday during my stay at the gale, and I had a pizza lunch one day too. The food was good, I especially loved their croissant and latte for breakfast. Prices are standard for south beach and staff are friendly!

Great location and fantastic venue for people watching. Service is excellent. Very active with lots of customers. Don’t like the do you want sparkling or flat opening line by waiter — you can order tap which they intentionally don’t offer up as a choice. Also note there’s 18% auto tip on bill which is fine but they really should point that out — maybe they get foreign tourists who don’t know or don’t tip??? Don’t order the spaghetti pomodoro — not up to par, not even close. Tiramisu was excellent as was the coffee. Pricey for food quality — paying for the location. Not a disappointment but wouldn’t necessarily go back again.

We had our first dinner in Miami at Dolce Italian restaurant and it was a fab experience. The venue is buzzing with great vibes. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Definitely worth visiting, only wish they had more vegetarian options.

Wow! One of the best Italian restaurants Ive ever been to, if not the best. The food was just amazing and the portions are very generous. The Ceasar salad and the eggplant parm appetizers were delicious and very big. The spinach ravioli was very good as well. The key lime pie was a great ending for a delicious meal. Very recommended!

Amazing authentic Italian cuisine & menu brought to the Miami strip!! Went here for 2 birthdays and they exceeded the celebrations expectations! Each cocktail and dinner course we had was delicious, and topped it off with dessert. Would come back again 10/10.Also the owners are very sweet and came up to us and greeted the table.

We came for lunch to escape the rain. Food was okay - server talked my friend into getting the ravioli which ended up being a bit lackluster. Midway through my drink I noticed there was a fly frozen inside of an ice cube. Manager took care of it for me but kind of ruined the mood. Alfredo was pretty good which made up for the bad drink.

Dolce Italian was better than I thought it would be. we went on a Friday night and we were seated right away. There were a few sections we could choose from - outdoors, tables near the bar, tables in the main dining area. We decided to sit in the main dining area because it looked the quietest. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, and they were pretty good but nothing special. When we were choosing our entrees, we asked the waiter for recommendations and he pointed out the most expensive items on the menu. He might have been telling the truth, but my friend and I had a good laugh. I ordered the lobster ravioli as my entree and was pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely delicious. There were quite a few flavors so it was an interesting dish. My friend ordered the eggplant parmesan and he enjoyed his meal as well. Im glad we decided to try this place for dinner.

Dolce Italian Grill has a great atmosphere and follows that up with some delicious food and wonderful service. The appetizers were very good and had a nice presentation. The meals that followed were also freshly prepared using quality ingredients. I also really liked the Spicy Raspberry Collins drink! Not too spicy at all so give it a try! I do wish I had some sort of sauce for my Chicken Milanese but it was still very good as were the other meals we ordered.

One of the best meals Ive ever had and thats saying something- Im from New Orleans. Also the best service Ive had in all of Southbeach. Ask for Luca. Super chill, laid back, understated atmosphere. Unpretentious staff pays attention to every detail. The Branzino was light and delicate and crispy- simply delicious. I will come back here every visit to SOBE.

Very good authentic Italian cuisine with a cozy outside terrace. Food and service is good and ambiente is super romantic. As an European visiting the US this is rather one of the better Italian restaurants we came across during our stay. Grazie!

Excellent service and food was delicious. When we went, one of the specials was Risotto with Veal Osobucco and it was AMAZING! It was truly the best Risotto Ive ever tasted.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Miami. We’ve been eating at Dolce for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hands down; the breakfast is damn good. And the price is ridiculous cheap when it includes buffet, water, juice, coffee and an omelet. All this for only 18 dollars.Lunch and dinner have almost the same menu. The lobster ravioli is outrageously good. Our waiter, Alexandr, was super friendly and made our dinner one of the best in Miami.This is a must visit in Miami :)

Great home made mozzarella cheese. The service was good, the prices a bit high regarding what they give you. Food was very salty I couldnt finish my dish. Great environment great crowd. The best tiramisu dessert I have ever had.

This place has the best Italian food I have had in awhile. The pasta was amazing and the desserts were delicious!

We dined on a weekday evening, service was calm and attentive - albeit slightly impersonal. Every dish was delicious and satisfying, We had the Tartufata pizza, the speck with truffle oil really stood out; Grilled octopus, wonderful with the chickpeas; Dolce meatballs - a true winner, totally satisfying; Risotto al frutti di mare, this I didnt care for much as the risotto just wasnt flavorful for me; Fettuccine alla bolognesa, the braised beef made this dish; lastly the Panna cotta, nicely plated in a bed of sliced fruit & the tiramisu, standard in presentation and taste. We enjoyed our meal.

Delicious food, great wait staff, and wonderful atmosphere. We started with the Fritto Misto for appetizer ($17). We ordered two entrees - Tartufata pizza ($19and Ravioli Burro E Salvia ($21). The service was incredible - the wait staff were attentive and very friendly. I would definitely this restaurant. It is a bit pricey but the food is worth the price.
