Divine in Ljubljana

We got really bad service probably because we were tourists. I do not recommend this place.

I had a “skewed orange juice” which was 1/5 orange juice and 4/5 water! The worst thing was when I complained to the waiter he gaslighted me and told me it was a fresh juice!! Cheating is never going to make you succeed in business!! Definitely not worth even to stop by this place!

I was looking for somewhere to eat in the morning for breakfast. I saw this cafe thought it looked nice, the young waiter was nice but when I went inside to find table, the man behind the counter started shouting at me arguing at me to leave to get out, he could of said nicely sorry inside is closed but no. I told me Im leaving if thats your attitude and ended going somewhere else. Hes in the wrong job if thats the way he treats people. Definitely be avoiding this place.

Sat for five to ten minutes inside, the waiter looked at us numerous times as he was leaning on the bar on his phone, and we eventually left because he clearly didnt want our business.

Nice place to grab a piadina and a beer for lunch. Not overpriced, friendly and quick service, outdoor seating by the river.

Order Slovenian sparkling wine just to give a try, turn out there is no single bubble and was served on normal wine glass. Taste wise is like sweet wine. One of the waiter said this is not the wrong order. He said you should never order cheap sparkling wine from Slovenia!

If you are thinking of getting the beef prosciutto platter and cheese don’t, it is so different to the photo, has 5 pieces of tomato, 3 pieces of cheese, bread with no butter, was so inaccurate. About 9 pieces of prosciutto. Not worth the value and needs more cold meats or different options to choose from.

We ordered 2 drinks and both were wrong when we received the bill. Much better bars in Ljubljana, and wine is too expensive

Poor industrial type ice cream, not comparable to other places nearby.

Ordered Slovenian breakfast.Low quality bread, butter, honey and ham. An okay apple. The bread was just a flute and the honey/butter came in plastic containers. No better than what you get from a hostel breakfast for 4 euro. Location is good though

Not a great place for breakfast. Very basic (ham, 3/4 pieces of cheese and an apple). Coffee is ok.

The wrap with Nutella, banana and ice cream are top notch 🤤🤤Toasts with ham are also great.Top service!I recommend it 😎

Good food, slow waiter

Like the bar because of the very friendly staff and the nice location by the water side.We drank some cocktails (2 different days and no Caipirinha anymore).The Long Island Ice Tea and the mojito werent that great but still OK.The other 2 (1 with Blue Curacao, the other cant rememberwere very good.

Great location, but we were shocked that a large wine was 3 times the price on the menu

Cake was nothing special, would not order it again. Prices for coctails are average for the center of Ljubljana. Staff is not paying attention to costumers, before we finished ordering, he already left the table, so we had to order again. The place is on a nice location.

Stop trying to deduce customers nationality based on their physical appearance. Just do your job.

Tasty coffee in a beautiful place. There was only one waiter serving many people at once, but he was somehow still managing to do his job well.

This is one of the best places in BTC area in Ljubljana. The staff is great and professional, the wine selection suggests that you bring your significant other or business partner here for a tough meeting/great date afternoon. Parking is nearby, also wheelchair accessible.

The best cafe in town! The waiter very hospitable and polite and the rest of the staff willing to serve you! We made freddo espresso together, as we make it in Greece, they liked it and... now it will be established in their own price list!Cool guys with humor, nice location, very good coffee!

The waiter was so hospitable and friendly. The wine (Malvazijawas 3,5e per glass and that was a fair price for the quality. My recommendations!

Coffee is not that good , its located by the river , so the view is very nice. Deserts ok not something extraordinary

Interesting place to drink coffee and have a quick meal. Downside is there are quite a few beggars roaming around and asking for money. Coffee is above average and food is average!

In this bar I had the worst possible experience in beautiful and friendly Slovenia. I was treated insultingly and contemptuously for my darker skin and the fact that I am a stranger. When I paid with 50€ the waiter turned my money towards the sun so that all the people turned to me and watched this “police campaign to search for fake money”. Totally disrespectful and ugly behavior that does not deserve a place in the capital of Slovenia.

I will talk about the service which it was really bad, unfriendly and the waiters all of them look really arrogant, it seems that they are not paid well or it was not a good day for them.The hot chocolate was amazing, the wine as well 😍 we ordered 4 fromages wraps but you can only taste one type of cheese in 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️ so, why is it called Quattro Fromages. This place just to drink something not to eat I think.The location by the was it perfect 👍

After being overlooked for more than 15 minutes by the arrogant young waiter at the neighbours, we changed the location. And was really nice, warm welcome, super spot while people watching, sunny and cool weather, nice staff, tasty Aperol and lemonade.The only thing - we went twice and twice our order was "forgotten", only when we asked, we got it. If once, could be okay, but not both two times.Maybe a bit more of staff would be helpful.Our lovely spot in Ljubljana and we will be back. For sure.

Waiter very funny, he speak several languages and he know some funny cultural things from France as well ! Very good place to drink Union beer ! We went there twice during our 4 days trip in Ljubljana, so dont hesitate and take a sit.

Place has great coffee and amazing ice-cream with dark chocolate and raspberries. Plus it has a very nice view.

Odered Hugo cocktail and got quarter of a glass for 5,5€. When I asked the bartender if this is the actual drink, he just smiled and left?! Never again!

They have so called Slovenian breakfast plate. Forget it. Its a joke and probably would be better to remove it completely from the menu. Literally 2 slices of cheap ham, honey, jam, butter and an apple with tiny slices of bread. For such an old place it is not more than a bad advertising. They offer padini also, they are okay as well as the coffee.

If thats what they mean by Slovenian breakfast, they should shut down.

Toast and wraps are smaller then you expect. Veggie wrap said mozzarella but it was just plain cheese. Service not the friendliest. Great location. Probably great for a drink, but we weren’t really happy with our lunch.

Great place, great service, great views and location. Just in for a affogado and it was perfect.

Great setting and great service by Admir. We had our favorite summer afternoon treat of espresso poured over vanilla ice-cream looking over the river as we watched the world go by. We come here in winter for the mulled wine and hot gin too and its always great. Thank you team Divine :)

We took the kremna rezina (custard slice). It was perfectly nice without being staggering. Its fine here but compared with some of the other places along the river, this place feels a little anonymous/generic.

Nice location - just on main promenade by Ljubljanica river. Nice selection of cakes with good taste.

The cake was ok. Nice sitting outside in the center of Ljubljana.
