Dirty Burger Shoreditch in Kiboga

It used to be my favourite burger place ever!! The price was lower than it is now and the burger size was worth the money. When I ordered last time it was much more expensive and the burger was half the size. I used to recommend Dirty Burger to every of my friends but after my bad experience I stoped ordering and going to the restaurant. Please guys do something about it!! I miss the juicy and yummy big Dirty Burger.

Sandwiched within one of the many buildings along Bethnal Green Rd a little place with room for about a dozen calls out to you, ever so subtly. With a lightly toasted bun and a unique among the masses spread sauce, Dirty Burger , as the name suggests, gets things done quick and dirty. They used a metal cover with the effect of achieving a superb cheese melting on a thick beef patty. Along with old fashioned crinkle fries, this is truly a gem within Shoreditch. - location also serves non beef and veggie options for those with different tastes -

Was excited to visit here as had been a fan of the Whitechapel Restaurant. However I endured a completely underwhelming experience. The Restaurant is tiny with a small seating capacity (around 6/7 seats).Most people had to stand and eat and the space became very cramped once more than 10 people came in to the restaurant.To top it all off I was served a meat based burger after ordering a plant based option which was extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. Management not overly concerned by this error but did agree to refund my order.I shall not be returning and cannot recommend an in store visit. Perhaps maybe better as a takeaway option or deliveroo however I would little confidence in their ability to fulfil an order correctly at the first time of asking.

Came here at 10:30pm, waited to be acknowledged by staff who were busy closing down and cashing up despite being open till 11pm online and there being customers still eating. When eventually acknowledged was told we couldnt have a milkshake because they had run out, more likely the blender had been cleaned and packed away and they could not be bothered to wash again. Then was told we couldnt eat in and would have to take away. This is some of the worst customer service Ive ever received. We have very fond memories of Dirty Burger Kentish Town but will not be eating with any of the group again who dont even bother to acknowledge the email sent over a week ago sent to ask why the kitchen was pretty much closed despite being open till 11pm online. Dont go here as they clearly dont want your custom.

The Burger was "ok" not the best, but again its the fries that get me, £4 for fries! If the burger is so great charge more for that and sell the fries for £2! Two Burgers two Fries and a milk shake £30. Not worth it.

They were out of chicken burgers by 1am, so I ordered the veggie potato, spinach, and parmesan burger (w/extra pickleinstead - tasted amazing, & filling. (didnt need to get fries.)Burgers are 7/8 quid. - a bit pricey, but inline with what to expect in Shoreditch.Open late, & great for getting a quick bite to go between bars, or at the end of a night.Inside is small with 12 seats, but getting a seat largely depends on what time of the night youre going.Service was quick, got my food in 7/8 min, & orders are called out as theyre made. (like Starbucks)Local homeless people will panhandle because of the location/foot traffic, but theyre harmless enough, & the staff seems familiar with them.

Well, could be so much better. Or maybe its good but there is so many better burger joints out there these days. Beef burger was pleasant but kind of lacking this extra something. Chicken burger massive, crispy batter and juicy meat but no seasoning whatsoever. Crinkle fries again without any salt. Staff nice on arrival but didnt even noticed when we left.

The beef burger was lovely and juicy, the chicken burger had perfectly crispy batter and delicious meat too. The bun wasn’t soggy at all and all the fillings perfectly complemented the flavours. And everything was cooked so quickly.Will definitely be returning!

I made a special trip here, as it is the last day of the pop up in the old dirty burger shop. Burger was cold and an appropriate size for the price, fries were a bit floppy and tasted like the oil was less than fresh. My main point of contention was that the salted chocolate shake was not made until I had been done with my burger and fries for a solid 10 minutes. A bit poor. I would have liked to have enjoyed the shake, which was the best part of the meal, actually *with* my meal. The shake’s flavour is the only reason I gave three stars. If I had no shake, this place would be getting a one star review. I’ll be sticking to temple of hackney for my vegan fast food fixes, even if filth opens a more permanent location. I’m disappointed.

I had the most amazing vegan burgers and chocolate milkshake ever. My best lunch since Christmas. I really wanted to lick the crumbs from the tray. Chips were just ok. But the Seoul burger and the Double were simply divine. I cant find words to describe the taste. Worths every single penny.

Dirty vegan burgers whats not to love :the place is pretty low fidelity and tiny, it gets packed out with 15 people.I would have given 5 stars but the burger patties were a little soft so the party squished out the back when you took a bite. Normally this is a show stopper for me, but the taste was incredible so made up for the squishyness

Polite friendly staff, not a huge selection of burgers but what they do, they do very well. Reasonably priced, good location - opposite the box park - although small inside.Highly recommended

Extremely good vegan junk food, unfortunately just fell a tad short of the sky-high expectations that we had going in. Still, highly recommended, a few years ago vegans could only have dreamed about food this dirty and delicious. Portions could also have been a bit larger.

Great concept, okay execution, apathetic staff. Vegan fast food deserves to do well but Filth could do much better than they are. The burgers are fine although not much distinctive about the two main options, they tasted very similar. Experience was unwelcoming. Restaurant was empty with three people behind the counter but it was a real uphill battle to get our order. Staff all seemed to be in a daze. As one simple example, they needed our name for the order (even though there was no one else there). When it was ready, chef called it out completely obvious to fact it could only be us.And yet they still managed to forget our drinks.On the plus side, the fries were nice.

Delicious! Fantastic! A treat! We had the filth burgers and they properly felt and tasted like we were eating some really good junk food but without the heaviness of the burger or the slugishness after. Obviously the bite of meat isnt there but the patty almost gets there. I would certainly come again!

I’ve been to this burger joint several times when it was called dirty burger, but it recently rebranded to Filth Food and started serving 100% plant based burgers.To be honest I was quite surprised when I tried the burger because it was very tasty and juicy despite the absence of meat. (I have to admit, I don’t know much about vegetarian/vegan food)The patties are made of beans, quinoa and soy mince and are topped with American beer cheese!Also the sauces were particularly good, I loved the beetroot ketchup and the garlic alioli.

Did not like burger here much at all. Both my and my partner were very bloated after. The shakes have a list of ingredients but the strawberry one just tastes like sugary strawberry shake. The burger wasn’t nice. The sweet potato fries were soggy. Also there are more than 10 seating places here. With no bathrooms. That’s illegal. Staff were very nice though.

Visited F!lths vegan (Im not veganpop up and it was delicious. Super tasty and satisfies fast food cravings while also being very nutritious!

As far as i understood there is a vegan pop up restaurant called filth in there till the end of march. We were a bit suprised by that. Staff was a bit slow and we had to wait quite a while for our burgers. Burgers were pretty good. Not a place i would go every day but nice every once in a while.

We went there when the "Filth Burger" was in place. Very well surprised to have such a tasty vegan burger, we didnt even realise while eating, we found out when reading the comments afterwards. However, we would have needed a bit more to be satisfied. Moreover, the burger fell apart, probably because of the texture of the buns.

Small place with only few seats, but their burgers are really good! Service fairly quick, so if you dont want to seat because you are in rush, you can grab one to take home.Because is small tough, its quite hot in there, and your cloths will smell of burger, but its worth it, because again, the burgers here are really good!

Is now a vegan only place called “FILTH” or “F!LTH” - no meat. Dirty burger isn’t coming back for either 3 months or indefinitely.Walked out as soon as I went in and seen no meat options

Its honestly one of the best hamburger place in town. Not posh, small and cozy with very friendly stuff. Small but delicious selection, very fast service. For some reason I foubd it extremely convenient on a Sunday night when everywhere else in Shoreditch was extremely crowded. If you are a fan of proper burger pay them a visit. I could have easily ate two of them in a row.

For me one of the best burgers in London. The place is very small and sometimes impossible to sit in and enjoy the very tasty burgers. Once I took it away with me but they don t taste as good as when you eat them in.

Why pay 2-3x here over established fast food burger joints? It comes down to the meat. Large, high quality patties like youd hand make at home, cooked to the right amount so its juicy and delicious. No burnt hockey pucks or frisbee-thin patties. Also like that Tabasco is readily available.

Some good quality burgers served here. The title of the restaurant gives it away, this really is a dirty burger i.e. unhealthy, fatty, calorie filled, however, sometimes we must spoil ourselves. So if you are in the mood for good old greasy beef burger its worth trying Dirty Burger which is located across the road from the Shoreditch Box Park (close to the Shoreditch Overground Station). Id recommend these guys, really enjoyed their burger.

Cool casual place to eat. Not much space so could imagine during peak hours, will be overcrowded. Their chicken is halal. Had the dirty bird with sweet potato fries. Burger was nice, felt as something was missing from it like cheese or bit more seasoning in the batter of the chicken. The sweet potato fries are properly one of the best I’ve had! Overall good food was friendly service

Tomatoes were whack, soggy and old. Burger itself was overcooked and just didnt really taste like much. Wheres all the flavour gone? Staff were generally uninterested, curt, kinda weird.

Love this joint. Best burgers in Shoreditch! Much better than P&B. Recommend Bacon Cheeseburger. The bacon in it is especially delicious- thick cut, smoky. Dee-lish!!

I used to be a fan of Dirty burger, but my last visit here was disappointing. The burger wasnt as juicy, dirty or tasty as it used to be - instead it was dry and tasteless. The sweet potato chips were meh at best.Saying that, if youre drunk and want a burger this place is great - opposite the overground station and with late opening hours.

One of the most memorable burgers Ive had. Found it to be a little pricey, but thats London. Food and drink we both great along with some very friendly staff for the time of night I was there! Area is great and atmosphere is very eccentric. Well with a visit if you love American food!

We ordered the dirty bird- a chicken Burger and sweet potato fries which was 10£. The fries were good but the Burger was not that good. The chicken coatig was a bit fatty , just like the chicken, which also had kind of a weird taste to it . All in all it is edible but not more than that. Also the vegetarian Burger and the onion fries are not recommendable, the onion fries coatig was too much and it didnt really taste like onions.1 star for the price and 1 for the fries.

Our favorites were the milkshakes however fries and burgers are ok but no the best in London. Friendly staff and nice place to relax in Shoreditch.

Dirty burger has always been a good place to eat for me. This shop is ko different, nice Charcoal grilled burger, no frills Bun, tomato, gherkin, lettuce. Great combo, I washed it down with a nice IPA.

Can be overly dirty sometimes which can withdraw from the overall experience. I mean, I know youre called Dirty Burger but I cant eat your food if its completely soaked through with burger sauce/juice. When its not like that however, one of the best burgers around, real tasty and not too big which is a bad trend of lots of places. Those crinkle chips are always fire though, something so many other burger places neglect.

Early last year I discovered the Vauxhall branch and instantly became a convert to the Church of Dirty Burger, crowning it my favourite burger experience ever. Today I found myself within an acceptable distance of this branch to warrant a detour and sample their wares.There are three items on the menu. Dirty Burger, Dirty Bacon or Dirty Cop Out (vegetarian). You should note the vegetarian option is cooked on the same hot plate as the beef and bacon, so any remotely serious vegetarian will turn their nose up at it.Anyway, we ordered our food and waited. It wasnt mega busy but the burgers did seem to take a while to come. At least this meant we had managed to get some seats by the time the food was ready. There are maybe 10 chairs in the whole place.The two things I love about Dirty Burger are the burgers and the onion fries. The burger here was good but not quite as good as the ones Ive had at the Vauxhall branch. Great flavour but not rare enough here. It was pink in the middle, but not as pink as I wanted it.The onion fries were great. Chunks of red onion deep fried in a light tempura batter thats mixed with cider, then lavished with sea salt crystals and pepper. They are to die for, which is handy because eat too many and theyll probably kill you.It was still a great Dirty Burger, but not enough to steal the crown from Vauxhall. Sorry Shoreditch, but you hipsters cant always be the coolest kids on the block.

Outstanding chips/fries, best Ive had at a modern day burger joint (this isnt a place for being polite and letting someone have the last one). The burgers are great too, with a good balance of everything, however theyre on the small side and dont have the wow factor other places in London do. In any other UK city I think theyd be number one.

Tried a number of burger establishments and this truly disappointed me. Having kept to an impeccable diet all week i looked forward to "Dirty Burger" on a Saturday afternoon. At first glance the staff were unwelcoming and frankly useless, the burger was burnt and to put simply horrible. I wouldnt recommend this "Hipster" piece of crap place instead head to Patty and Bun in Liverpool street or Honest Burger.I SHALL NEVER WASTE MY PRECIOUS CALORIES ON THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN !

I had a Dirty Bacon (cheese burger with baconlast night and I wasnt very happy with it.The place is quite small, no tables, only few stools, so its more suited for a quick burger or takeaway than a proper lunch/dinner.They didnt ask me how I wanted my burger, which is quite unusual... but at least I didnt have to wait too much to get my order done.Unfortunately what I got was below the average.The burger was overcooked, the bacon was way undercooked and for £7 is was expecting a bigger and better burger.Its more 2.5/5 stars, but overall I dont think they deserve 2 stars so I went for 3.

Being lunch time and famished, I decided to get the "Dirty Bacon" burger .There was no queue (at 2pm on a Saturday and so my burger came out within 1 minute of me sitting down at the takeaway seating area which I found to be abit too quick ...surely a burger takes longer than 1 minute to cook as well as the bacon 😕 .Anyway, the burger was a decent size, tasty , well cooked..the bacon was 2 slices, fairly thick pieces..thicker than your average packet bacon ...and alittle bit of salad and gherkins...The one thing that I personally didnt like that much was how much mustard Mayo there was.. It was almost drowned ...you could even see my takeaway bag starting to show the sauce coming through ..anyway , its not called dirty burger for nothing ..slightly above average but quite expensive ...have had a lot better for the price!

One of the juiciest burger I ever had, very good. The lady at the counter was a bit annoying not taking any orders and just letting people stand around without knowing where to queue... Watch out, burgers are small, better get two... Fries are extra. Still worth it!

We ended up in Dirty Burger after trying to get a table for the Le Bun pop up at the Three Compasses - as it was Friday night and it seemed like it would be a long wait and we were both hungry we instead hopped the bus to Shoreditch to satisfy our Friday night burger needs! To be honest I was expecting a restaurant and Dirty burger Shoreditch is certainly not that - more of a fast food kind of set up with a counter and a few stools to sit at. We ordered two of the burgers, 1 fries and one onion fries and we were not disappointed with the food. Excellent burger, good fries and oh those onion fries were amazing! This is a great place for a burger pit stop or a quick eat but not somewhere to come to make a date of it. Im sure I will be heading to the Whitechapel branch soon in order to enjoy the tasty food in slightly more sedate surroundings!

I visited Dirty Burger as part of my ever ongoing quest to try every burger in London and I have to say I wasnt disappointed.The burger was juicy although this did cause a few problems with the bun holding together and the onion rings were some of the best Ive ever had. Main problems for me though were the chips were pretty average and I found the burgers to be a lot smaller than Ive had elsewhere even though the price was comparable.The location is very easy to get to although slightly on the small side so you might struggle to get a seat when its busy. Its worth hanging around for though!
