Food and service were good the last time I visited. Inside is a calm peaceful environment. Recommended!!

Self service outlet. Popular dish submarine bun is good but need to be represented with a different way. My opinion.

Dinemore at Kohuwala is the worst out of all the other places Ive been to!!!Quality of food has gone down though their prices have gone up 🙄Submarine costed 1250/= each but it was an utter waste for the money.• Disgusting environment• Grumpy staffs• The submarine isnt worth the price - Just 6 shrimps - Seriously!!!!• Poor customer serviceAfter all Worst dine in Experience!!!!!!!

If there was an option of No Stars i would have selected it. For start no waiter to take the order and no menu on table. Paid for the order and 7:09pm and we got the food after 7:30pm, the tables who arrived after us were served before us. If we hadnt paid for the food prior we would have walked out. The food was not at all fresh. The bread was hard. Seems like a day old. They didnt even bother to serve our table until i complained about the delay. Seems the restaurant has seen its days. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Quality has dropped down drastically. Only 6 french fries with a Sub 😡. Used to one one of the best places for Subs. Now totally disappointed.

As a long time customer I have noticed that the quality has gone a bit low recently. However last order was good. burgers are good as well as club sandwiches. Chips are bad thought, soggy and no seasoning.

Foods in Good quality. They maintain there quality same as early. Prices high but it worth. And no any other places to take submarine like here. 😀

Very poor food quality. Got down Tuna submarines. It was cold by the time I receive.Started itchiness of the mouth just after start eating in all of us with some irritation. Must be a problem with the filling. Be careful when you buy food form this place.

No cheese for submarine. But reduced only 30 rupees. Not worth the price. There more places with good food. Disappointing.

Continuously I’m having dinemore’s submarine but last time I’m not satisfied well.

The place had few flies flying around and the vibe inside was not that great but the Submarine buns we had was tasty.

Still worth to the price you pay for meals when compared to other food stalls. Nice crew to serve you. Visit with your kids, family, friends or with your staff mates for a dine out. All you will enjoy it. Specially I love chicken submarine and chicken shawarma. Feel so good. Try soon. 😉

Always crowded. Not enough place to sit though. Limited space is a big issue. Parking is on the opposite side of the road is a little inconvenience. Service takes a long time. Still their submarine quality has not changed. Now the prices have gone up due to crisis. But still worth trying it in and off. Recommended.Both dine-in and takeaway available. Chicken submarine price is 1100/- now.It’s not worth for money & bun is very hard..very difficult to eat..not recommend at all..now we can’t call “dine more” can say “dine less”

Food is tasty but since last week they have not been handling their Uber eats and pick me orders properly on 2 separate orders there were missing itemsThe beef n egg burger didnt have the egg in one orderOn the second order the Pepsi was missingPlease make sure the order arrives correctly to the customer dinemore.

Compare to the Dinemore Negombo, the club sandwich was good and delicious... Keep it up the excellent work.

It’s really bad compared to what they used to serve. Don’t have anything we asked for. Forgot to add my item to the order or tell me it’s out of stock. Waited 40minutes for the food. Leaving with never to go to any Dinemore outlet ever again.

Parking is bit difficult but same as always its done more and quality submarine is there as famous.

Yesterday I visited the Dinemore in kohuwala and ordered a spicy chicken sub which was Rs.920 And the meal comes with French fries. But look at the quality of the meal. Only 8 fries were served with the meal. Just because the country is in a bad situation the meals don’t have to be this cheap in the meantime better they not even serve this. So sad to mention that dinemore has become so cheap in quality of meals. Do not visit again guys because they don’t serve quality meals for the price they charge.

The dining area gets full very quickly because there is limited space.Washrooms are not at good condition.But food & serving is good. My favorite menu item is the chicken submarine.

A hit and a miss in all aspects of service- the brand deserves better. It’s completely dropped it’s standard- and is quite pricey, whilst there’s barely anything left to order off the menu, with unfortunate customer service, and an inability to make deliveries with no available online or card payment.I kindly ask that you make no hesitation in reinvesting in your restaurant, and hastily make all necessary changes and improvements in all aspects of service, refining your quality of service to be even better than it once was. Update your menu, clean up your outlet, do what you need to do- Your brand label most definitely deserves a comeback of the highest order.

Disappointed with the food. This place used to sell really good food. The servers are grumpy like we disturbing them.Submarine buns are crumbling as it shows how bad it tastes.Subs fillings are a little bit okay. And served with a couple of very sad-looking fries.But honestly, chilli chicken shawarma was a Bomb. Flavourful. The chicken itself bit dry yet the sauces cut that dryness.We ordered Singapore-style fried rice and it came out just regular fried rice and chop suey was in very bad shape. It oozes out a liquid that supposes to be thick. Not very appetising.The Interior looks so sad and everything in that place looks similar as I visit that place for the first time which is 2012. The lights look sad and not very spacious.And the drinks, we were served hot soft drinks. Not cool and not even frizzy as soft drinks should be.We used to hang out at this place and now its very sad to see that this place sinking.

Foods are not such bad. But cannot satisfied with the customer service.Their prices are affordable. Anyway worth give it a try.

Dinemore is one of the best places to have a delicious submarine or burger while enjoying every bit of the meal. The food is always fantastic and is famous specially for the submarine ranging from crispy chicken sub to chili paneer sub. They have quite small range of selections, but each one of them is worth a try.Dinemore at Kohuwala is actually a busy place, but the food is great as always. The place is crowded after 6p.m, and you may have to wait at least 15 mins to the order delivered to the table. You can also call their hotline to place an order, where it can be collected after about 30 mins. However they dont provide a delivery option which is something that they should highly consider. Not spacious enough inside the restaurant for bigger groups, but is manageable for a family of 4 or 5 members to be seated in the same table. However, the place is highly recommended as the portions are quite good and the taste as well as the quality still remains great!!!

Security gave us a warm welcome, however, everything got disappointing after entering the restaurant, the closing time was 23.00 we stepped in around 22.20. The availability was chicken submarine and the staff seemed unhappy to have customers at the moment probably due to closing time, Dinemore has always been a family favorite restaurant so I hope you train your staff on customer service, Food quality overall dropped,

I recently visited this place on a weekday evening. The place was super crowded. They dont have enough space to accommodate all the customers at a given time. Due to the lack of space they cant follow covid-19 prevention measures properly as well. Other than the issue with lack if space, they dont have any other issues. The staff is friendly, the customer service is excellent and as always the food was great. Highly recommended to avoid busy hours if possible.

Very calm place. Service also not bad. I personally like to eat submarines; specially chicken one. Taste is good and prices are reasonable.

Quite small place. Service is good. Food is ok. But service is delay lack of their staff. Lot of orders getting pick here because of their food varieties. So dining little bit late. Hope they will add their staff more to give better service. Wishing them to good luck.

8 - 12 - 2019This place used to be one of the best outlets but not sure if its just this place or all the other places.. theyve reduced the size of the submarine and its pretty small now. Less chicken also.. still really tasty but I wish they kept the same size and quality. :P

I ordered a veg club sandwich at this outlet recently. 1st picture is what you get at Dinemore for Rs.400. And the 2nd one is what you get at Sensal for just Rs.430! There were another 2 friends of mine who ordered different food items which was totally unsatisfactory according to them. 😅

Overall really good dine in service, specially submarines. But very crowded and there is a delay in food delivering. Absolute Value for money.

Good place to take foods. specially submarine.Test and large submarine can get reasonable price.they have increased price of foods.there are no much space some time week end so busy.good staff available and separate parking also available at opposite side. They should improve drinks verities and suggest to provide good drink glass instead of recently providing glass.Rice pasta pizza burgers also available

Loved it! 💯 I tried the veggie submarine. It took about 15 minutes for them to prepare it. The submarine had many ingredients (greens, cheese, cant remember all). Totally worth the cost compared to what is sold elsewhere.

Most popular place for submarine in nugegoda. So I Visited that place with my cousins. Limited menu and the place is small. Big crowd on Sundays. We ordered crispy chicken burger with cheese (Rs. 420), Chicken submarine (Rs. 460), veg submarine (Rs. 410and soft drinks (Rs. 130). Prices are worth. Burger is that tasty. Not added service charges or any other tax changes. Clean place. Friendly customer service. I have no complains about your service. So I can recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

Good experience foods and beverages are same as other dinemore but when someone visit first time. Very hard to understand a procedure it’s self service and doesn’t matter you dining or take away you have to wait queue to get food customer support are great but need to be more improved.

Food wasnt up to par, compared with the rest of the branches dinemore has. The dish was dry and sad looking. Have a feeling these guys are giving us food which expired a week ago. Buns were dry and the Chicken inside werent fresh like it used to be.Service was fast though, compared with the quality of the food it wasnt a surprise to be honest.
