We hebben weer een veborgen pareltje gevonden. Achterin de tuin bij het huis is het restaurant van dimitra. Als je in de buurt bent moet je deze taverna zeker niet overslaan. Oprecht, zonder allure, heerlijk eerlijk eten. En de sfeer...... om te zoenen!

Taverna greca classica a conduzione familiare con buon cibo cucinato al momento e prezzi modici. Dimitra è gentile, piacevole, sempre sorridente, chiacchera volentieri e cucina come per la sua famiglia. Luliveto e lorto circondano la taverna. Da consigliare assolutamente e senza dubbio alcuno.

The best restaurant in the area, by far. The food is delicious with plenty of options available, everything reasonably priced. Excellent service and nice surroundings. We come here every year and Dimitra never disappoints. Highly recommended!

A bit expensive

The Taverna is a little hidden gem .The food is amazing. Authentic Greek food. Dimitra is so welcoming and caters for your liking. The octopus and fish was lovely. No rip off or hidden charges on anything. Genuine and great chef. Would highly recommend this place. We had dinner seated outside in the shades ,surrounded with olive trees, flowers and grapes. Children friendly as well.we could see swings .

Great Tsipoura and the fresh vegetables, olives and fruit were all from Dimitras garden! The aubergine was delicious.

Found the restaurant via googlemaps and was very happy we were there. Food is really good are Dimitra is a really pleasant and nice host. Hope to come here again :)

Water

This tavern belongs to an extraordinary family. Fresh delicacies from sea, traditional Greek food (different every day, because it is what Dimitra cooks for her family), tsipouro home made and everything at affordable prices. We had lunch here every day (8 daysand it was great. We also bought home-made oil and prepared olives from them. The tavern is located in a quiet and nice place, in an olive orchard. If you pass the orchard you will discover a beautiful wild beach.Thank you Dimitra for all!

Very good food I came from austria and it is nowhere as good as here in Greece good quality and large portion apart from that the people are very friendly and nice

Wonderful location, great food and nice people. Taverna is located in an gorgeous olive orchard, away from main road. Ask for the fresh fish or traditional meal of the day

Home cooked food of excellent quality. Everything is very tasty and fresh, including meat based meals, seafood meals, and salads/ veggie based meals. Veggies and fruits are home grown and straight from Dimitra’s garden!

This is a lovely taverna located in the country, beautiful setting with wonderful food. Also a great playground for kids to run around and play.

Dimitra was super lovely and welcoming! we ordered vegetarian dishes and not only did we get yummy veggies directl from the garden, in top of that dimitra brought us some extras from the families meal. Hihi

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the sea food in this restaurant. It gives out a family owned vibe but the sea food, at least, was top notch. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. 5/5 from me

We were served quite a nice dinner at Dimitra’s taverna. The owner and her daughter were charming and the food was tasty. We will definitely visit next time we are in the neighborhood.

In five years of summer holidays in Greece so far this is the worst cooked and most expensive place Ive ever seen.If youre searching the perfect place to waste your money this is the place to go.

The place is very nice but we went there when it was out of season. The food was now that fresh but it was OK. Maybe in high season the food is better. Otherwise the place has a very nice atmosphere

A very family restaurant, with Dimitra herself serving you. An exquisite garden with pavillions, protecting you from the summer sun. Plenty of space for every kid to play in peace. Parking inside the property, with even some shadow... good mezė, good fish of the day. Very reasonable prices.

Best Seafood ever

We have been at Dimitras tavern in Aug 2017 with friends and kids, and enjoyed very much this place. The owner and her lovely daughter Elsa (who speaks Greek, English, French and German, and who was helping the family during her vacationwere very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The garden, with grapevine, olive trees and some cradles for children, is also very nice and allows kids to play and run freely. We also enjoyed the delicious grapes hanging above our heads on the terrace. And the food was very good! We spent there maybe three hours or more (as we caught a strong rain), but we enjoyed every moment of it! And we would definitely revisit this place!

Very friendly. We found it by driving by and they all came to us said hello etc. The food is very good really its excellent i never had so good french fries as well as kalamaris and the ambience is perfect to, they come to you and bring you stuff against mosketos ...
