The receptionist by the name Melaetsa is just too rude to customers. .This she showed when I enquired about the quote for booking nd worst is when we interacted during my stay there.The reception isnt for her,she should maybe be in the kitchen or cleaning rooms.

The staff is very welcoming, i came when they were fully booked and offered their off-site accommodation. It was perfect despite a few hiccups of water shortage which is a known problem for Tsabong area.

Standard rooms are decent but pricey. Room charge doesnt include breakfast however you can negotiate. They only do late breakfast on weekends. But the food is OK.

The best with meals❤😍. Good beds. Some improvements on furniture like the wardrobe needs to be improved and remove the old work out version. Shortage of hot water everyday at the back rooms, some back rooms flashing systems needs repair and all will be sorted.
