This is some of the best food Ive ever had. Edgar is very nice guy. Great service. I highly recommend it. Fantastic BBQ.

Today this evening around 7pm I had a great time here at this location with my friend! Very clean & organized environment, awesome customer service with Tyler & Jamari!They keep this place together, very patient, good energies, & great team work. I will recommend my customers and friends to stop by here! Ima bring my baby boy & I here to eat brunch soon. Love this bbq southern food since my pregnancy. Tyler & Jamari deserve a raise from this job!!! I can imagine them as supervisors stepping towards management.The best briskets, Grilled chicken sandwiches, hot chicken wings, baked loaded potato, sweet bbq beans & macaroni & cheese are fire here! Love it!!!

It was not enough meat for the price especially since they gave me end pieces that were very small. It was not worth how much it costed. The guys that were working there looked overwhelmed. I wanted to help them out

Absolutely the best, far superior than the Redondo Beach store. Staff was professional and accomodating

The staff was helpful when I was asking about the menu. The self-serve ice cream machine is gone though. Likely a casualty of the pandemic.

I love Dickeys Barbecue! I got the Pulled Pork Plate with Creamed Spinach and Mac n Cheese with Lime Coca Cola to drink. The only thing I would suggest is that they need more spinach in the Creamed Spinach. Everything else was perfection.We did have a bit of a wait to order because they were finishing up a large catering order but it was Mothers Day and we had gone to 2 other places and the wait was 2 hours or more so we were ok with a little wait.

If you want some gooood barbecue go dickies they wont let you down

Only one employee in shop. Line of 4 waiting for food. Line of 6 waiting to order. Poor kid. Got to say, he was not flustered at all. Which means either he is matured beyond his age or he routinely goes through this. Bad management.

I have no complaints. The Gardena Location that I went to today was really smooth. The food that I wanted was available. The staff was very cool and professional. The restaurant wasnt busy and it was clean. I was in and out of their less than 15 minutes.

It was my first time there and we got the family pack with brisket. Absolutely incredible! My wife and son just loved it as did I. And the spicy BBQ sauce is the best Ive ever had. I would definitely be back. Make that I will definitely become a regular now.

Ordered online (delivery), they forgot to include 1 lb of brisket, did not give us any BBQ sauce, and messed up the other items. I called to have the order corrected, was told to get a refund from Doordash and hung up on when I explained I didnt order through Doordash, but on their website. Then they refused to answer the phone to help me get my food. They are now closed.

Had to give Dickeys a chance to redeem themselves. The Compton location isnt that great in the customer service department. John at this location is very knowledgeable and attentive. He recommendations were or point for me and my extremely picky 4 year old. I will be returning to this location.

Dickeys has some great tasty Ribs, and some good side choices. Its the best Rib spot so far, closes to Texas Ribs.

Food was great. They need more help, they had a lot of on line orders that held up taking the on site orders. But well worth the wait.

This place is disappointing been there multiple times. always get nothing but fat. this picture was taken before eating the only item I removed was the biscuit and they didn’t have fries

I had Dickey’s delivered to my hotel from this address and they killed it. The pulled pork sandwich was piping hot and fresh and the sauce was delicious.

Brisket was great here. Stores clean. Parking was a little tight, but not too bad. Service was decent.

Visited twice... 1st time no ribs, 2nd no Chicken. The portions were a little small.. they are different than the typical BBQ shack..... 🙄

The meat definitely lived up to its expectations! I would only suggest to get the ribs and brisket because that was soft but the pulled pork was pretty dry. Service was a bit slow but still great place to grab some quick bbq.

This was a horrible first time at Dickeys my order was all wrong the meat was tough I got a brisket and was supposed to get ribs but ended up with chicken that was dry my son slider was one piece of the toughest meat on Earth I was very disappointed and will never go back to Dickeys again. Ive never had a brisket that was that tough in my life and I spent 30 something dollars on this meal.

Food was hot and tasty. I just would like a little more food for my money. I feel like you get the most out of your money buy purchasing a meal but thats just my opinion. I will return and I do recommend.

Came in to today because I heard of the baked potatoes and let me tell you they were not lying when they told me it was worth it really really good. 🔥🔥🔥

First timers; 5 1/2 ⭐sThe customer service was perfect very respectable. I asked what meats they had that was tender to eat if you dont have many teeth. He was so sweet to say all of their meats were very tender. 100!The food was delicious, tender Biscuit tender ribs, you dont need many teeth to eat at Dickeys!😊 the hot links Spicy 🌶and delicious. Baked beans macaroni and cheese and fried Okra.😋 is what we ate for dinner after a long bike ride at the beach ⛱

Meat prices too expensive and side orders too small. The brisket tastes dry and doesnt even come close to Lucilles Bar B Que in Torrance, or Southside Market in Elgin, Texas.

I enjoyed the barbecue. The potato salad was emptied from a box. The sneeze guard was too high and making an order was difficult if you were of a smaller stature. The staff looked a little overworked. The place was very busy on Sunday afternoon. I would recommend the pork ribs...two bites in, and a rack later, I was in heaven.

Placed an order online and showed up and was told there was a 20 minute delay.The employee Rosa was very negative, she didnt even ask me for my order number and as 20 minutes pass by another employee notices me waiting and you can see the look of worry when he realizes that they havent been working on my order at all....I also ordered pies so my family could eat something while we wait and I asked for forks and Rosa told me they didnt have any and walked away, seconds later the other employee that overheard asked me if I wanted a for and gave me one.

First time at this location and very happy with the service as well as the food! Everything was great. I ordered for three and not one thing I can complain about. The young man who waited on me today was super cool! I needed a suggestion for a child and the chicken sliders and waffle fries were a hit!!!! Coming back for sure!

Ordered online and picked up a family pack with brisket, ribs, and a bunch of sides. The staff was super busy, but they were nice and attentive.The brisket was pretty fantastic for fast food bbq. I was so actually surprised how good it was since this was the first time I got food from this location. This ribs were perfectly smoked too. Im definitely going back.

Didnt get a chance to take photos because I was too excited, but their stuffed baked potato is totally texas legit. I ordered the Pork & Tangler BakerA giant baker filled with margarine, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and topped with our slow-smoked pulled pork, Dickeys Original barbecue sauce, and crispy onion tanglers.Cant wait to satisfy my craving from back in the days at U of H....Promise to take pics next time. The entire stuffed potato was demolished!!!

Was on hold for 20 min while driving when I got there the no one was buying food and the server was just standing there she didnt know I was still on hold until I showed her. And still had to wait another 10 min. Should have at least offered me a free beverage or discount on mesl

Ordered over the phone, I was told its better to order a full slab, instead of the 2 half slabs since it was for 2 different people. I arrived in 1O minutes, asked about my order and was told its ready. While waiting they took care of another persons order. If I had not paid in advance I would have left. Upon arriving home the ribs were very salty, and each bone was more fat than meat. My daughter was taking hers on her flight, and instead said "why take bones of fat, that I cant eat"?. I refuse to serve it to my dad. The container of beans had opened and spilled in the bag. I will never patronize this establishment again. I realize the guy who took my order needed to get rid of that slab of fatty meat. Waste of my hard earned EDD money. I refuse to look at this establishment when I Vista the community. You should feel shameful for selling barbecue FATBereft

Went for the first time ordered the 3 meat meal was very GOOD they gave me three ribs. Second time went in ordered the same, they gave me 2 ribs. Third time ordering the same i got 1 ribQuestioning the guy he says" we weigh everything" he didnt weigh anything.= rip off NEVER GOING BACK

Ordered here for the Turkey Day Festivities, and they didnt disappoint. Although, we did have to wait a bit for our pre-ordered food, it was definitely worth the wait. Delicious, great price, and amazing customer service!!!!

Long wait, cold food, didnt get everything I ordered, under staffed, supervisor was not friendly and didnt want to be bothered. She left two kids up front and took her break when it got busy on a Friday evening. The guy on the register was new. I felt sorry for the kid making sandwiches. I had heard bad thing before I went. Now Im a believer and will not return.While I stand by my initial review. I will say that I was contacted about my experience. The person I spoke with was very empathetic. He apologized and informed me that he would work on a plan to keep this from happening in the future.

Placed order online for curbside pickup. Gave all details order was placed 2hrs prior. Upon arriving to the store at 3:55pm i parked directly in front store. I checked in on the app for curbside pickup. I waited for about 10min with no response. I noticed they were busy and decided i would give them a few more minutes and not to be pushy. After waiting in my are for 17min i went inside keeping at least 6ft from the cash register were it took almost 10min for someone to acknowledge me. I told the young lady that i had checked in online 20min prior for curbside pickup, she asked my name and proceeded to pull a ticket off the back wall and gave it to another person to fulfill my order. About 5min later the lady return and grabbed the bag from the check out person and handed it to me. No were sorry for the wait, nothing at all. I had to ask what the hold up was, and she said they dont do curbside pickup at this location. I asked to speak with a manager at this point. She left and proceeded to get a gentleman by the name of Barry. Barry is positively the most inept Manger i have ever had to deal with ever. After explaining my issue with curbside pickup, the wait, and the non apology from the staff. I was told i should take my issue to corporate. It is not their problem, they have asked numerous times to have the curbside option removed from the website. I was shocked and dumbfounded by his response. I said i would like a refund and would not be doing business here again. He said fine grabbed the bag of food and threw in the trash and walked off. Long story short he said money was refunded, i asked for documentation he wrote on my receipt refunded. I then said when will this show up to my account. Talk to your bank was his answer. I ended up calling the Compton location and they helped me with a smile. Thank you Compton crew who took my order and had it ready when i arrived. I briefly told them what happened and they say we get a lot of customer from the location with issues.

My order was late, my order was made wrong.. I drove half hour to the restaurant, waited an extra 20min for an order I scheduled and paid for ahead, drove 30min home, found out no sides or toppers for sandwiches were given, called the manager, experienced poor customer service, and now Im about to drive another half hour to the restaurant, stand in long line for a refund, and then drive back home. This place isnt worth the nearly 3hours of my day it took from me . The manager should have refunded my card without having us drive back!! He could have gave me the difference or just let me have the order. Im sure it will be in the trash or reserved. Beware, horrible service if there is an issue.

Takes too long to prepare. The sauce is way to sweet. The should close down and maybe serve candy instead. These were very poor quality ribs. Very over priced. There half rack would barely feed a starving child. They have over priced themselves on their brand. Aside from the rest of the menu I highly recommend going elsewhere for ribs.

I really like their sandwiches. Always such a good smoke flavor. Good service. Last time I did get some pretty good sized chunks of fat that I had to pick out, but first time for that so i will let it pass and hope it was an anomaly.

The Owner( Barryis the worse person in the, mean rude and there customer service is horrible, he should take a class on how to run a business. After I stood in line for the long time he Threaten to not give me my food line was long I waited almost 11:20 to 12:45 hours to get in and he served the postmates and grub hub first which left the line of 20 + people out in the hot sun and there were elderly people waiting as well. When I said that I was going to report him he said I am the owner and get out !!! I haven’t had a break and I been here since 8am. He also told me that you will wait a long time for good food!!! Geesh I’m going to Compton Dickey’sI will not wait a long time for food and get bad customer service too!!!

Food is good. Portion size is definitely not as much as other BBQ establishments. The BBQ sauce was the same consistency as water. BBQ sauce is supposed to be thick and stick to the meat. Not just run right off.

At Dickeys I enjoyed the 2 plate combo which included sliced brisket, links, cole slaw, yeast roll, pickles mac & cheese... All of the food excellent with taste, tenderness, flavorful, portion size and price. The service was both professional and friendly. To make it even better was the ice cream cone. I will go there again!

I took my partner for her first visit ever. They didnt open on time. Once inside we waited for service. It turned out that they didnt have the brisket ready. Thats the only reason for our visit. The lady said it would take about 2 hours for it to be ready. We left disqusted and upset. This is no way to run a business when your product is not available. Which means we wont be available either. Lucilles...here we come!!!

I have been waiting to experience Dickeys for some time now and for the most part it was worth the wait. I had the Wednesday daily deal, a sandwich with a seasoned buttery bread roll filled with pulled pork and hot link sausage. The pulled pork was flavorful and juicy, the hot link was even better. Where Dickeys fell short was on the little things; my side of jalapeno beans had been in the pot too long and had a slight burnt taste, but the potato salad was a home run, well seasoned flavorful and had great texture. Other issues were that the paper towel rolls on nearly all the tables were empty and the ice tea dispensers were empty and many of the flavors in the Coke Freestyle machine were unavailable. The main event here is the meat and they did that really well. Will I come back? You bet I will. Maybe they were having a rough night.

2nd Time coming here, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. But today they ran out of hot links and ice cream cones. Last time they didnt have menus.

Omg!! I love it here! The brisket is amazing!!! The BBQ sauces there are sooo good! The employees are so awesome too great service all the time!!!
