Diavolo Restaurant in Kathu

Wir sind hier gekommen, weil wir die gute Bewertungen gelesen haben. Wir sind enttäuscht worden. Die 3* gebe ich nur, da meine Suppe sehr lecker war. Meine Tochter hatte nur eine halbe Schüssel bekommen. Mein Mann und Sohn hatten sich Shrimps bestellt. Die waren echt enttäuscht, mit Köpfen und Darm. Selbst am Strand bekommen wir immer super gesäuberte Scampis, da essen wir immer und noch kein Restaurant hat es bis jetzt getippt. Wir haben das Essen zurück gegeben und hatten die wieder ohne Kopf aber mit Darm bekommen. Mit 6 Scampis wird man nicht satt also bestellten wir Reis, das würde uns vorher nicht angeboten, wir dachten, dass es für den stolzen Preis die Schüssel mit Reis drin ist. Wir sind anschließend zu dem Nachbar gegangen und haben Nudel mit Hähnchen bestellt und sind satt geworden, groß und sehr lecker. Der Person war höflich. Schade, dass man in den ganzen Restaurant alleine sitzt und die Besitzer schon sehr Betriebsblind sind und nicht erkennen ihren Untergang.

Потрясающе вкусные блюда в кафе, порции большие. Можно с собой брать. Жили рядом в отеле кушать ходили сюда. В меню есть все для всех на любой вкус. Том ям, пад Тай, Спрингс роллы с морепродуктами и кальмары в кляре, отдельная любовь. Уютно, атмосферно и тихо. Вежливый персонал, гостеприимные. Хозяин готовит вкусную паэлью. Отдельная благодарность бармену за его самую вкусную «Маргариту» которую я пила, даже в Италии так вкусно не делают😉 Для меня все достойно у них. Рекомендую.

Lovely restaurant close to Kamala Suites (Swiss hotelwhich serves great Thai food and cold beer. We ate here three times during our stay.

Очень вкусные и большие порции. Персонал очень вежливый и весёлый. Бармен готовит клëвую Маргариту.Очень приятно находиться в этом месте.Есть бассейн в котором одно искупаться.Хозяин кафе всегда приветливый и любезный.Мы называли это кафе "Хижина Дяди Тома"

Arrivés par hasard (nous logeons au novotel, 7mn à pieds), restaurant très sympathique tenu par un français, très bonne cuisine variée (thaïlandaise et occidentale), et beau cadre. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix ! Belle alternative aux restos des hôtels avoisinant...

Only been there this once. The staff are friendly and the drinks are cold. Did not eat anything but I believe the food great

a very nice bar/restaurant to have a drink and relax. for me its a good and quite pleasing place at the moment because of covid 19 .as all ways the staff are very courteous and very pleasant. so the next time you are parsing stop and drop in and you will not disappoint

Yes! Great decor, excellent food. This place was open for business during the sandbox experiment, and during the extra restrictions between first two weeks of august in 21. Service and food were great. Our kids enjoyed their pasta carbonara (although in my culinary opinion, no cream should be added 😉). For the grown-ups, great looking and tasting thai dishes.

French cuisine and very good. Was way busier before covid. Use the ph number or message to ensure Charles is cooking that day until things get busier.

Très bonne ambiance relaxante par l’ensemble de la décoration et de l’emplacement très calme ! Très bon plats thaïlandais ! Propose également des plats européens. Content de pouvoir rencontré et échanger avec les dirigeants français.

Belle place typique thaï, restaurant bien ventilé, au calme, à 3mn à pied de la plage, plat français et thaï. Possibilité de se baigner..A voir et à revoir....

Классное кафе, большие порции, порадовала паста. В жару включают вентиляторы которые есть над каждым столиком, крыша покрыта соломой, мебель бамбук с мягкими сидениями. Есть бассейн.

Excellent, very reasonably priced food & service. Have returned for the second time now a year later and glad to see nothing had changed! Alex sure knows how to run a good restaurant.

Quick service, lots of menu options. The panini and shrimp spring rolls could have been cooked a little longer but otherwise the food was good. Portions are perfect for one or sharing, prices are low and match the food quality and quantity, good for a couple, friends or family . Plenty of space.

Prices above average, small beer-90bat. Good pad thai and spring rolls, but I would not reccomend any beef- I had in oyster sauce and meat was tough and dry. Place is very relaxing though

I took away som tam and it was excellent! But there were people smoking at the bar, so its minus one star for me...

El restaurante fue una referencia en su día pero tras el cambio de propietario (una pareja francesaes de lo peor que he probado en Tailandia y eso que el lugar es precioso pero la comida ni tiene el aroma tailandés de la cocina local de verdad.

スイスホテルに滞在していたので、近くの飯屋ということでここに来ました。客が多国籍ということもあり、何でもメニューは揃っています。逆にタイ料理が食べたいならオススメしません。木でできた南国風の屋根の下、ビール飲みながらのんびりするのがいいでしょう。値段は高すぎずといったレベルで、観光地の割にはリーズナブル。ホテルのレストランで食べるより全然いいかと思います。ただスイスホテルに宿泊するとここぐらいしか食べるところがないので、早く近辺の開発が進むことを祈ります。

Friendly staff and excellent food in a pleasant location. We stayed at the Swissotel up the road, but found the restaurant there too large and impersonal.

Pas mal pour le repas bien quavec le manque de personne javais fini mon repas quand celui de ma femme est arrivé cependant nous étions habitués à plus de considération par lancien propriétaire des lieux qui accueillait la clientèle et senquérait de connaître leur avis. 2 soirs passés dans létablissement les propriétaires ne nous ont même pas vus arriver occupés quils étaient avec une équipe soudés au bar comme des veaux à un abreuvoirPas de bonsoir, ils ne nous ont même pas vus repartir déçus .plus jamais

This is our first visit to Thailand. We are currently staying at the Swissotel Beach Resort, Kamala. We noticed the Baan Mai Restaurant on our second day here and decided to try it. We are glad we did. The staff are so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Its a quiet restaurant with a great atmosphere. We would definitely highly recommend this place.

Sitio tranquilo con todo tipo de comida, desde tailandesa hasta europea con precios razonables. Las vistas a una piscina algo sucia no es la mejor, pero es un lugar singular.
