Room is so small but location good

Love the rooms

Basic needs are met and location is greatPros: location, 12th floor view of the city, cost, powerful AC, toilet tissue paper are precut for you, Western toilet, good cable TV, comfortable bed, voyeuristic shower room for the adventurous when curtain is fully openedCons: room #1213 safe box was not attached to the base and can be carried away, also it does not always lock when closing (you have to check and try at least 4 times); no air suction in bathroom and air can be stale and very humid; staff "hides" and dont bother saying hello and good morning to you; elevator competes with other businesses in the building (movie theater, restaurants, etcand there are only 3 elevators for all businesses in the building. It can be very annoying waiting for elevator all the way up 12th floor; shelves are lacking therefore you are forced to put things at the floor or at the end of the bed (this could be avoided by placing shelves on the walls or adding table at the corner); looks old; not Western spaciousness we are used to;

Location location location. That is the best thing about this hotel. It is in the heart of Ximending where there are so many restaurants, shops, and MRT.The hotel is located on the 12th floor of the building with the cinema. There is no dedicated elevator for the hotel so there are times you may have to wait a while to get an elevator since the other floors have shops, restaurants, and cinema. The rooms are also small but the bathroom was relatively large.Overall, the room was clean. However, the walls are paper thin. There are times when the neighbor opened their door and it startled me because I thought someone was breaking into my room.Airport shuttle is available but for a fee. Also, wi-fi was not the best. At times, it is painfully slow.

The location is convenient, right in the Ximending centre. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, washroom is big and clean, water is strong. The receptionist is polite and resourceful.

The hotel room is very small but the bathroom is consider big and clean. Location is good as is inside 西门町. Be careful when enter into room as there is a step down.

The room at here was very small. But the location at here is very convenient. It was very near the Family ,seven eleven,and so on.

come down from hotel , on your right side are saizeriya restaurant and other restaurant plus local delights when you walk further in either one of the direction.on your left side are uniolo shop and other restaurant which is different from the other side

The room was but it was clean and staff were super helpful. The hotel was a 3min walk from the mrt. Its th with best place to stay if you want street food and shopping.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ximinding shopping center. Easy shopping and convenient story is just across street . Hotel entrance is beside Uniqlo.

Hotel is very good. Clean spacious rooms with a good view of Taipei providing great natural lighting. Staff are very accomodating and helpful espcially if you are looking for something only a local would know. Room rates are very good. Unlimited coffee and Tea. Location is right in Ximen and very near to Ximen Station Exit 6.

Located at 12th level right above the uniqlo and cinema, is near to mrt and famous food around in xmd. I would say great service provided as they are prompt to request during my stay there.

Large room work plenty of space with great view of the city. Great location.Giving only 4 stars because despite wanting to pay with cash I was told I have to pay with my debit card which means foreign transaction fees.The payment process was weird because they didnt ask me for my pin but instead my signature was all that was required. I have never paid like this before.

Good if you are here to for shopping. Its in the center of Ximending. There is cinema and food too at the lower levels. But too crowded during weekends. Short walking distance to Metro.If you stay in room on level 13, still need to take to level 12 and change to another elevate. Quite troublesome. Room not quite sound proof, so its a little noisy if you have noisy neighbors. Toilet is basic, not much space for toiletries. But this is what youll get for a cheap place.Overall is clean and comfortable, not bad if you plan to just go out early morning and come back to sleep.

Newly renovated. Room is really clean and white!! For that price u will not expect this room!!!! Staff are very friendly and communicate in English very well. Not as noisy as the other reviews as they might very very newly renovated. Maybe they did something to the sound proof. Toilet in white and see totally no molds on Wall or floor. Soup and shampoo provided are good quality. Located in the middle of ximending very convenient. Even midnight 1am if u are hungry u can find food easily just under the hotel. They provide tour to Jiufen and shifen at 1100 per person which is the most headache to most of the tourist. If u are lucky u might get a private tour at the price of group tours just like us!!!!! Highly recommended and will definitely go back to the same hotel!!!!

Slightly janky, but functional! Queen beds are available (and comfortable), and the location is awesome. The entrance is difficult to find -- just left of the Uniqlo is the box office of a movie theater. Walk past that and take the elevator up to 12F.
