They provided a space for smokers which is good for the smokers. Cotabato City is not allowing smoker to smoke in public.

My friend brought me here to stay. The room rate was Php750- so I paid as I have a heavy bag with me.We got inside room 108 which was in the ground floor. The room is nice but the downside is it smells baygon. Yeah just recently been sprayed over which is therefore unhealthy. According to the staff it was because there are mosquitoes. Yes mosquitoes inside the room and small roaches too. Yup two insects.Other than that the linens is very thin which is unuseful if you want to max the aircon. Good thing I have a linen with me to ease the coldness.The cr, they have hot and cold water. The downside was their basin because it is stock and then the pipeline is broken. So it smells bad in there.They have wifi too and just in the lobby area. So if wanted to work on using the internet you need to go out there. Just as I did.But the place is safe according to my friend and myself as well.It is near the van terminal too if you will go to Gensan, Pagadian, Iligan, Davao and other places.

I stay in a lot of budget hotels whenever in Cotabato City. Ive tried a number of them. Diamond Hotel is one of the more spacious ones in the town area and cleaner than most. Its located within walking distance to the plaza and surrounded by plenty of places to eat.No pokestops/gyms nearby. The closest is a few blocks away.
