Great restaurant offering whole gluten free meals, making it safe for coeliacs. The food tastes amazing and the portions are big, you will not be disappointed. We recommend trying the pork ribs and the Slovenian trout, but I also tried the rice pasta dishes and they were very good and flavoured. Staff was super friendly and prices were good for the quality/quantity. Not far from the city center and in a very nice area with pubs. Totally recommended.

Awesome place! Safe for all who have issues with gluten, the food is incredibly tasty and staff is simply amazing. Plus – a huge selection of gluten free beers. I loved every bite here and Im definitely gonna come back again. You can walk there from the city center quite comfortably. Definitely worth a visit for both coeliacs and healthy people too.

The food, wine and beer was all great and 100% Gluten-free! It is often frustrating to find gluten-free options, especially when traveling. I stumbled upon this place and if I wasn’t just here for a day, I’d go back!

Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty gluten free food. Super comfortable atmosphere, really knowledgeable staff who speak English no problem. Really really enjoyed our supper here. Next time Im in Ljubljana, Im definitely going to try out the hotel here so I can get gluten free breakfast!

Another mediocre food place with non quality wines, overpriced food and very simple to taste.Schwarma and egyptian plate for 14eur? Yeah right, get better and cheaper kebab at local šiptar and no, I do not recommend any house wines, you can get better at Dolenjska region, and trust me they do not have good wines.EDIT: just stood up and walked a bit, possible food poisoning.

A hidden gem in Ljubljana. What a great GF restaurant. We stumbled across this restaurant and ended up eating here both nights of our stay in Ljubljana.The first night we had the baby back ribs which seems to be there most popular dish (followed by the steakand the mushroom risotto.I have never liked ribs as they are usually smothered in a sticky, sweet sauce. But these were absolutely amazing, smoky, tender, heaps of meat and so much of it too. The risotto was beautiful too.The next night we tried the carpaccio and the Egyptian salad and their home made bread rolls. Again, beautiful meals and very big.The waiter was lovely and quite shy, but he did explain the meals to us and we had wonderful service.We sat outside and it was busy both nights with people being turned away or waiting.The prices were really reasonable as well and they had a good selection of drinks. It is just outside the Old Town, near the river and there are bars close by.

We arrived having pre booked to be flippantly told "sit wherever" by a staff member who was walking past and did not stop to talk or acknowledge us.Staff brought our beers out in cans which exploded everywhere when we opened themFood arrived quickly but was cold, clearly not fresh or even heated properly before serving. Ordered the Tauk... Tasteless.Flies everywhere in outside dining area.Very rude staff, well below par food. Avoid!!

Very nice B&B in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of old town Ljubliana. Rooms are small but comfortable. Great staff. Breakfast is included. Free, secure parking on site. Nice bar and restaurant on site too.

What a great find in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Totally gluten-free and all other common allergens are listed in a Slovenian and English menu.Easy walking distance from the Old City. A very diverse and broad menu covering vegetarian, seafood, fried chicken, gnocchi, risotto, salads and other items. Their stated specialties are ribeye, ribs and tuna steak. Four gluten-free and gluten removed beer selections...A small but regionally broad wine menu...I went with gnocchi with shrimp and porcini mushrooms. It was excellent.The service was excellent, very friendly and the food was delivered quickly. The toilets were spotless as well. Inside and outside seating.Kudos to Kaka as well!

Very cosy place.Visited on a Saturday night and it was almost full.Big portions and very nice flavours.We tried their special fried chicken (served with potato pureeand it was crispy and tasty!We also tried the egyptian shawarma which was also very tasty albeit a bit overcooked(?for my taste.Would definitely recommend!

Ive been there with my family 4 times now, and I simply cant find one thing that I could rate "so so". We have been trying a bit of everything, from cold starters, pasta, fish and meat and everything was delicious. Good wine selection, not too wide but surely more than enough to have a perfect pairing with all dishes of the menu. A separate note should be spent for desserts, they are out of this world !!Nice and relaxed location a stone throw from the busy centre of Ljubljana, very welcoming staff.Either you have problems with gluten or not (my girlfriend hasa great choice for an excellent meal.

Good food, good service. I realised its gluten free place only while leaving, you cant realize that by food only - menu is rich in options and in food you dont see the difference. Even in desserts

Super nice hotel. Aspecially with the connection to the gluten-free restaurant and included breakfast.Super clean and beautiful rooms all taken care of very well.Next time I will stay longer Ljubljana is super beautiful and worth to enjoy for a cuple days.

Mushroom soup was not delicious. Potato puree was dull. The lamb was relatively ok, but no strong flavor. The Angus beef could be prepared much better. The best were cherry dumplings. The waiter was fine and the restaurant was empty.

Very lovely place with pleasant atmosphere and phenomenal food in downstairs restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean, wi-fi and power outlets everywhere, even over your head in bed, fridge also included. I want to send my special regards to the beautiful blonde angel Kaja (I hope I spelled it correctly), the most helpful and kind waitress making the atmosphere in this place even better! One and only (greatgluten free restaurant in Ljubljana 👏👌+ Food was tasty: my Egiptian salat 👍+ Prices are ok, or maybe I could even say low (for gluten free restaurant🤷‍♂️ Dinner with main dishes, drinks and lava cake for two around 40 eur.+- Dont forget to reserve a table, no matter what day you go there ...- A bit slow service from beginning to an end (Dont go there if you are in a rush 😉)All in all cool (gluten freedinning experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all people, not just "gluten free people 💪☝

Definitely our favorite restaurant in Ljubljana. Very friendly service, fresh food and very good prices, especially considering the generous portions. The staff gave us personal recommendations concerning regional wines and were happy to make our experience as comfortable as possible. Excellent place, do yourself a favor and visit!

[review for the B&B] This was a wonderful first stay in Ljubljana. Robert, Boštjan, and the team were extremely hospitable and friendly throughout the stay, and made it a very pleasant experience. The daily breakfast downstairs is perfect, with fresh scrambled eggs, homemade bread, cereal, dessert, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. The location is nice and convenient but also quiet enough to get a good nights rest. Would absolutely recommend! Their food stand at the Friday Open Kitchen is delicious as well. Hvala Robert and Boštjan for the warm Slovenian welcome!

My first time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed. I ordered a lunch menu. It includes soup, main dish and dessert. The concept of mixing different foods from different cultures is really interesting and it turned out great. The food was delicious. The waiter was also nice. Will definitely visit again to try something else.

Amazing dishes for a low price. I had the ribs which were quite nice. At the open kitchen at the market, I had the Shawarma which is delicious. The burgers looked very good as well but I didnt get to taste them. They also have a broad variety of nice beers. Service is fast and friendly as well

Nice bbq place. Seems like mostly locals go here. Dinner really good North African dishes. Nice rib eye as well. Short wine list and dessert menu. The roasted vegetables are better than the fries too most dishes!

Good price / quality ratio. Delicious food, large portions. Pity, because nobody asks you how to make burger (or medium, or rare, or well-done). Maybe is the best that you mention by yourself when you order it. Otherwise you can be dissatisfied with the hamburgers, as happened to me. Despite this everything is ok. Staff very kind and friendly. Nice ambient. Great selection of beer.
