Mal servicioBetter train the waitresses, we were seated for 20 minutes and they never came to take the order or drinks. The restaurant was not full.In that time, 4-5 people same left their table to wait. Very unfortunate.

The waiter was lovely. The food was the worst I have ever paid for.

Stay away of this site, specially if this guy is at the entrance, rude guy, we were suppose to spend our money there, we are sorry could not stay, but decided to leave because his behavior, the place is supposed to be nice, and the waiter was friendly with us, hope next time this guy treat better the customers whom are soppose to have a great time and leave their money at this city

Waited 30 minutes for a coke (with the number of waiters exceeding the number of customers), having reminded the waiters of my order multiple times. Once I got my drink, the staff was very fast to come for the payment though (less than 2 minutes), and not so fast with the change.

Too long wait for 3 short drinks for 8 eur each

Super disappointing. We came during the happy hour, aperol spritz was tasteless, food was like at school canteen and pasta was cold. Do not recommend :(

Bad experience overall. Food and drinks were good but had to wait over half an hour to order our second round. We were asked to pay instead.

We had to wait a very long time to order and then to get our drinks. The happy hour tapas plate has the same quality level as the one of a school cafeteria. The place is charming though and the waiter was friendly.

Worst experience in whole milan.We were visiting Milan for the first time and didnt knew the concept of "you order a drink and get food". Which is weird, because normally I would order food if I want food and not a drink, but ok so far so fine.The issue is: If a person is not local and tells you that he only wants to enjoy a drink and suddenly your bill is higher than expected and you receive food (which you did not order- thats not nice.But even worse: After asking why we received the food the staff told us it is our fault if we dont eat the food and was so rude like I never experienced in my entire life before.I dont know if it just because we seem to be "stupid" tourist or because the restaurant has an issue with foreigners but I would not recommend to vist.

I was really interested in the buffet but ofcourse because of corona it wasn’t there. I would have liked to choose what i wanted myself as know I just got random things that didn’t go together. My cocktail was tasty but it was very cold inside, I had to wear my coat.

Great aperitivo! 12e for a drink and 3 plates of snacks, warm dish and some dolces. Beautiful inside and out, highly recommend ☺️

Very disappointed with the aperitivos, was told when I first got there that they werent doing a serve yourself buffet. Instead it was a buffet served to your table which I was happy with. Ordered two cocktail and waited for the food. When I got food I was treated to lukewarm dry food which would have been hard to eat without the cocktail.As I was quite hungry and needed some more food I ordered another plate as it was a buffet I thought Id get some different food that I mightve enjoyed. The reality was quite the contrary, I was then told that I would have to pay for another plate of food which goes against it being a buffet as I was told it was. I left feeling dissatisfied and would certainly not recommended this place, there are far better places in the area.

This place has a lot of potential, very good drinks, a big buffet for aperitivo with quality & fresh food (don’t overlook the chips they are AMAZING), but the service was poor, not friendly at all, which makes for a weird & uncomfortable ambiance.

we found this place from a random blog and really liked it. huge drink selection and fairly priced, considering the huge and tasty buffet. staff were very nice to explain to us how it all worked and we loved it!

Central location. Very good coffee and brunch. Perfect for Aperitif.The tram stops the opposite side. Deseo is also certified to sell tickets. It’s a keeper!

We went there for aperitivo and where a little disappointed at first when the waitress welcomed us kind of badly. Her service was the opposite of friendly but at the end we enjoyed our stay quite a lot because of great drinks, huge and delicious buffet and fair pricing. The ambiance was quite nice despite annoying monotonous lounge music which I dont like very much and I can recommend this place.

Even though, we just went there to drink some water and order a taxi at night, everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice to us and even saw us home safely. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience!

This is a very beautiful place where to have dinner/lunch/appetizers. I went there with a friend to have an appetizer at 8 oclock on Tuesday: I paid 12€ for a 0.5L of beer and for the buffet. The price is in line with the other bars in the area. The quality of food is good, as its variety (there were cous cous, pasta, rice, fries, bread). I liked Deseo more than the bar in front of it because it is more balanced: less variety but better quality. The location is very beautiful, perfect to go out with a girl.

The buffet was quite average, however the cocktails were clearly very well made! Sitting outside with the tram passing by and a great buzz.

Great value. A nice cocktail and all you can eat for 12euro. Food quality was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable seating area. Head waiter was rather grumpy though.

I am so sorry to say, but after being in Milan for almost 2 years now, this place wins a prize for being the worst aperitivo place Ive ever been to. Very little selection of food to begin with, terrible food quality - the chicken went bad its bad smell is already in the restaurant itself - and terrible drink. The cocktail my friend ordered has a very queer taste I cannot find a word to describe. The chocolate fountine they have is literally just for decoration because it was so watery and didnt taste like anything. Its a great location though, so that explains why its still somewhat full in the restaurant. But if you have any other place to go, go there. There are many aperitivo place nearby this place anyway.

Tasty food but we waited literally an hour for our order to be taken and we were the only people in the restaurant. The waiter spilled our drinks or cleared them before we were done (were talking 2/3 of the drink left, not just a couple sips). At the end of the meal, the waiter said he couldnt give us a bill because two different people had taken our orders so he didnt know how much it should be. A manager told us how much we owed and it sounded like too much but by then we just paid and left because otherwise we would have missed our train.

For 12 Euros per person for aperitivos, its pretty good. Good drinks, nice location with outdoor seating, friendly staff. Understand that you are getting snacks, not a full meal. That being said, the food, while there was a good variety, was fairly mediocre quality-wise. Nothing was fantastic, the curry chicken at least was decent.

If you are in downtown Milan (near Arco della Pacethen this is an OK place for your to have a Milanese APERITIVO after 6PM. Just make sure you arrive at before 8PM during the weekend, otherwise youll find yourself waiting for over 30 mins for a table, standing uncomfortably in the middle of the way, while the not-so-friendly staff run up and down the restaurant.So for those of you who are new to Aperitivo, this is what you need to know: you order a drink (any drink for that matter), places charges you 12 or so euros and then you get free access to the buffet. Is the food good? No, its not. Will you eat until you drop? If you dont mind the stink eye from the staff, then yes you will. Is the Aperol Spritz worth the 12 euros and food? Its not. While theres a cool chocolate fountain for you to dip fruit and all sorts of cake and pancakes in it, its not super great.I came to this place thanks to the Google Maps reviews, but I was nowhere near as impressed as I should have been. I had slightly higher expectations, especially coming from international reviews. I guess people here either have really low standards for food and quality, or its really their first time leaving home.All in all, its not a bad place, but dont expect amazing food or great drinks.

Awesome place! Really tasty and well served areritivo, wide choice of dishes. Tasty cocktails, nice personnel, awesome location. Highly recommend for any evening!!!

Great food and friendly staff. My cocktail had the right amounts of alcohol. It startes getting packed around 7pm and starts at 6pm.

Lovely space, good cocktails and food for aperitivo for a good price but 3 stars go to the bad service. When I first got in and asked for places in English the waiter in a bad way said he cant speak english and walked away, we placed ourselves but he was responsible of the service of the area we were sitting in. He does not smile whatsoever, him + 2 other waiters and he kept taking my plates telling me " well you dont have to wash it "

Went for Aperitivo. Great buffet choices and awesome drinks. Pay for 1 drink and get access to the full buffet. There were plenty of options and loads of different foods to try. All of the food was really great quality, cooked really well and tasted great :)

Very nice place for an aperitvo. €11 for a choice of cocktail or drink from a massive selection of drinks - along with an all you can eat buffet with great food & dessert. Would definitely return.

Excellent service. Went for a 10€ aperativo and there was a fine selection of pastas, salads, pizzas, meats, curries. Dessert was great with a chocolate fountain and fruit. All in all a great time and a nice sophisticated atmosphere.

Not the cheapest appretivo but a very good (happy hours until 22:00selection of plates. Good staff and atmosphere on this beautiful neighbourhood of Milan.

Excellent happy hour buffet. In Milan happy hour does not mean more alcohol for less money, it means you get a buffet for free when ordering a drink. This place offers a very good buffet with very tasty local dishes in a nice atmosphere. From 19:00, come early it gets very busy later.

Probably one of the (if not thebest apertivos in Milan. Extremely trendy atmosphere, chill music and large drinks... but they are slightly watery though. Enjoyed it, went back a few times.

Great place to go for apertivo (happy hourthey have a vast selection of foods to select from dessert included and also a good place to meet new people. Good music selection as well and a wide variety of cocktails and drinks to select from. I recommend everyone to try this place out. Cost €10 for drinks during happy hour. Not sure about after then.

For 10€ you can have a cocktail and buffet. Drinks were good but the food wasnt something special.

Its a very elegant place, the crowd is mixed (we went there on Saturday night). Service was good, weve booked a table in advance and we had a very good one. We only had wine so no idea about the cocktails quality. The only suggestion: to make a larger choice of fresh fruit juices...
