Denny's in Bremerton

Its the great American diner. Their double cheeseburgers are awesome, and who doesnt love a good chicken fried steak.

One of my top ten places to go. My bf and I always have a good experience here. Food is ordered quickly and served almost as quickly. The wait staff are incredibly kind and quick to offer any assistance if needed but not to imped on your dining service. The prices are low but the quality is good. I have had a few items that just wasnt for me but I also accept Im somewhat of a picky eater and that doesnt lend itself necessarily of the overall quality or taste of the food. I love going there for breakfast, its generally calm and quiet, which is nice just trying to get started in the morning. Overall Id give this place a B+

The staff was quick to greet and seat us which was appreciated since my mom has alzheimers. The food was great and the waitress attentive.

No beer. No alcohol at all. I wasnt searching for it as a bar. I mean, it is a diner. But a beer would been so nice after a 13 hr shift with my evening meal.

Dennys is Dennys, not much more to say. I think about the only thing that could ruin a trip to Dennys, is bad service and that is rare. This trip didnt disappoint, good food, good service.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Excellent staff and great food.

Food was excellent. Would have given it a 5 star, but dining facility had no air conditioning and was short staffed. Food was fresh and staff on hand were attentive and friendly.

Our food tonight was amazing. We had the Patty Melt and the South Western Benedict(to go). Usually I expect Denny’s to be just good, but tonight it was really great. Good job🙌🏻

All you can eat breakfast is a bargain, until you add a coffee that puts the total with tip to twice the cost.

Sadly I have to write an update on this establishment. The decline in the quality of the food is astonishing. About 2 weeks ago I sat in the diner and ordered one of their skillets with 2 over-medium eggs on top. The meal arrived in a few minutes. The meal appeared to be smothered in barbecue sauce which I did not see in original description.I was hungry so I took a few bites and found what appeared to be one half of a watch band made of suede. It blended in nicely with the barbecue slathered meal.I sent the meal back and saw the cook and his staff laughing. A good cook shows pride and love in his work. This guy was clearly their for a paycheck. Their is no love in the preparation of your food in this place. I wont spend my money there again.

Clean quiet foods pretty good fairly priced friendly service

Our sever was Prince!Very professional and courteous.His timing was impeccable as far as service, asking if we needed more drinks etc. just as we were low.Sadly this is rare service nowadays!

Never have to wait on my "pick up" orders...staff is always friendly, and courteous.

This was a a blast eating there. Even we discover minor issues, the staff was able to correct them immediately. They provide great customer service and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend anyone to eat there.

The food is awesome. Its atmosphere is great and feels warm and cozy. I enjoy the sizzling skillet and a hot chocolate the most.

Restaurant was almost empty on a Sunday night and I was left waiting for a seat for over 10 minutes. Finally left. One person waiting tables. The personal appearance and attitude of the staff working would make me wonder how safe the food I was consuming was. Seems like roll the dice food poisoning for sure. They apparently dont want or need your business.

The customer service is great and the food is great. Even when its busy, the food is prepared in a timely fashion and is very presentable.

Just moved to the area and my first time out in a while.. Crystal my server was an amazing person and her service alone makes this Dennys a 5 star establishment. She wears a mask to protect the elderly customers in the restaurant. Shes quick, responsive, accurate order placement, and very very kind.This is a kind of waitress you want to keep! I tipped well but I hope to see her promoted to keep the high standard of customer service.Food was good and kitchen staff seemed to be working hard. Overall a great experience.Only thing that I could wish for is better creamer for coffee, especially it being franchised owned, they could put coffee mate in small carriers (similar to syrup carriersand have them refrigerated to reduce waste and to cool my coffee to make it easier to drink sooner

On TV Dennys advertised a all you can eat breakfast and all of us ordered that six of us. On TV it was $6.99 . in the menu at Dennys that was $8.99. when we all got up to pay our tickets we were all charged $9.99 until I had him correct it and then on top of that I wanted peanut butter for my pancakes and I asked him if they had it they did but they neglected to tell us we were going to be charged a $1.89 for a little tub of peanut butter so that was a surprise. Coffee was almost $4.00 a cup. Not a big fan of Dennys.

The food was good. The coffee was a lot cheaper than the family pancake house.

This location was good. I have not been to a Dennys in so many years. They were short staffed so we had to wait to be seated and wait to place our order. But the food tasted good.

Took my girlfriend out for breakfast this morning. The server was polite, well groomed, and paid just the right amount of attention to us. The food arrived swiftly and was fabulous. Thanks guys

mom said sausage was bad and eggs were fine, my chicken was a little gross , and the fries were pretty rancid tbh

This is the worst Dennys Ive ever been to. The servers are hit and miss, they seem to be better at night. The cooks, one in particular, say theyve been cooking for Dennys for over 18 years. The veggies in the potroast were not fully cooked, and when we told them the cook was going to put the whole bowl in the microwave to make it better. There is so so much more. Way too much it seems to put here now, but if I were you Id save my money!

We were on vacation in WA. we stopped for a quick nite meal. The staff was very nice, very friendly the restaurant was clean 👌....well done

Everything you could expect from a Dennys. The waiter was friendly, the food didnt take too long to cook and tasted pretty good.

Shout out to the kid who helped me and was actually putting in effort when there seemed to be only two wait staff working. Ive worked in the service industry and my biggest peeve is when employees use tasking to ignore customers. One kid is there working hard to seat people, take orders, bring orders, check in with customers and check them out. While his buddy stands there watching as he slowly wraps cutlery in napkins for to go orders and tables. Doesnt make an effort to help seat customers, just stares at them as they wait and stare back at him.My food wasnt bad. I got a Moons Over My Hammy because I needed a quick bite before getting back on the road. It arrived quickly, but it wasnt made the best. Compared to other reviews, at least I got everything I ordered.Overall, Ive been to worse places and had worse food. But keep in mind that depending on what time you come in, you might get wildly different levels of service and order quality.

Wait staff was great. No customers.Hot chocolate was overly thick with chocolate and hash browns were greasy, slightly browned on one side and not cooked for the rest of it.

Over 5 years of multi-people reviews stating bad service, management does not care I guess. December 2021 multiple visits, Food OK if order is complete. No customer care @ front, lines get up to 10 people long for extended periods of time & not even an acknowledgement from staff. Pick up orders do not have a clear separate designated waiting area & when ready not clearly announced or handed over, just put on the counter & let multiple customers sort it out. fyi most customer roaming around do not even attempt to social distance or wear masks.

Denny’s in general has declined lately, but this location shows the worst aspect of that. They claim to be open until 12, as I am wondering what happened to 24 hours, but actually starting around 11 they won’t seat customers. The staff member who challenged me at the door was so clumsy and untrained that I actually feel bad for Denny’s stockholders. If this kind of talent is what’s available, throw your Denny’s investments out.

Well its was very disappointing to say the least. Nice place...but out of everything. No meatballs, chicken or cheesesticks. This is a pic of the sample platter I paid 17$. And only told us after we ordered. And it was a quick bite after a wedding. Bride and groom there. Manager didnt even come and explain the horrible dinner and charged full price. One friend even tried to cancel order but still brought it and charged him. I think this manager had serious personal issues, poor waiter.

My group and I went out to eat at Denny’sWhich closes at 12 we got there and were told they only were allowing to go and had no server.But before we left we saw a couple be seated right after us.Justin refused and insisted that take out was all they were doing.Never coming back here 😡

Food tasted microwaved and all around cleanliness was very disturbing. I was starving upon arrival but lost my appetite through entering and sitting there because of dirty floors, walls and what not. I stayed for the memories of my family and grandparents in this place. This use to be a great place for me as a kid, but the last few years has really gone down hill. I hope the upkeep gets better.

Party of two we were greeted immediately upon arriving and seated where we wanted to sit. Our server asked us immediately if we would like a beverage. The server gave us enough time to look at the menu, was friendly and the restaurant was clean, the food came out in a timely manner and the food was very good. Overall was a very good experience.

The food was surprisingly outstanding tonight. It was fresh, hot, VERY tasty and brought to the table in a timely manner. And our server got a healthy tip for A-class service. Thank you Dennys on Kitsap Way for an excellent dining experience.

My son and I have picked this as our new favorite place to eat in Bremerton. Im a chef and I never want to cook at the end of the night, this place is close to us and I was skeptical at first but the food is good! All the staff that were working there tonight were super cool and not to mention the food is hot and it shows the people there actually care. The environment is comfortable and hassle free. .. also they have an impossible to play claw machine in the front of the restaurant thats still so fun to me for some reason😂

Dennys is a nice fast food sit down place with a very friendly staff and always Johnny on the spot. I enjoy the straight up coffee here and it is always hot. With the easy access to the highway, an ok Motel and pretty good parking this is a standard for those visiting from out of town. I like that the pay close attention to what you say and get the order right. With the Super Slam only 6.99 it is cheaper than most fast food burger places. We had a nice time and did not feel rushed. Enjoy the people and your time.

Customer service was on point out waitress was such a sweetie and clearly knew how to deal with peoples shenanigans the food came out pretty quickly and was pipping hot and yummy

Staff was friendly, food was good, and the food came out rather swiftly. Pancakes were really good. Waitress was really nice and knowledgeable about the variety of options they offer in regards to their large selection of food. A few minor things like initially absent cashiers when going to pay for my food along with other patrons are what kept me from giving 5 stars. I would recommend, at least during the day.

Ordered my favorite, Moon Over My Hammy with a strawberry lemonade and the quality of the meal wasnt up to standard. The hash browns were great, however the portion on the sandwich was sad. As for my lemonade, it came late and never was refilled. Overall, taste of food was good, but quality and service was lacking. Our dining experience was at 11pm.Returned on 3-17-19, ordered Moon over my hammy again with root beer (no browns sub fries). This experience was far more pleasant then my first visit. Food portion and quality was good, fries were wonderful; however, only one refill on drink (was not asked, had to inquire). Service was friendly, prompt and pleasant. Our dining experience was at 11:00pm.

Food poisoning. Came in ordered breakfast and coffee at 2am. I get this weird feeling, go to the bathroom, there was blood in my stool. I think okay maybe I just need water so I head out of the bathroom, stop. I get the sudden feeling I need an ambulance then start puking more then Ive ever puked before into the trash can. I feel okay now, numb, weak. It had to be the breakfast.

One of the slowest and most inefficient ways to exchange money for disappointment in town. Ive been hauled to this Dennys by optimistic friends for over ten years now, and in that entire time, the service and food has never been more than mediocre at best. Half hour wait times before ordering and another half hour before receiving food is the baseline. The food is always sad enough to look like an intentional parody of the menu photos. Avoid at all costs.
