Denny's in Wichita Falls

Food was below average. Server was rude. Service overall was sub par.

Placed our order first our drinks tasted like dish soap and it went downhill after that. Waited 35 minutes and they still had not started our order, only four other people eating in there. 5 minutes later we were told that they were out of onion rings and that is when we got up and left worse service ever and it was not clean inside of the restaurant. Called two days after to talk with the GM and still waiting on a return phone call WOW

When the employees care, it shows. Our server Zachary shows it well. Not only did he treat us like he knew us for years, I also heard him call other diners by their name. It’s that small town feel and I love it! The food was great too!

Zachary is an excellent server and creates a wonderful dining experience. The food has also improved so hats off to the cooks ☺️

Im sitting there waiting for my friend to arrive cause they were running late and I literally had one of the workers hit me in my shoulder and tell to get out that it wasnt a hang out I stay at laquinta across the street so what reason would I be there motel has wifi and power

Wonderful customer service! Both waitress and check-out person were very nice and quick. Chicken bacon sandwich had potential BUT they didnt drain the grease off the bacon so it was dripping out of the sandwich.

The staff were amazing but I definitely got food poisoning from the eggs :(

This Dennys is the same back home, good food and wonderful people.

The staff makes the restaurant good or bad. Our waitress made this a great experience. The food was a little different then we experience acress country but it is to be expected. Local flair plays a part.

Careful! Youre paying more than you think. I had to drop my 5-star rating to a 2.Prices are not reflected correctly on their menu. This isnt a new mistake to them, as I have already brought it up to my waiter, who talked to her supervisor/manager. Unfortunately, two weeks later and the issue has yet to be fixed. Therefore, your receipt will show a higher price than their menu. The price difference is not a large amount, but considering the number of people going through this establishment is pretty scummy.On another note,I have never had a bad experience with my waitress or food; they have all been very nice. The portion sizes are on point. You never leave feeling hungry. Also, whoever makes their pancakes is an artist, delicious!

Samantha was outstanding. She was attentive to the drinks, therefore, we didnt get empty on them. She had turned the order back to the kitchen to get it correct. Much respect to her and her manager, David.

I so enjoyed the food and Zachary was such a helpful and wonderful waiter..the manager even checked on us...love being treated like family..food was hot and wonderful 😊

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. We came in with a big group for breakfast and the employees gave us an ugly stare as soon as we came in. They started making comments with each other and made us feel uncomfortable. Racist people !!!!

Do you really expect good food and service at a Dennys? Do you even go to Dennys unless youre smashed and its the only thing open nearby at 2:30 am? Weve been a couple times with okay service. Theres no one ever there it seems like. Once we went and were ignored forever, the whole staff walked out at once. It was entertaining at least. Dont have high hopes and you wont be disappointed

Great food. Penni did a fine job waiting on us. However two waitresses had a disagreement and one slam the door to the kitchen area and customers in the dining area could hear it all. That is a shame.

Great staff, very clean, food is prepared perfectly each and every time.

We made our way to another play and this was our usual morning wake up spot for coffee. Great as always and server was excellent as always too Well! We enjoyed a great evening coffee and shared meal after our Friday night, date night movie. The booth dividers even though not intended for it, were really kind of decor beautiful and quite added to a great time and feeling. We will do it again. We were served cold coffee. Waitress went on break without giving us our check. Stood at the register for a while before interrupting her break. She reluctantly let us pay the bill saying she didnt feel well. Food was okay. They forgot pickles on burger. Very little sausage in biscuits and gravy!

the server was just awful. it took 45 minutes to get a drink. she took our order and 30 minutes later she walked out the front door. the cook in the back had to come out get our order and from then on he was taking orders and cooking because jenna couldnt do her job. the guy in the back was outstanding a great asset to your businee the other girl not so much you should try again with someone else thursday aug 11 @ 334am

Service was so slow. I had to get up from my table and go find our waitress just to get a refill. It took us forever to get waited on and the food was not that good. They will never get my business again. I was suggesting do no eat there.

Our waitress was running the front alone but she was great. Food was very good.

I like dennys in general. This one had a new cook or something, hash browns werent burnt and they reheated /microwaved pancakes. It took for ever to get food. They did explain it was a new guy.

Like a lot of places these days too many people want a paycheck but they dont want to work. They having a hard time finding good help. That being said they do a pretty darn good job. Like almost every restaurant they keep it comfortable for the staff thats moving around and too cold for most people to sit and eat food that gets cold as soon as it gets to the table. However this is one of the better Dennys and I eat there on a semi regular basis

This place is wonderful and always good to us when we come in (no matter how many of us there arethe staff is always friendly! (And fast to refill our endless need for water and teawe really love and appreciate this place

Excellent food. Good waitress. Nice place to eat a well cooked meal.

We were told there were no smoothies and then the gut next to is got one and had to ask why he had one. Ended up getting a smoothie without yougart. Also the pan skillet meal everything was burnt in it because they over cooked it. The regular eggs and hashbrowns and pancakes were good though.

This is an old standard that offers fancy favorites for the whole family. One of the best chicken-fried steaks bathed in a savory white gravy on offer in the area. It may be (as in past locations around the USthat this home-style eatery will once again be one of my staples. The right price point and exemplary service makes a visit any time, any day (including late nightworth it.

This Dennys SLAPS. My grand slam breakfast burger was SLAMMIN, compliments to the chef my guys. My friend has a delicious meal too. The waitress was kind and helpful, and the staff seemed chill. Would go again for sure. 😎✨

I was there last Sunday 3.13.22 around 7pm.. great service I ate a Burger And I gotta say it was delicious... We dont have those cheeseburgers in California... The girl who was serving my table... I believe her name was Danielle❓🤔 Great service‼️👍👍👍

My first time in and no one help me or ask me to hold on , just a waitress looking out of the corner of her eye but not trying to make eye contact and letting me wait and wait until i left, all she had to do is say "i will be with you i one minute"but she didnt, so out the door i went. I know people and places get hit all at once but if leave people hanging for over five minutes.

My family and I where traveling through stopped to eat. The host/cashier was very friendly and customer service customer was rude she took his attitude like a trooper. Female cook she we 3 where satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food and price. Thank you

This Dennys has the usual trouble getting and keeping staff. Those who are there do a great job to serve customers.We had 2 meals here since our nearby hotel had no restaurant or breakfast staff. Dinner was adequate at the late hour we came in. The mornings breakfast was excellent.

Short staffed gals were hustling but the place was dirty. Should have left but we stayed. Needs a good cleaning but staff didn’t have time during breakfast rush.

I ordered the coffee with regular milk so the waitress is telling me that she would have to charge me extra for the milk .they do not offer milk with coffee in this place.and I put the milk into my coffee I see a bug in my coffee"" attached is a picture """I wouldnt come to this place again

Bad service good food between 10pm and 6 am . Then the next server Sam was late. On marine street. Chocolate chip pancakes. Great anytime !!!

Good food. Gross sticky messes in more places than not. Needs a good deep cleaning and regular closing checklists to maintain. Very nice staff.

For being unusually busy they were exceptional. They only lost a star because no wait time was given as they were saying, not as long as it was, but it’s Christmas, so they got the star back. The staff kept up the tables but the kitchen was dragging down the service. It took over an hour to get our food but our drinks were never empty. Once the food arrived it was well worth the wait. The burger was juicy and made to order. The fruit was fresh and delicious! Will definitely return, just maybe not on Christmas Day. Penny was absolutely delightful!!!

Ate a late dinner here and the food and service was good! Probably a little dated but the decor made it feel cool. The food was tasty and our server was very attentive with refreshing our drinks.
