There late at night and the people were really friendly and very prompt great service food was good (its Dennys food)

Good food and my kids enjoyed it.

Went there with a good friend from throughout my grade school to high school days for breakfast. Were in our 70s now.If youre looking to eat a large breakfast, this is the place. And, it tasted pretty good too. 👍 😊

Overall it was a very average Dennys location. The bathroom needs some repairs and the hotel next door Is pretty sketchy. The waitstaff was busy but friendly. Wouldn’t be my first stop but not horrible.

The restaurant needs a scrub down and menus SHOULD be cleaned off after each use. They are filthy discussing, I would not touch the menus at all. Service was good, food was fresh & hot.

Definitely one of the worst Dennys Ive been too (Ive been to many).*First pancake was a disaster. It was supposed to be these caramel pancakes that came out with a pound of melted, plastic-looking cream cheese instead with no visible caramel.*Crepes were undercooked with soggy strawberry syrup dumped on top. For reference I just had this at Lacey Dennys and it was significantly better.*From hiding value menus when slow on business, to trying to argue a kid eating free when seated at 9:30pm. Food was eaten prior to their 10pm mark, but receipt came out just minutes after.Just very unimpressed.

Love the Benny Breakfast. Always a good choice. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is also pretty decent.

In general we like Dennys meal choices, offerings and the service here was great, food was good and the location was clean. The area around it is overwhelmed by "homeless" people. Local officials need to take action to help both the business owners and those that are needy.

We went here at 1130am on a Sunday, because everywhere else in the area had crazy wait times. We called ahead and they had open booths, thank God. They were busy but sat us right away and got our drinks to us really quickly. We got the extra milkshake in the mixing cup which I love, not all restaurants do that. We ordered a ton of food and everything was perfect, all still hot and got to us pretty fast for how busy they were. Loved the biscuits and gravy, could use extra salt/pepper but i can do that myself. Lots of variety on the menu and all a decent price. Took home a bunch of leftovers.Waitress was nice and kept checking in on us, the man busing the tables was really kind as well. We were just so grateful to find a place that was open and could seat us quickly since we were very hungry. Overall a really nice experience, will definitely be back.

The friendliness and cleanliness of this restaurant is superb, however the food came out burned and terrible. From eggs to sandwiches, they burned it all.

Had great service and a great meal. There were 7 people in our party and got seated right away. Place was clean and everyone had a great time the staff were very helpful and very king, definitely will go back!!

Ordered my drinks, a cup of coffee and a glass of water. Never did get my coffee. Ordered a lumberjack slam and I ate everything that comes with it before my pancakes showed up. Very poor service that morning.

Dennys has always been one of my favorite local places to eat at. It’s non expensive and the food tase pretty good in my opinion. I’ll definitely go back for more soon.

Okay so i know what youre thinking; its a Dennys, everyone knows you just wind up there, no one actually plans to eat at Dennys! But I tell yall I sure am glad I decided to eat here with my partner; it was lovely!We came for brunch and the restaurant was practically empty which was nice. The waitress was very kind and attentive, our orders came out quickly and everything was cooked perfectly how I like it, even my extra crispy hashbrowns that lots of places mess up!

Besides being in a sketchy area, some waiters are loud and rude and inconsiderate (just done things Ive observed), but thats ok. . . Just dont tip, right . . ?

The food was overall good, but the steak was not cooked at all at the temperature I asked for.

They messed up everything. Our pancakes had no toppings and no syrup. Didnt have the seasonal fruit cup. I was unable to eat any of my meal other than my bacon because they couldnt even bring the English muffin. Called them to ask for redone ones and they said they required the driver to come back in and fix it. And has a cold attitude and was very rude and condescending. I will never be back to this dennys.

Good food good customer service but they do not have kids eat free for certain time like the other one in Lakewood

Very friendly place and not crowded. Ordered country Fried Steak and eggs and it was delicious. My go to breakfast was a delight. If I could give 10 stars I would.Sad thing is the bad reviews they get we almost didn’t stop. I am so glad we did, it was a wonderful breakfast. Too bad more people don’t stop and review them when it is good. Most of the reviews are done by disgruntled customers that were probably just in a bad mood.

As far as restaurants go, I guess this isnt a bad place to eat. Nothing spectacular. Neither is there anything disconcerting. The best word to describe this Dennys, I think, is mediocre. Not dirty; not particularly clean either. Waiters and staff werent rude at all. Nor were they bubbly or cheerful. The food is what you expect. Good, but nothing to write home about. I think the location (right in at the heart of the notorious Hosmer Streetsuppresses any desire or requirement of excellency. The difference between the 3 star and 4 star for me was the milkshakes. I recommend a milkshake of whatever flavor you like from this place. Theyve never disappointed. Thick and delicious, fresh and satisfying every time. That being said, its a Dennys. Open 24/7 for a simple meal and/or milkshake.

Usually me and the wife enjoys coming here to eat because we come every couple of days but today the cook just messed up all the food burnt my wifes steak over cooked the fries and the bacon it was ridiculous... the good part was the waiter was very friendly and helpful but gotta do better with those cooks...

We were treated very well by our server Sue and a gentleman named Fred. They helped tremendously with my kid and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank y’all your kindness

Service was lovely, my waitress was quick to offer a drink when I set down and asked if I needed a minute to order before she left... Even the bathrooms were clean, a nice plus... A+

I am giving this 5 stars for the server. I dont know her name but she was serving at 130a on Saturday night and she was awesome.The food took forever and was pretty cold when it got to us but she made our wait not so bad and truly tried to handle any needs we had.

What an amazing view.A great stop after your walk bike ride rollerskates or just drive up. This is an amazing place to visit I love their hot soups they are always ready to. They have fresh fish every day!

This particular Dennys has really leveled up. What used to be in my opinion the worst Dennys in town has been transformed into the best Dennys in town. Bravo

The good was great. They even took back a plate and took an ingredient out we didnt know was in it. I would have given 5 stars but it bothered me to see a waitress get mouthy and upset with a customer with a service dog. She didnt respect the laws and asked to see papers fir the dog and was disrespectful to the customer as they explained the proper terminologies of what can be asked. The dog was well behaved and laid under the table.Everything else was wonderful.

It was horrible service and horrible food.. The server got everything wrong.. After she wrote it down.. How do you mess up boneless wings.. Its so simple.. It was the of us.. We left hungry.

I ordered country fried steak. I got RAW ground beef! First off I ate half. Second off I called and the manager was so rude though I was being super nice because I just wanted to bring it back and get something else. She didn’t apologize at all. She just was trying to get me off of the phone.

Our waitress Trisha was great. Ask for her if you stop here. We were a big group and all our orders were perfect. Also compliments to the cook.

Staff members were very sweet, but their food isnt very flavorful. I ordered the pot roast and the carrots were still pretty crunchy. Nice that its open 24/7 though.

Myself and a friend went for breakfast. There was no wait for seating.. it wasnt until AFTER we were seated and had ordered coffee oj that we were told food would be a 20 minute wait. Why they didnt say that beforehand seems rude to me. But with coffee in hand we made the terrible decision to stay and wait. It was not until an hour later we noticed that 2 tables beside us.....who had arrived long after we did.. we already getting their food!!! So after complaining and being told there was a mix up in the kitchen. We got our food 1 1/2 hr after being seated. Im sure our waitress never even put the order in. And to make matters worse our food arrived to the table cold which was infuriating especially seeing how I ordered breakfast fajitas which everyone knows arrives to your table still sizzling. And staff acted like the whole ordeal was no big deal so I can only assume this happens on a consistent basis. If you are going to eat here, Good Luck. Hope you have extra patience for this one

The younger waiter who seated me was very friendly, professional, and nice. An old zombie-like waitress eventually came to take my order like it was such an inconvenience to her, as she snatched up the menu with attitude and told me the blender was broken -- only after I tried ordering a shake, and then tried ordering a smoothie. I settled with a Coca-Cola, but I didnt drink it because either the cup or the ice smelled like the bathroom urinal. The food was served by a younger waitress as the older zombie-like waitress had disappeared for quite some time. My meal tasted alright, but was overly saturated in oil and must have been sitting for a very long time before it was served to me as the food wasnt hot. I havent been to a Dennys since childhood until now. Im sure some of them are good, but maybe not in the night shift when I came.

We arrived at this Denny’s at 12:25 and were seated immediately. The server took our orders and returned with our drinks. We waited while several other parties were seated and served. At about 1:15 she told us our order would be out in a minute. At 1:30 we told the server we would leave if we didn’t receive our order in 10 minutes. It arrived 8 minutes later. My food was very hot. My companions got cold food, including burgers and fries. Obviously, their orders had been sitting and waiting for mine. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be back.

not worth it. Avoid this location. I ordered a chicken strip meal to go. I waited 30 minutes for it. There were no fries with it, even though the menu said it came with them. I got corn as my sides because I did not want too much carbs, since the other sides were all potatos. The chicken strips looked like left-overs from the bottom of the bag. They were each about the size of my finger. By the time I got home with my meal, 10 minute drive, I had to reheat my meal in the microwave. This would possibly be the second time that this was done this evening. Once by Dennys, once by me. THE STAFF: apparently they dont test for COVID through the nose as NONE of the staff had masks covering their noses. One of the kitchen staff only had their chin covered. Staff was also constantly apologizing to customers. Time management was definitely lacking. The shake machine apparently burped when it was being opened, and I heard the staff start joking around and ask another person if there was any shake in their hair or on their face. Do you think the employees should be joking around with mistakes with food service? If you want good quality food, it is definitely worthwhile to spend a little more and go to RAM. PHOTOS SHOW EXPECTATION V. REALITY. One star because no stars is not allowed.

We have been on vacation and have eaten out a lot in the last week or so. Our experience here was by far the best. The food was all delicious and done in a timely manner. We had a server named Veronica who did a fantastic job and honestly was the main reason I am writing this review. She was very friendly and did a wonderful job of checking up on us. Definitely would stop here again.

Its been longer then I can remember since I last went to sit down somewhere for breakfast. I was ready for a wait because we were a party of 6. We were told 15-20, which was half the wait time any where else in the area. We were seated right around 20 min, the hostess apologizing for the wait. Our waitress was helpful, the food came to us quickly, and all made to order. Couldnt be more pleased for my first experience back to dinning out for quiet some time.

I went yesterday around 8pm, spent almost 30 dollars and have of it was RAW. I ordered a sampler with cheese sticks, buffalo wings, cheddar tots and chicken fingers along with the grand slam slugger I believe. My eggs were uncooked, still liquidy and my breakfast sausage was RAW. When I told our waiter she told us the food was FROZEN when they recieve it on a truck. Didnt care that we got raw meat. Completely IGNORED the fact my entire meal was RAW. I will NOT be coming to dennys again. My money was wasted because of this.

I ordered the French toast slam. The sausage links were ok not to much flavor and a bit dry. Everything else was ok nothing special. The service was good and fast.

Worst experience ever, ordered a Denver omelet and because Im allergic to mushrooms and said none aloud.. my omelet came almost empty and so greasy I couldnt eat it .. I asked to be comped the meal cause it was not touched and was told no managers were around to fix the problem.. so I was about to leave but saw a homeless man and invited him to have the meal and coffee but was told he could not come in with his bags .. not to mention tables were not cleaned..after 45 min I finally said something and they cleared them off for new people to be seated on this Saturday night..
