Great view with polite staff and neat furniture but a bit old

Beautiful and original appearance, trained and helpful staff and most importantly the location of the hotel, creates a pleasant and memorable experience. Although the lack of renovation of the hotel for more than two decades is a little annoying, other benefits alleviate this problem

This supposedly 3 star ITTC run scruffy hotel hasnt been refurbished since it was built in 1994.Both public areas and rooms are totally outdated with dirty windows, ugly worn out furniture and curtains, as well as tiny bathrooms. Electric plugs fall down and there are holes in the walls. Due to the lack of maintenance, door frames fall into pieces. A/C is noisy and the temperature is difficult to adjust without freezing to death. Soundproofing is unknown in this hotel so that you can hear noisy traffic from the roundabout nearby.Furthermore the main guest elevator had broken down, so we needed to use the tiny claustrophobic staff elevator which only worked occasionally and was quite scary.The only positive elements about this property were friendly staff, a good location and fast WiFi.Unfortunately this is the only decent accommodation in Bushehr so you dont really have a choice... which is perhaps the reason why they dont bother upgrading this hotel.

Average quality, nice staff, excellent food

The Delvar Tourism Hotel is well located. It has a private parking where you can safely park your car or motorbike.The hotel needs some maintenance, both on the outside as on the inside. The main elevator was not operational and the elevator normally used by staff only did not give me much confidence either. Although the bed was good, the bathroom required a general overhaul as many elements were not working properly or were no longer correctly fixed to the walls. The breakfast buffet only offered a limited choice.

Maintenance is needed in the rooms and bathrooms. Clean and simple. Breakfast is fine, staff is friendly.

Nice crew, good service and a pleasant barbecue. And this is one of the first international hotels in Boushehr.

طویله ای که یک ستاره هم برایش نمیشود تصور کردAbsolutely disgusting,Dirty toilet , broken facilities, unprofessional staff, .....There is no internet actually,But all is nothing to the following: !!!After midnight, exactly 1 am, i woke up frightened by loudly voices of group of people ( at least 100 !!!!Who invaded to lobby at the bottom of central void . They came to take photo with an unknown celebrity!! Middle of night! Who let them in ? No management no security! It lasted for hours, we couldnt sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was a perfect experience for us. The hotel was clean and safe, we really enjoyed to the last minute. Even after we checked out the room, we were able to put our stuff at the hotel and go for fun. The staff were also friendly. The hotel is located close to the sea and I think it worth the cost you are paying.

It was so close to the beach and city center but looking so old,the inner photos of this hotel in the local apps looking more cool and tidy

I have had a good time staying at this hotel, it was simply very nice and pleasant ... and had a warm convenient condition! something that I might not have in many 4 or 5 hotels I felt good in this hotel
