Charred brick-oven pies & other Italian fare are offered together with beer & wine in simple digs.
Im glad we got to try this place! A friend suggested it to me so we figured why not.The pizza only comes in one size...18 inches. We had The Sarah Meadows pizza. Its was only two of us and we finished it all but two slices. The flavor was deep though a little salty. We came at around 2:30pm on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating.
Impressive. Great service and fun atmosphere. We really enjoyed their fresh pasta and wonderful salad. Will def be back. Oh, and the ladies restroom was totally groovy. The lunch experience was a bright spot in our day.
For the past 15 years Ive traveled the country and covered every inch 3 times now. Im always looking for the best pizza. This is an amazing pie and we need to get Barstool sports over here for a review. 9.4
For those who gave reviews, said everything was amazing, but only gave 4 stars because of the wait, Shame on you. THIS PLACE IS VIBING. Best pizza in Hot Springs, great atmosphere, fantastic drinks. If you want to celebrate your birthday, this is THE place. Can not wait to come back!
Be aware - on their menu it notes cheese for a couple of pizzas but they do not disclose what type of cheese. When I asked what type of cheese they did not know and Heather who was the manager on duty was taken back by this simple question. The pizza was incredibly bad - think back to your high school cafeteria days and think how terrible the pizza was, now replace Delucas for High School pizza. It is clear the owner of this pizza joint is no where to be found.
Was going to try this place out but the guy who answered was rude and hung up on me . I was just calling to place an order , says they deliver on Google. Was no need to be rude. Just because you have highly rated pizza doesn’t mean you can have bad customer service. What a shame.
Service was fantastic. I got the cavatelli in a parmesan cream sauce. The pasta and sauce, which are made in house, were delicious. My husband got the burger and said it was really good as well. Portions were perfect for us. Some people may think they look a little small, but just know it is all very filling. We will be back to try the pizza.
Place was hopping when we arrived at around 7:30 PM. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated, but it was well worth it! Bruschetta was fantastic! Had a very simple pizza that may have ruined me for all other pizza. Great atmosphere and great service! Cant wait to go back!
I cant begin to describe the delicious Taste of this New York style pizza. Im 52 years old and have finally found a perfect Pizza. What great taste and flavor. Great ambience and friendly staff to help educate you through an interesting menu of pizzas. My PICK would be the Searcy. They create several types of base pizzas and then you pick the toppings. Cant wait to go back for more and to taste more pizzas!
The pizza was great. It was simple but had a fantastic flavor.
Wouldn’t have known this place was even up and open if it wasn’t for hearing about it through someone else. Food was delicious, but not worth how expensive they are. Mainly pizza. The staff was super friendly.
Tried Deluca’s on recommendation of our B&B hosts. My wife and I ordered a Caesar Salad and a pie. Salad was excellent. I enjoyed the pie, albeit a touch salty for my taste. My wife didn’t enjoy the pie quite so much as she found the charring overdone to her taste. I would give this another try next time we’re in Hot Springs to see if we caught the kitchen on an off night.
What can I say about my favorite place to eat in Hot Springs.......... EVERYTHING! Ive been goin forever it seems and I never fail to stop in and grab a pizza pie! I will say...... I finally got off the beaten path and tried the burger..... Best burger ever! Seriously!
Pretty loud and busy place. But very friendly. I wouldnt recommend veggie pizza if you dont like sweet/sweet pizza @ l but pasta was great and garlic bread. Overall great diner. Will definitely enjoy the music too.
Been in search of good pizza since moving tk Arkansas from NY. This place is the closest yet. Thin crust, wood fired, just enough burn on the crust, and the sauce is what really makes it. Heard the owner is from Brooklyn so theres a win for me. Going to go back and try the cavatelli, Ive heard thats awesome too.
Surprisingly quality pizza. The char was a bit more than I usually like but the ratio of char to good pizza made it just perfect
Some of the best pizza I have ever had. You can tell that they put quality ingredients in and keep it simple enough to let those ingredients shine. The pizza has a dark crust that doesnt taste burned, just well done. The sodas do come in cans rather than from a fountain, which is odd but not a deal breaker.
These pizzas are very good. There’s a reason you have to call and reserve your dough for dinner and the weekends- it’s that good. Didn’t get a picture of the pizzas because we were hungry!
Nice New York style pizza restaurant. Brick oven fired pizza it was so good. We were waited on by Neil. He explained how the menu worked. He was fast and pleasant. The pizza was the best. The ladys room had a 70s theme to cute. Check it out .
Fanfreakintastic pizza!!!! Really everything we ate there was great. They make their own cheese. Wish I could figure out a way to order a pizza and have it shipped to me in texas. I would caution anyone on a budget, they are NOT CHEAP pizzas but in my opinion worth the money as I have not had a pizza I enjoyed this much in many many years!!
Pizza was excellent, spicy vodka pasta too. Wait time was nothing, and waiter was very knowledgeable about food and friendly.
The main reason for my three stars is because I am gluten free and the accommodations they gave me were less than stellar. They told me they offer GF pasta but they “needed to check if someone stopped at the store to purchase noodles this morning.” Every other pasta they offer is homemade so I understand why they charge $20 for it. My husband and I both ordered the exact same pasta dish. His came out on a large plate with bread and the noodles looked like cheese-filled gnocchi. I received a tiny bowl of overly chewy penne pasta. It was less than filling and we both were charged the $20. I ordered a small Caesar salad which was served in the same size bowl as my pasta only filled to the brim and delicious and cost $6. When I questioned the cost the staff made me feel stupid for asking “because the sauce is homemade.” I just didn’t feel like our proportions were the same and obviously the noodles weren’t both homemade so I didn’t feel like we should both be paying $20.They serve giant pizzas (think Sbarro slicesfor about the same price as my tiny bowl of pasta. I just think maybe some better thought needs to be made there. Or throw in a side salad.Apart from that the service was good and the food was good. Everyone around me really enjoyed their pizzas. My husband loved his pasta. My salad and pasta sauce were delicious.
Best pizza ever! 😋😋 Think slices but full of fresh flavor. We also tried the tomato mozzarella plate with special sweet sauce.. mmhmmhmm delicious!
The burger... The Burger... THE BURGER!! WOW!!! Amazing- a few locals took me to Delucas to experience the burger. I kept thinking, its just gonna be a burger, who cares? WRONG. This is truly one of THE BEST burgers Ive ever had... the meat was so flavorful, had me guessing which seasonings they used; the cheese was perfectly melted; and the bun was a great compliment to the burger. Cannot tell you how impressed I was- if I lived local this would be a weekly lunch for me. Service was also awesome- restaurant was clean- parking was easy.
Absolutely amazing pizza! The wait time was decent and our server Janie was great! All of the staff was moving so quickly, ping ponging from table to table delivering food and checking in on the customers. 100% recommend!
The pizza was amazing! We also got the “Zach and cheese” and no joke it was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. We tried several different restaurants while in hot springs and this was by far the best place we went to. Do yourself a favor if you’re in hot springs and TRY THIS!
Just excellent! I didn’t get the pizza pie but we didn’t want pizza so my wife and I shared the Bruschetta and the spring mixed salad for two and it was terrific! Then for dessert we had the cheesecake! It was enough to fill us and some!
No exaggeration - some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life (including the pizza I’ve had in Rome & in NYC.The owners really know what they’re doing. We had the Sarah Meadows (tomato sauce, cheese, sliced garlic, chili flakes, oregano, basiland were absolutely blown away. Every ingredient was perfect, and the scorched thin crust was amazing. I’d eat here a thousand times and probably not get sick of it.
This was my first time visiting and it was delicious! There was a wait but definitely worth it! Will be back to try the pizza!
Pizza is very very good and so are the salads. They serve alcohol and pasta and dessert.. We really enjoyed our meal here but the prices are very high
Great place for pizza and Italian dishes. The staff is super friendly and the owner, Tony, even comes around to greet you. He was friendly and charismatic. The meatballs are amazing and fall apart. I highly recommend stopping by when visiting Hot Springs.
Wow, we’ve never been more disappointed in a pizza. Over cooked, chewy crust, and burned. High hopes, but would have done better with a frozen. Maybe an off night but won’t risk again. :-(
My first visit to Delucas. It was packed. Terrific service start to finish. The oven-fired pizza was just incredible. Wow. Make a reservation. Dont miss if youre in Hot Springs.
Great NY pizza right in Hot Springs! It’s a bit pricy but the portions are huge and the flavor is bigger! Best pizza I’ve had here in town. Probably my favorite pizza Hot Springs has to offer.
Great service, thanks Janie. The pizza is phenomenal. I feel better leaving than I did coming in. Stop in, folks, youll be glad. Salads and brews and cocktails as well.
This is some of the best pizza Ive ever had. The flour used for the pizza dough is top notch, you get that nice blackened color on the crust without any burning.Everything is thought out and perfect. Every ingredient has a place. No parmesian cheese on any tables unless you ask for it (the pizza did NOT need it - but Im a big parm guy).Just a heck of a place and so well run. 5/5 Ill visit Delucas every single time that I am in Hot Springs without a doubt!
LOVE THE PIZZA. They live up to the hype. Highly recommend to try them. Very friendly staff as well.Missing star is because: very long wait time (on a weekend). And where I was sitting, there was an air vent right above me, which made my pizza cold very quick and it became soggy.Despite, I will still visit them and recommend to all. One of the best pizzas I have tried.
Pizza is “charred” but it’s crispy all the way through. Doesn’t taste very well. 10/10 don’t recommend spending $35 on a pizza that little ceasers could make better for $7. Ate one bite and they won’t refund me or remake me a better pizza.
By far the best pizza I’ve ever had.Cute little place with Brooklyn subway sign, wonderful service and out-of-this-world pizza. The crust is perfectly floppy and crunchy at the same time - absolute heaven. Topping options are very Italian - prosciutto and sausage and lots of arugula.Interior is interesting - open kitchen, you can see the oven and watch pizzaolos work. Brick walls with interesting photographs.Nice options of booze.Great place!
In my prior visit I had a Capresse Salad that was unmatched. In this visit it was not available so we tried other things. Nice place in a convenient location walking distance from the main strip. Would recommend for pizza. Wine served in unique glass.
I was hesitant to try this place because there were quite a few reviews about the service and “burnt” pizza. I am so glad I didn’t listen! We ordered a pepperoni pizza, enough for two people with plenty to spare. The pizza was delicious!!! Thin and crispy with a lovely charred bottom. The sauce was homemade and seasoned perfectly, and I loved that the pepperoni was a little spicy. Also, our waiter Neil (??was incredibly kind and attentive.
We shared the Big Mike pie and added garlic. I am a big pizza lover/eater and usually dont leave any behind but we did have to take 2 pieces home. The pizza was AMAZING. It didnt hold up when I tried to have it leftover, but one of the best Ive had fresh. Quality ingredients and excellent flavors. I will be back the next time Im in the area. Its unfortunate they are open so few days because I would have tried it earlier and probably would have gone back before we left our trip.
Although there are many benefits, one of the things I miss most after having moved to the south from the Northeast, is really good pizza. What a find with Delucas!! Who knew Hot Springs, Arkansas would have real NY style and NY tasting pizza!Ill admit the price deterred us for a minute. But we ended up getting a pie and it was worth it. It was a little "charred", which they say they do on purpose, but delicious and big enough for us to have some the next day.
Out of towner but we love pizza so pictures and reviews brought me here! I called and asked about if they had a margherita pizza and they said they did! I saw a picture with the usual mozzarella and basil so they recommended me the cheese. It was not pizza we expected, it looked like a plain cheese pizza, albeit NY style. The pepperoni was a bit spicy and we liked that!A bit pricey but the pies are huge and they claim to use the best ingredients.I would still recommend the cheese, but I just wish the person taking the order knew what I meant. The basil was also on the side of the pepperoni pizza and not in the box with the cheese, but that might be because they came together anyways.
First night in Hot Springs and we hit the jack pot for pizza! We had the bruschetta with some authentic buffalo milk mozzarella, but the pizza.... The Sissy & Joe pie- prosciutto, parm, and arugula with added peppadews and jalapeños. It was SO DAMN GOOD YALL!! Seriously, wed probably only come back to Hot Springs just for this pizza. We got a canolli to-go because we were stuffed but it was pretty darn good too!The black and white photos of employees and local customers, photographed by a local photographer, were beautiful and a very nice touch.
First time to eat at Deluca’s PizzeriaMy friend and I ordered a pizza 1/2 what I wanted and 1/2 what she wanted. Our waitress was very helpful and pleasant. The pizza was so good and the atmosphere was stylish and vintage.Great service and great food. We will be back!!!
I cannot say enough about Anthony Valinoti and the wonderful staff Delucas pizza in Hot Springs. The food is absolutely off the charts wonderful and they are very deserving of every five star award they get. Do yourself a favor and go by and try out Delucas today. You’ll be glad you did.
We went here on our last full day in Hot Springs and boy was it great! We called ahead and reserves 2 pies. We settled on the cheese called the "Frankys Flatbush" and the pepperoni sausage pizza called "The Benny Briggs Pie".The pizzas are a NY style thin crust, cooked in a brick oven. The crusts were crispy and the pizza was amazing! Between the 3 adults and 2 kids, we ate both pizzas, as it seemed a shame to let such delicious pizza go to waste. The "Benny" pie was a little spicy, but not overly so. The "Frank" was all around so good that even my picky 7 yr old had nothing bad to say about it.Service was excellent and the food came out quickly when we visited, however it was slow when we were there. 10/10 would eat here again.
Was our first visit, we will return. Enjoyed the Anthony Bordains Blue Cheese Iceberg Wedge with Bacon salad, large enough for two if not three people to share. The pizza is pricey but delicious. Ordered the Benny Briggs Pie with Ezzo pepperoni and Italian sausage, yummy. The pie is thin crust, tasty sauce, spicy sausage and pepperoni makes it awesome.
Insanely good pizza. Mac and cheese was delicious as well, hands down top 2 pizza places Ive been to and I try to seek one out everywhere we go. The owner was friendly and out and about checking on everyone.
