Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour in Moncton

Stayed here for a work meeting and education day. Beds are comfortable. Needed to request extra pillows and they were quickly provided. Also needed to request a robe, it is unfortunate these are no longer in the rooms (later found out that a co-worker didnt use the pool facilities because there were no robes provided). The waterside is an absolute blast and the pool area is very large, just note that there is no hot tub. Check-in was very smooth and anytime we spoke to hotel staff they were friendly and helpful.

This was a nice hotel and enjoyed breakfast too. My kids enjoyed the pool and slide. It was nice having Free coffee and outside the hotel you have access to restaurants and night life. The walls where soundproof except if you have adjoining room you can here through the door especially if their a little loud.

Honestly it was mainly the restaurant that was so awful in the hotel. No room service and the WORST service ever in the actual place. I found the hotel overpriced for what it has to offer. The staff were friendly outside of the restaurant and the location is good. Wouldn’t recommend for anything other than location

We had a wonderful one nights stay at this great location. Located within walking distance of everything on Main Street, it couldnt be better situated. We had an exceptional dinner for our event and the servers were excellent and efficient. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed making for a great nights sleep. My only take aways was that the rooms are pretty bland and our carpet had a mystery stain. There was only one elevator working at the time so sometimes there was a wait. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Amazing stay, answered any questions I had..Ask for a wine opener and glasses, which was brought to our room in a timely manner.. Beautiful room with king size bed and working desk area for lap top wifi access.. 9 floors total.. Restaurant area down stairs and parking available for hotel guest.. Very clean and sound proof as well.. Highly recommended 💯

I will recommend this to many people because of their rooms and water slide but the one thing that was not the best is breakfast.Theres just not as much stuff on the menu and the people at the table beside me and their family got condiments and we did not. Plus you can get more food and condiments at Coras just down the street 👍.The air conditioner sounded like someone just set off a tiny nuke 1000 times.I have seen some peoples similar experiences and they are true and I will agree they are doing good but maybe they could just try a little harder.If the manager at this hotel sees this I just want to say is, can you please make the people that work there ask what our problem is or what happened, when we say, o this was not that best. That way you can try and fix the problem.But overall I had a good time and this a good hotel. Thats all, thank you for reading. You may now go about your day👋

Amazing experience yet again at this location. I travel for work and I always enjoy staying here when I’m in Moncton. The staff are very friendly, the food is very good, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Thank you again!

Very poor value. This hotel is extremely overvalued, comically so. I’ve stayed in everything between a Super 8 and Four Seasons and have a good sense of the dollar to experience expectations. I expected significantly more for the more than 500 per night that our double queen room cost. Hilariously, and insultingly, the breakfast voucher yielded food served that you’d expect in the ‘continental breakfast’ bar of your lower end Holiday Inns. This has made me really rethink my consideration of the Delta/Marriott brand in future.

Very bad experience with Reservation department m, bad in dealing with customers no manners, booked 2 rooms for the email confirmation for one room only. Very disappointed with such misbehaved people. Marriott should hire some educated people who can speak people nicely. It will cost them lil higher but customer service will be very high. Finally got help from front desk.

Rating this hotel based on how much fun my son had because of the pool and water slide. Rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. Location is premium - near restaurants in walking distance such as Coras Breakfast, Mexis and Tim Hortons. Cant complain really.

Excellent and friendly staff, room was very clean! Great tv options, we ordered from the restaurant inside little pricey but it was so good!!! Parking was kinda confusing but the lady out front helped us out!

Charging over $400 for one night for a standard room in July…in New Brunswick was out of this world. The TV was stuck at max volume; no buttons worked, nor did the remote, a light not working, and the refrigerator didn’t work. Notified the front desk and they said someone would be up, but nobody came. Pretty sure we won’t be back

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel. The first stay in 2019 was excellent which helped us to decide to stay her July 2022. Things are changing at the Hotel when you check in your are not given good direction on what is available at the hotel and what your required to do to receive your services. The first morning the room was not cleaned garbage was left in pails coffee station was left dirty and not replenished. The toilet was left dirty and they took the old towels out of the room and did not replace them we had to call for towels. I am just frustrated at the Hotel during covid, you would think your room would be a lot cleaner and the price with taxes was 260 a night should give you premium service.

Love the location ,love the friendly staff and the room was great. My issue was that the room were not made up and when upon our arrival from a long day at work .I spoke to the duty manager on Monday July 18th at 530 pm and here is my concern ...the manager said to me IT IS WHAT IT IS SIR.

I am disappointed. They tried but there was too much that went wrong.Booked a king with sofa bed. I suspect they “Upgraded” me to a club room. Which didn’t have a sofa. No good since it was the wife and I, and the two kids. Hotel full so they couldn’t downgrade us. They did however give us a second room so that was acceptable. We were separated but comfortable.Except the tv was on. And there was no remote so I called down and they were going to send one up. But no one came. The buttons on the tv wouldn’t turn it off. Had to pull the plug.The black out curtains let a tremendous amount of light in as they sit about an inch from the bottom of the window so all the light pours in.The air conditioner sounds like someone shaking a box of hangers in the room relentlessly.Then to top it off in the morning the shower curtain was hung high and the lip on the shower is short so my daughter flooded the bathroom as water could freely run out.They finally brought the remote in the morning. No breakfast Included as well. No big deal, just noteworthy3 stars? They did their best to help with the rooms lack of sofa. They appear to be very under staffed. It’s a 1.5 star experience but they get to double it for trying under what I suspect are rough circumstances. We will not book the delta in Moncton again on our return and make sure we get into the Residence Inn down the road. Dramatically superior. And breakfast included at Residence.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. No request was given anything but a warm and happy to help attitude. Much higher level of customer service than most any other hotel Ive stayed before. The amenities and cleanliness were also top notch! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
