Worst ever eatery ..bad bad bad 👎 lady manager Ms. Chandini on duty has no hospitalty etiquettes...no professionalism .no cutlery..no glasses nothing nothing...

Friendly and smartly turned out staff,, great ambience,, nice big screen,, an oasis of tranquillity in the airport,, however poor choice of music forces me to give a rating of 3,,just meaning less Punjabi fare that passes on as disco

Decent location at the airport terminal just before you start walking towards your gate. The place is biggish with a giant screen for watching sports being a sports bar. The service was decent. Didnt really eat much so cant say much about the food. The drinks were also decently priced much like any pub outside. The server shambhu was pretty quick and very friendly. Nice place to chill if you have a long layover. Definately less crowded than the lounges which in Delhi airport arent that great compared to others

Worst Experience, They didn’t serve my food , I just had my beer , Staffs feel sorry about their mistake , This was my last Visit

We had the chance to visit this bar this June . We planned on visiting the last time but we couldn’t as we were in a hurry . We ordered some scrambled eggs and some pizza . The price was very costly as we could expect in any hotels or bars in the airport. But the thing was the food didn’t taste as good as the price . The food was actually bland for our taste buds . We did spend some time playing the pool table while waiting for the food which is why I put a two star review.

Lovely bar before your departure flight

I paid my bill Rs.3605.00 by cash over the counter on 26/04/2022 coz their card machine didnt work when I gave my card to the counter guy and now I got a messages from my bank that the Delhi daredevils bar debit another amount of Rs.3605.00 from my debit card . Could you please credit my amount back to my card. I have cctv footage and mobile recording for this. Very bad service and cheating with international customers..

Very well designed sports bar with good menu options

Good place to relax especially when the flight is delayed.Place is more louder than it should be. Airline staff also many times pops in and shouts for the missing passengers.

Liked it.. it’s near the gate 1 where I boarded the flight to SFO... also closer to the smoking area.. not much of an option of beers.. liked the buho beer... the environment is ok...

If there is a lower star than 1 I will give that. Absolutely horrible service. They are very slow and over price. The staff is not responsive as well

Staff purposely charge for items you didnt have to scam you, and very rude waiters. Always be vigilant when paying your bill, make sure it has the items you actually ordered.

So this is entitled with the new title of IPL ‘s Delhi daredevils, Menu is exciting and one can easily spend nice time with drinks 🍷 and food 🌮 at terminal 3 in Indira Gandhi Airport, waiting for your flights.When you are in Delhi airport , Make sure you dont miss this especially when you are travelling during IPL season you ll love this place.

Very bad food ...on top of that the attitude of the people was terrible as well..disappointed ...tourist trap for ppl ....

Worst service possible .No water given , no tissue paper given .Asked atleast 3 times to provide water but no response .Asked so many times for the cutlery, no cutlery provided .Had to eat with hands .What a waste .Time : 3:50amDate : 30th January 2019 .It’s a big no . Avoid it . With the cost they are charging , they are offering nothing .

I liked this sports bar. Located inside terminal 3 of new Delhi international airport. Its a sports bar with great dining. mamy screens for watching your favourite sports.

Speed doesnt seem to be their priority being at an airport. Gave feedback to manager.. He looked bored.

Its a one time visit place. Good items available. Not bad .

Bad food, bad service, poor ambiance that is in a nutshell this sportsbar on Delhi airport. We sit there for a while waiting for our flight but I never see so bad service, staff has no idea about working in a restaurant. When we left 12 tables were waiting to be cleaned, some more then 90 minutes. Staff just chatting with each other or do nothing. No music or TV sound at all.

Nice place. Big on pocket as its in airport. Menu options are less. Quantity is not much. Quality wise is good though.Menu can be made little more longer so as to satisfy appetite.

It’s an awesome place to chill & relax at terminal 3 , if have 3-4 hours for the flight do visit the place. Nice ambience , good drinks , food average . They have the pool 🎱 table too so time can be passed here.

Terrible terrible staff! Unwilling to serve . All just dolled up mannequins. Unresponsive and blank. Every single one of them.

Pathetic management. Manager( Pankajneeds to behave properly. Next time I would rather spend more money and go somewhere else than going to this place. Place is good but manager is atrocious. Even after telling him also his behaviour did not change. Will recommend others also to not go there if manager is Pankaj.

I should have taken a hint when I noticed they were only rinsing all the used beer glasses with water and putting it back in the chiller. Ordered the Indian hotdog and a beer before boarding my flight. Few days later and Im still suffering from food poisoning.

Very poor food, malai murg is not good, paneer tikka without salt, expensive, just because they think the passenger will not return, what about actual frequent travelers that would appreciate a good meal? Owners please pay attention.

The worst experience I have ever had in this sports bar,This place is terrible. I have never written any bad review ever but felt compelled to by my own experie. I was in such a good mood and the rude staff ruins it all,pathetic behaviour of manager is cant acceptable at any cost,I feel sorry about staff who work under this rude and racist manager,I was in hurry and sat where they told me to sit(where acctually dont want)but as I told that they only show their hospitality to white skinned community,and I have placed my white sling bag on table which was not cleaned,and my bag and even my shirt (forearm area)got stained,I immediately tell staff that you table need to be cleaned properly,but they totally ignored me,then after 15 minutes of wait I finally approachd manager,and his behaviour and response was totally unacceptable,I dont think so he is familiar to service and hospitality industry,his arrogant behaviour shows it all,and I just want to let everyone know that this place is not worth to visit once even,I really feel sorry about staff,I wish I could give minus one,I am wondering how this bar is surviving with this uneducated manager who even dont know how to deal with dinners,worst experience totally unhinged atmosphere,I hardly recommend everyone not to came here to waste your money, moreover owner need to be know that what is happening over here,masse should go to food court instead of this worst place.I odered a tower of tap beer and a grilled Mexican chicken, after that no one is bothered to come to me for next order,then after being ignored I call for bill and left this place and go to food court for dinner.

Cant believe how poorly mismanaged this place is, but aside from that the sheer animosity the staff have towards paying customers. First off we were told to simply sit (and not ask questions basicallyand the staff would be over with menus. No staff came. We got our own menus. Then after about ten minutes of being further ignored we approached the staff and placed our orders. I realised we were low on cash so returned to ask the woman if they accepted card. She said yes and immediately motioned me to sit down as if I was bothering her, even though i was trying to avoid an issue with payment. Another woman came with our food and spilled some of the wedges onto the table. She said oh but didnt apologise. The food itself was actually okay, if not pretty good. We availed of a deal broadcasted outside however and instead of a pint of draught beer 5% we got 330ml bottles 3.5% instead. Disappointing. We stayed there for a further hour or more as we had lots of time to kill. No staff approached us in this time. In fact a table of 5 sat down and left after 15 minutes of no one approaching or acknowledging them, I dont blame them. When it came to paying the woman tried to overcharge us and as I was trying to pay in fact another customer was complaining that their table had been ignored for quite some time and it was unacceptable. We had to reluctantly bring the worker to the front of the store to point at a sign with the deal we availed of. The whole time we were there the staff were visibly arguing and bickering with each other. I feel sorry for anyone who works in this place and further still for anyone who gets the experience we got, which appears to be most customers. Terrible establishment. In awe at the atrocity that is this bar.

This place was so so so so so bad. I have never left a bad review ever but felt compelled to by my experience. I was in such a good mood and it was ruined by going into that restaurant. The staff member pointed at a chair as I went in, sat down, no menu given. Got my own menu, I went up and started to ask for food.. Got rudely shushed and told to go back and someone would take my order. Waited a while then went back up to order. I felt like being back in high school, the girls (I wouldnt give them the decency to call them women because they were acting like childrenwere arguing with each other and being nasty to customers. The manager should do himself and the company a favor and fire them. They also then tried to overcharge me by about 500 rupees. I feel bad for the chefs because the food was ok. It was mainly the girl who greeted you as you go in. If you are reading this, try put yourself in someone elses shoes instead of being wrapped up in yourself and realise your negativity emanates and sours the place. Sort yourself out!

My favourite team still is Delhi Daredevils, but I have zero doubt DDs performances is directly proportional to the teams owners and the way this Bar is managed which has pathetic staff who have no clue of a Service industry . I had to plead for a Menu card after sitting there for ten minutes. This place was hardly crowded. After 15-20 minutes of further wait no one bothered to ask us if we wanted something which was really appalling. I could have well got up to demand service but I have been to this place before, I was just testing waters to see if there have been any improvements. It was in line with the overall Delhi service industry standards. Its just disgraceful to call myself a Delhiite..I just walked away expressing my ire and they seem to have zero remorse of the backlash.

I wish i can give 0 star.. food was having wired smell..when complaint,noone admit their mistake..even thou i send the food back,still charged me..very bad experience..

A worst place to eat and drink . Staff is not educated table manners.Abrubtly took away sauce in the mid without any permission .while eating in the mid . Waste of money . Looks like the staff is been hired from local streets.

It was the worst experience I never got for last 30 years during travelling.One of the lady who is tall and slim was like a real devil who enjoy embarassment of client and laughing when client raise complain.I am wondering how this bar is surviving with such a staff.It was a really disgusting experienc .The owner need to know how his bar is poor in services.

Came here on a recommendation. Staff were not responsive. kept us waiting 25 minutes then gave us menus. 15 minutes later told us the kitchen is closed. There was NO FOODWe didnt have time left to go to get food anywhere else.The staff was slow, uncaring, not responsive and rudeNext time just go to McDonalds

Sluggish and high nosed bar. They cheat on drinks. The manager had audacity to tell me that they poured entire bottle in my Long Island Iced Tea cocktail. Imagine how high headed and overly self pride staff this bar has employed. You can see around service staff chit chatting not bothered or have sense of urgency to serve you being an airport bar. Owners should read these comments and make some hard decisions.

They do not like to work at all..even if you request for something, they listen to you and ignore it right away. It was very interesting to be ignored 5 times in front..

Worst food you will have in this terminal. I was not given Bill for my entire order. I had to insist.
