Good place for family weekend.A lot of entertainment for children, friendly animals.Quiet place, without music.Standard Houses equips with conditioner, small refrigerator and mattresses for sleeping.Houses plus equips with the same plus personal bathroom and beds.If you want to make bonfire you should buy firewood. 1 portion costs 50 NIS. But as usual you need 2 or more.It doesnt touch barbecue: for it you can bring your own barbecue and coal.For evening time I recommend bringing warm clothes.Public WC are clean.So, recommend for visiting with family!

Great pleace in the north of Israel, whether for sleeping in a tent or a cabin with showers and ac.Close to many attractions including mout hermon.The kids will love it as there are plenty of attractions.Dont miss out Odem winery across the street!

Awesome atmosphere, cheerful people, plentiful kid entertainment and exposure to animals. Educational train ride.Bathrooms could use fan and better drainage system so shower doesnt leak into toilet area.Amazing value amazing experience

Great for kids and families. Petting enclosure for the kids to hold bunnies, chickens/quails, Guinea pigs. Ride a Buggy around a track to see the deer (could be more and more things to seeoverall it was pretty good. Big playground with slides for kids to play. Kids quad bike track to ride around. Looks like nice cabins to stay in if you are staying over night. Toilets were pretty clean. Looked comfortable. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Overall it was a really good day out. Recommend for something to entertain the kids!

We arrived on a very cold evening, paid for one of the rooms, and then discovered that the heating in the room doesnt work and that there is no hot water. The owner, initially denied that there is a problem, then ignored it, and finally promised to return our money. After some back and forth over a couple of months, the money was eventually returned, but the overall experience was unfortunate.

Great place to take the kids to spend the day, but in need of a bit of maintenance and upkeep on some rides where a few vehicles or attractions were not working.

The camping infrastructure is great. The place is very clean. Too crowded.

My kids love this place. Facilities are spartan, even in the huts, with hard mattresses and no linen or pillows, but there is a good air conditioner, strong hot water pressure (thanks to gas-based water heaters), and the huts are clean (though they do become muddy very quickly, especially in the winter). There is a picnic table for every hut, and firewood is available for purchase, brought directly to the hut by the management.The best part of course are the deers as well as the kids attractions, that remain open until 8pm, even in the winter.

Perfect for families, it has many facilities for children to enjoy while the parents rest. Toilets and showers are clean and tidy. The place is well organized (wagons for carrying your stuff, mattresses, wood for campfire, etc...)

Great place, lots of activities for kids, very comfortable with the bbq and bonfire. The Room was very simple - small windows, OK office refrigerator, 5 OK mattresses, one weak light, one electrical socket. the a/c was good.

Had a great time! Perfect for kids ,room was big enough for 4 adults +2 kids and an infant.Very cold at night must bring super warm clothing. We slept in a bungalow with a/c and fridge.The place was very clean! Hot water in the showers.Highly recommend!

We stayed here in a cabins for the weekend and it was the biggest rip off. For 750₪ a night, you stay in a cabin with literally nothing but beds - we had to bring our whole house with us, including sheets, pillows, blankets, pots, pans, coffee, even soap to wash our hands. Yes, there are lots of activities for kids, but for this price, they should be providing enough for a comfortable stay. This did not feel like a vacation by any means.

Its fun for kids, they can spend few very active hours there.Its not clean, the rides definitely need update.

Basicly there is chidren games with long cues and few deers behind the cage. I would rather go to the nearby Odem forest.

Great place for Camping - either in tents or "hushut". They keep the place so very clean - toilets, showers and kitchen are contently cleaned by crew. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is also very kind and helpful. A lot of activities included in the price for young children (some for teens as well), and there is a lot to do around as well.Only reason I could not give 5 stars is because it is so hard for me to see animals kept in captivity like this. Not only the deer, which should be able to run in the wild, but the pony houses waiting in a small circular cage so kids can ride on them - I know this is common but it is simply wrong.They are treating the animals relatively good (as good as captivity can beand besides that, as said above, everything is great.

Awesome camp site! We just got back and the kids already want to go back :)Were not "heavy campers" so the space with the shower and AC was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Disappointing. I dont think its worth going there for the deers or the play structures if youre not local. The kids (5 and 2had fun from the playing structures but not the animals. It is nice that everything including tractor train, golf cars and pony rides are included in the ticket price. The staff is very friendly helpful.More specifically:A. The playing structures are not well maintained, we came a day after a rain storm and everything including the stuff under the roof was soaked with water.B. The deers are behind big fences and on the side of the place. Are not approachable at all. There is a tractor train going through the forest where you can see signs with pictures of animals. (Yes. Signs with pictures. Nothing else)

A really nice place.We took a cabin for a night.We got there at around 3pm.The cabin has matrices, air conditioning and a freezer.The toilets and showers are clean and they re-clean them every few hours.There are a lot of kids activities around (omega slide, motor cars, pedal cars, jimbory, trampolines and a pony ride.There is also an option to see the deers near by and petting area.All activities are with no extra charge.There are places there to do barbique.Music isnt allowed, so there isnt a lot of noise at night (aside from some deer moaning).All in all we had a great fun (and it isnt like we are regular campers).

It might be a nice place for camping, but I came just for a visit due to the high rating and recommendations. This place is very overrated. The kids can spend a nice few hours playing around here, however, don’t expect to find anything that’s “forest” or “nature” related. It’s more like a big playground near a forest. Plus some cages with animals you can drive by. Also, you can hardly find any personnel around here (the solution - everything says “parent supervision”and some of the facilities are closed. Generally, everything looks very “old” and not well maintained. Not recommended.

Excellent Camping the best facilities of eny camping site in Israel. Spacious and u get a mattress. Clean and plenty of bathrooms and showers. U get a barrel for making a fire. On top of that u get free playing for the kids in the jimbury and trampolines, obstacle-course, tricicle-course, and other games. There is a play area for toddlers. And theres a petting zoo, donkey rides, a tour on golf-carts to the different deer they grow here with an explanation about horns and antlers. The problem for me was that i had to change my plans because we stayed here half the day.

We stayed in a tent that we brought, the place was clean, most of the staff was helpful. The people responsible for the ponies, and the electric 4x4 for the kids were not polite, for them being there seemed like a torture, and that was reflected on the way they were behaving towards the kids. Clean place, designated space for the tent, electricity, fridge space. We will definitely go there again

It used to be a great place that includes guided tour focusing on deers. Now the deers are secondary. The place just provides some low end attractions.

Amazing experience for kids. The premises include various kids attractions for jamboree to karting and animal petting. For those who cant do camping without a shower no worries as youll have your own designated shower and toilet.

Very nice place for kids. Maintained OK with variety of activities for the little ones. The camping is clean and ordered, yet too crowded and with a cloud of BBQ smoke all over.

Fantastic! The place, the facilities, the people!! We spent 2 nights with 10 grandchildren, aged 2 - 9, who had the time of their lives....not a whimper, not a whine, not a kvetch, no fights.....we ALL loved it! Already planning 3 nights for next summer!!!

This was our third visit to Yaar haayalim. Just like the first previous visits, we had a great time!The facility is kept very clean and tidy, and the kids have a huge variety of things to do there.

My daughter and I had such a great time. I loved how most everything was self service. Also, we got there early and in the middle of the week so the place was empty. There is plenty of parking and lots to do. A great time for kids of all ages.

Returned after a visit about ten years ago and a lot has changed. In the past we walked inside the deer area with a guide as well got a lecture on different horns on display.We returned off season as day where preparing for the coming holiday crowd. Nowadays you take a gold cart around the fences and look at the deer yourself. Same with the horns. They added some new kids entertainment, so that soon became the main attraction and less the deer and other animals.

The whole park is old as it is build 30 years ago with just a basic maintenance. And it is small! We read we could have fun the whole day, but in 2 hours we were complete finished. In fact there are 5 attractions, horseriding (a sad ride of only one minute), jumping, go-karts, rush slide (with only one belt workingen a climbing trail. It is WAY overpriced (60 nis for children, 35 nis for an adult). No information in English, not even safety instructions or restroom signs and staff didnt speak English. Be advised and spend your money somewhere else!

Nice attractions for kids, but pretty disappointing, animal-wise. Two small compounds with animals and not much else. Again - the kids had a blast, but mostly from the "normal" attractions.

Very good place for camping / sleeping. They have well built huts with good AC, places for BBQ and fire pits. Good toilets and the place is very clean. The best part is the kids attractions that are all included in the reasonable price including pony rides, a little animal pen, petting station and more. Highly recommended.

Kids love it, But the place should have a better maintenance, toilets are terrible, no convenience store (but there are a tables if you bring something). They also should have more inspectors there, few people misbehave to the animals there. (without the kids I would give 2 stars)

First - the kids love it! The parents didnt... Theres not enough stuff around. The mini-horses and the animals in the petting shed are scared/tiered and miserable. The highlights are OK for kids age 5-12.

This place was really amazing. Kids loved it from the moment we arrived. It was our first time camping with a tent with the family. My wife was thrillled. The facilities are really nice and you have the "build your own tent option" or take a small bangalo type place with ac. There is small zip line slides trampolines all included. It is 90₪ per person for the tent area and well worth it so far. Odem is also about 800m above sea level and it cooled down dramatically uring the heat of the summer 2nd August 2016. Put it this way it was 42 degrees near the Kinneret at about 4pm .... in Odem it was closer to 32 and now at 9pm there is a cool breeze and about 22/24 degrees... just perfect even a little chilly... they have picnic tables and places for bbqs and toilets and showers...One for my wifes "bucket list".... enjoyAnd the manager Itamar was very nice ...
