Great service, amazing pizza!

This is not the first time Im not happy with my pizza from this branch. Today it was worse. My pizza was so burnt and very hard, the base felt like I was eating biscuit. From other times the pizza is so dry and the filling is almost none.

I got my order in the quickest time I ever expected. Despite the load shedding they tried to pull the job off and it was great pizza and a good special too. The place is neat, but small. Not for a lot of sit down customers who are going in large numbers ... But for a couple, yes.Staff so friendly and professional. I got impressed.

Just ask the lady to put ons of the 5 pizzas I were planning on ordering s Ham on the other ons my guests just want pineapple on it not ham and pineapple. She dismissed my request and told me in a very very abrupt manner. NO she will not do it. The way she spoke to me I left and went to Fabios they did it without my request being a burden

The service looked like, everything was superb. I arrived in this Debonairs in Hermanus and ordered a deal for 2 large pizzas for R129,90 it was a creamy chicken and a seasonal veg I waited 15 minutes and nothing came out then 2 ladies came after me ordered and got their food before me, and i also waited another 10min then on of the ladies who is a pizza maker came out and ask for my sleep to start making my food, I didnt ask her anything since she looked busy with her dirty hands full of tomato concase. Another ten minutes waiting period, and not even an apology was given but only to find out the delivery guy came and took my food order that was matching his, tho he didnt have a slip for his order he managed to pick up my food to his customers, and made me wait for another 20 minutes without any apology given they acted nomal. When I went to ask for my food I was told your food is still in the oven as if its normal, I worked as a trainer manager for Panarottis pizza and pasta under spur co-operation for 12 years and the service I got in Hermanus Debonairs this evening left me with so much questions for their branch

The base was very sloppy. No crisp at all..the pizzas are soaked in basting sauce...i would go to a local pizzeria anytime instead of buying at this franchise again...

Exceptionally great service at Debonairs Pizza Hermanus. Staff is very kind and services are quick both online and in store.

Customer Service is number 1 and the fact that they know you when you come to the store which I strongly believe in KYC (Know Your Customerand that means you know their needs too 😉...

Im giving a negative review, due to the manager poor custumor service skills. This is personally the 3rd strike,1Ive been rudely placed under pressure when ordering with him2The manger took my delivery call tonight and he was so slow and frustrating, usually it goes by so simple but tonight it took some airtime3)At the end of the night, my order got changed without my consent or the manager did a poor job, either way my base wasnt crisppy and i got pinapple instead of mushrooms.I hope my complaint is more visible than my order from tonight, because i would hate to change my weekly take out option from this experience

Horrible service.We were at Debonairs on Sunday afternoon. Never mind not being served for 3 minutes but 100% flat out ignored.I suggest clients to go to Embers, 2 Harbour Rd or Romans Pizza at Engen Garage Sandbaai for better service.Riaan was in front and he didnt even acknowledge our presence so we politely waited. There was a lady in the back just staring at us. The phone rang and another lady slouched around the corner to pick up the phone. Riaan carried on plainly ignoring us. So we walked out and another client followed. Could the owner please send Riaan on a Customer Service Training Course. I dont care if he was busy or what ever the excuse is, greet your clients and notify them if there is a delay.

Wow, the Hermanus branch has serious stock problems which need to be looked at. No Crammed Crusts, no Cram Deckers, no subs... Not impressed

Open till late!Seconds before closing time, we walked in and personel helped us with a smile. Thank you for a great sevice!

We were sitting and waiting for our order, the lady was calling out nrs but not ours and in the meantime our food was done but was never called upon to collect so eventually the food got a bit cold

Friendly service. We ordered the pizza special, which came with a 2L cold drink. The staff was kind enough to lend us some glasses so we could share our cold drink. Very thoughtful.

Not sure if this is normal for Debonairs but had here the worst pizza in my live. To be honest seems for me a general issue for them. Never tasted such a weird cheese, if it was cheese at all. Unfortunately I dont like to throw away feed so had to eat it.

I went to order pizzas on Thursday, I was the only customer, there was one lady behind the counter chatting with her friend or boyfriend. I had to wait a few minutes before she took my order, after I had to stare at her to get her attention. I got the feeling that I was not welcome there. Secondly, at home the Club pizza I ordered was so drenched in the Debonairs sauce that we only could eat 2 slices. It was disgusting to pay for something that we could not eat and as a regular customer, they wont see me soon!

Quick, simple and efficient service.

Shocking pizza. Delivered cold and unappetizing every time. Topping especially meat has tasted off. Ordered 3 times, complained and never had so much as a call back or apology. I quit Debonair entirely.

The worst service you will ever receive. Dont fulfil online orders, staff and owner are rude. Completely incompetent, rather go to Rossis, its family owned and way better service.

Worst service, rude management. Forgot our order completely, no pizza was recieved. Pathetic!
