The delivery guy was excellent but the pizza was the worst pizza I ever had. I will never order there again. The dough was raw.

Waited two hours for our delivery last night.

Pathetic delivery time!!! On has to order and wait....till the driver and the girls finish chat them he decides to leave to deliver. I took a drive after and hour and stood there and called from outside. They say the driver left but his standing infront of the shop.

DEBONAIRS WASHINGTON POST, IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE - cutomers shouldnt have to wait outside for curbside pickup because your employees are having a leisurely conversation while staring at the car that is waiting for delivery. WHATS WORSE the Steers employee had to come over to TELL you to give the order to the waiting customer. Unacceptable. You can do better.

Terrible experience today. Ordered pizza and waited in my vehicle, after 25 minutes I went to find if my pizza was ready. Firstly a guy in a white shirt apologised for the delay and said order was not ready. Stood for another 10 -12 minutes and enquired again. 2 ladies at the counter just said pizza is not ready, wait till we call you. I told her I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and she said I was lying, It was only 10 minutes since I ordered. I showed her the time on the slip as 1846hrs and by then it was 1920hrs. She started shouting at me saying I should have asked first how long the pizza would take. I asked for a refund after seeing that no pizza was forthcoming. She told me I was abusing my right to a refund , she then took money out of the till and threw it at me. Never again will I buy at this frranchise . I was humiliated in front of a lot of customers. I would rather drive elsewhere than to be shouted at yet im am paying

Terrible service. Placed an order at 6pm. Order still has not arrived after they told us that it was out for delivery. Its been almost 4 hours. We have phoned several times and no answer at the store. We will never order from Debonairs pizza again after the useless service we received tonight

The service was amazing,was serviced by a lady called LeboShe was jus amazing.

Delivery guy dropped my Khetha 5 and all the toppings slid off the pizza. Dough was under cooked. And one of your staff offered a large pizza as consolation. Not the first time I had a bad experience, just not acceptable.

Most horrible service. Waiting over 2 Hours for my order to be delivered. I dont even stay 15 minutes from this branch. The manager says they have 9 drivers out for delivery. They can t get ahold of any of their drivers. They dont know who took what orders. They have no planning no customer service and now they have lost me as a customer. Still waiting for my order.

I had previously ordered and the driver didnt listen to delivery instructions. And he was the one mad for running late. Afterwards he didnt even greet, just handed me my food in silence. Today after ordering they tell me theres a fee and wow I cannot change my order, yet the website is not updated on location delivery changes or extra charges. The driver was rude so was the person on the phone liasing between me and the driver. Im not surprised about the other 1 star ratings. Well deserved.

Ordered a pizza for my parents, delivery at 18:39 and its now 20:00 and still no sign of food, tried calling your store with no luck... Very disappointing debonairs Washington post... Now my old parents must eat bread for dinner
