Ordered a pizza yesterday at Cradocks Debonairs. A guy named Peter (I think it was his nameanswered. Peter was so prompt, clear and effective during this phone call, we order pizza in under 2 minutes. He was friendly, helpful and sweet.

Ordered a pizza at 18:01. Phoned the call centre at pass 7. The lady said she would call me and give an update on how long it will take. Still waiting…. Phoned again at 19:30, now this lady days it typically takes 60min to 90min. Instead of phoning the pizza place, she transferred the call to the driver. Now I’m 16th on the call list… to ask the driver where the pizza at that I ordered!!! Great service hey!!! You just know how to disappoint countless times!

This was the worst chicken triple decker ever or should I say sweet chilli because if there wasnt any chicken in it. The Cradock branch if not the company itself should be ashamed of their service!!!
