Im a new resident of ulundi. A few minutes ago searched up debonairs ulundi, the website is totally misleading as it states they also deliver. So I called tried to make an order and tried to give the lady my address, instead of explaining and waiting to hear if I would opt in to collecting my order, she dropped the line. Absolutely disappointed at the rudeness and lack of service. The staff really need to be retrained in steps of the 7ps , as they diminish the image of debonairs and the shopping center as a whole.

Whats the point of ordering online for collection, make payment, only to get there to wait in a queue for another 30 minutes to collect your pizza? This is the second time this is happening to me in Ulundi Debonnairs. Are your employees not used to this system? Please do better.

I ordered an Original Veggie pizza which came without spring onions and very little mushrooms (I could count them). If you are short of ingredients, please inform customers as they order so they can make a change.To avoid any inconveniences, you have to ask whether all the ingredients of the pizza you want are available or not.

The person who was assisting me when I was collecting my order was very rude. She refused without my slip even after I explained to her that it is my right as a customer. She continued backchatting. I decided to leave she was still talking on my back.

Made a telephone order and was advised to collect after 15mins then I decided to extend my time with an additional 10min but when I get to branch (Ulundithere was no one on the tillpoint for about 5min and when she came my order wasnt ready and I was told to wait another 15min. I was so angry cos when I talked to her she told me about the call center that always make more orders without checking how busy they are which made me see that they do not adjust their pace accordingly. When I called to complain a lady said my order was ready n guess what it was burnt 😢😢😢.

There serves us like there are doing a favor to us, there have a very poor service. Even the manager lady is encouraging them to not do a good service to us . Last time I was there there service two people for almost 20 mins.
