Debonairs Pizza in Vryheid

I have been waiting for over an hour now for my delivery delivery was made at 14:40 its 16:11 now

Ive ordered at 17h30 and wait till 20h00.Bad service

its the second time today, i had to wait 1hour 30m, Terrible service!!!

Takes hours and hours to get a simple order 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Made an order at 19:01 and its 20:51 right still my order hasnt arrived

Not a fan of this type of pizza.

Its 10:41 now & I am still waiting for my order from 10:09 & it was not even communicated that I will have to wait this long. Its not even busy because I only found 1 person waiting when I got here.

Creamy chicken triple decker with no chicken, dry dry dry, its worse than any other debonairs I have been. Poor chef skills, the only meat I had was the cheese griller on the outside, the rest of the pizza was just flour 😠😠😠

So tasty the service was good I was helped by a humble guy at the door who went an extra mile, checked my order and called a cashier to help me. Thanks Vryheid Debonaires.

Debonairs Vryheid they always dont have double deck. Only selling single deck. Then you wait for up to an hour for your order

Can I just say the pizza today was amazing, Ive realised it helps to insist they dont rob with the filling on the triple decker it was amazing, my family really enjoyed it. Thnx

Terrible is an understatement! I placed an other online for collection, 30 Minutes later when I arrived it wasnt even prepared! A Rude and unfriendly cashier tells me to wait another 20 minutes. I will never recommend this place to anyone, their customer service is shocking!😡

Terrible and bad place to order food. No discipline by staff members. That place can close down. I will never ever buy food there again. Its clear it is for one group off people.

Once again the Cashier was busy chatting to her friend and ignored the Customers up until the staff that was making the Pizzas in the back asked her to serve us. Thr guys name at the is Siyanda. I will surely not purchase from Debonairs Vryheid again. I think thr owner does not care about Customers but only care about the Customers money. I will surely not purchase from here again. Disgusting Service

The service is very bad and the quality on pizzas is not the same anymore.they always blame it on the short n new stuff always.you wait very long for orders there now,ending up with the unnecessary order cancelation.

Gosh,this place,they dont know customer service.Taking their own time processing the order,the person at the till not even giving you attention when ordering.

Poor customer service! After waiting for 30mins I went to enquire about my order and it was not done and they had to rush it and I was told they didnt have bases but I think they missed my order. I called for the manager & she didnt come to me she went and prepared the pizza herself. I had to rush to work and left everything and I was swerving the manager came with the most horrible pizza ever and I only noticed when I got home that it didnt have the sweet chilli sauce as requested... It was not well done. Am so disappointed!

Who does not like pizze

They made us wait for over 50 minutes for our order only to tell us they had problems with base which they never bothered to inform us at time of purchase.....we lost alot of time for poor service and I cant recommend it for anyone,my kids were crying in the car as a result.

Nice Pizzas, staff are not too bad, delivery guy is always upbeat, which is nice. Can be slow when its payday/end of the month busy, but that is to be expected. They try their best.

Ordered 3 x "platters for one" from fishaways. The calamari rings were replaced by onion rings in two of them. Only one had calamari rings. Everything that was fried was extremely oily except for the grilled fish I had in mine. Placed online order at 18h11 requesting it to be ready at 19h00 for collection. Arrived 18h55 at the store and asked for my order then only they started preparing it. Quite dissappointed as this is not normally the case...

The service was way too slow. It took 45min for it to arrive on the shelf and further for someone to come give it to us. It was month end Saturday and only one cashier working on till, it was really an annoying wait and terrible service! Poor poor service!

Service is veeeeery slow, dont go there if you in a rush or very hungry...been waiting for 45 minutes for my order. Poor service aiy so annoying.
