Pizza at it best

I used to hear a lot about bad service at Musina Debonairs and I used to think maybes it is just a rumor until I experience it myself, bad Costomer service , the taste was horrible, they added too much sauce, they were dripping all over and it was too sour . I regretted buying pizza there . The waiting period was also too much, they only did my order after 45 minutes waiting, when I go to check my order that’s when they started to prepare it. I was so disappointed 😔

The mall is beautiful and clean and the orders are sometimes gotten right

Ordered pizza 16:48, received it 18:50.This is how it looked after a two hour wait. Tried to phone the call centre but could not get trough again to report what had happened.The previous order also took well over 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered.

so disappointed at how late I received my order. I called them back only to be rudely told that delivery can take up to 2 hours 🤷‍♀️I mean hw busy can musina get during lockdown that wed have to wait for 2hours for 1 large pizza

I was really sitting in my house waiting pizza unlikely I didnt get it due to bad drive they completely poor for using GPS navigation

The Pizza from here Musina Mall had sufficient ingredients and well prepared like the Gauteng areas. Except here most Limpopo Debonairs increase their profit margin by compromising on ingredients and sell Pizzas with little ingredients but fried though.

Holidays seem to be their best peak time of any season. With many people visiting the Mall and buying directly and a few making some online orders. It is a great place to hang out with friends for a quick bite then drift off to do other fun things within the Mall. Debonairs seems to be the most preferred Pizza in town, with different toppings and sizes to suit each persons budget. Great store with good service and good pizza.

Terrible pizza Ive ever tasted. I ordered a pizza for delivery and got the wrong order. When l returned it,I was given the "right" order which didnt have most of the ingredients, it was only filled with a lot of chillis to make it look full making it impossible to eat because it was too hot. Never buying their pizza ever again

The cashier lady had some attitude and then to make matters worse, we waited almost 40 minutes for our pizza.

Eish guys i just love pizza especially for Debonairs, i cant spend three days without eating it its lyk im edicted to it.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the whole town! Instead of serving a costumer, the staff argue with one another as loud as possible while we had to stand and listen to it. We left without our order and since it is not the first time we experienced terrible service from them, we will surely not support this branch again.
