De Mall Hotel in Rawalpindi

Very expensive and horrible place that is like Halloween.noone should believe the manger because hes a big liar.the food was not eatable and they charge much money.not recommended!!! I hate this bloody place when I enter in room I found something bloody in drawer I added a photo for all of you plz watch and dont go there its bloody place, I didnt see before like this place.

I am attending waleema ceremony in De Mall Rawalpindi with office college of brother

Everything was Very Poor ! Even they told us they will provide inverter but It was Not working and the service wasnt good I recommend you dont waste your Money guys !! Its total waste of Money...

Staff is very friendly 5 stars for them but accomodation is below standard. We found an empty alcohol bottle in a drawer, showers dont work and generally NOT a clean hotel.Breakfast was awful, chipped and stained cups. We stayed here because there was an emergency and we needed shelter for the night.

Very ordinary hotel with poor service. Un maintained fixtures. Only location is superb.

Attended a walima here. Food was good. The staff was helpful and polite. No parking space to speak of. Cannot comment on rates or rooms.

Washroom were too much dirty, no cleanliness or even no care or look after. AC were not working, if working than no cool. Too much hot . Not satisfactory.

Poor and pathetic hotel. Too much expensive against pathetic infrastructure and other facilities. Just internet speed was good 😂

Its old hotel of Rawalpindi. There Services are good , staff is friendly and cooperative . But location is not good because its in traffic crowd . So parking is also issue . As building is quite old so no concentration for parking . Other than parking other facilities are good.Ill rate 7/10

There was no water in the room. Only for tea and club sandwich they will take 1 hour of hour of your precious time.

Pleasant hotel ticks majority of all the boxes of hospitality excellent staff especially miza Gul suffiyan Sonny and the highly professional madam from house keeping it was a joy to stay originally went for 2 weeks but over all stay 5/6 weeks do sincerely recommend this hotel and the prices were surprisingly very reasonable . Thank you to all at De mall Hotel we had a lovely experience. See you again InshaAllah.

It seems to be a nice hotel with spacious rooms, hot shower and a big LCD TV but the beds, the bed sheets are very old and dirty. Room service is very bad. I usually ordered tea but it always took more than 30 mints to be served. Once they served tea and it had salt in it. I reordered and it had again salt already mixed in it. I couldnt take it yet I had to pay for it. Usually the day service is bit better than the night. I think the cook for night shift is not a professional. So my experience there was not very good but not very bad as well.

This hotel is good service is fine but I feel very angry on hotel staff I stay in this hotel with my family so someone from hotel call on the telephone at midnight when I pick he not say anything and then he call again and again then I become angry what is this so I want they change their staff if they not change then its not good to stay in this hotel because people go to hotel for rest but if you not feel comfortable then its wrong

Had attend friends wedding function. Very disappointed. Dont know how to cook food. Just waste of money. I will not recommend at any cost.

Poorly prepared rooms, poor room service, air - conditioning not working, shower not working, broken toilet seats, filthy sheets... changed 3 rooms in a night due to various complaints/reasons. In a nutshell, very bad experience all together.
