For the first time I am disappointed with my experience in a 5* hotel.I was not directly a client of the hotel but of the restaurant.And the service was absolutely deplorable!I travel a lot, I visit from time to time palaces in some big cities and especially the Hilton chain.But here, believe me, they took away my desire for it...Just imagine for a second, this:You are in a restaurant of a 5* palace with your future partner for a business meeting.And, the waiters are unpleasant, and very unprofessional, maybe we were not lucky and we fell on a waitress who had just been hired the same morning because here is the move she made us:In addition to being very unfriendly, the waitress brought us the bill WITHOUT being asked! Ive never seen that in my life, nowhere else in the world a waitress has allowed herself to bring me the bill while Im eating.What an awful lack of class!We were so frustrated not to have the "right" to order a dessert that we left right away.And, of course we will avoid coming back or recommending this hotel.What a shameful behavior.
Super rude and unpolite staff , no one speak English properly , reception it is super slow and unprofessional, the manager that actually speak proper English instead of hearing my complains started to say in kiev no one speak English and I’m the one who is wrong . Managment behaviour was the worse , he threatened me that he would kick me from the hotel , oh wow what a loss to dont come back to this hotel 😂. If you need a hotel in Kiev don’t go to this one fairmont it’s way better
Unpolite and not English trained stuff . Very rude people . Might be the newest hotel in Kiev but it’s the worse in management and service , if you want to book an hotel in Kiev the best is fairmont hands down .
Impressive upscale Hilton properties. One of the best of this brand globally and I think the best hotel in Kyiv itself. Fabulous h9spitality by staff, great amenities and excellent service in the executive lounge. Highly recommend visiting it.
I stayed here for ~30 nights during my project from July- October and visited the hotel at its different stages of Covid reopening.Overall - it was a wonderful stay and could 100% recommend it to anyone:1Excellent rooms with thick walls, nice designs (you press 1 button and all types of lights go off across the whole room when you want to go to sleep), comfy bath tub and shower - all working perfectly, all perfectly clean2Food: whether you’re vegan or doing a keto diet, you’ll find all options to satisfy your needs. From a large selection of plant-based mills and yoghurts, to shakshukas, to “British” breakfasts, you’ll find it all. Room service is fast, food arrives hot and you can see it was just made.3Pool and sauna - all worked well, it’s not overcrowded, and it’s very hygienic.
This hotel is my favorite hotel in Kiev, Ukraine. I have stayed at all 5 star hotels and so far this is the best. Great location, amazing rooms, very large station at the breakfast.They have executive lounge on 7th floor, which is a great place to work. Olga and Anastasiia from executive lounge very friendly and helpful staff.Pool is long enough to swim and exercise.Gym is small but good enough for daily workout.Receptionist Veronika, Valentina,Oleksandra, Bogdana were super helpful to guide me around the city, provide the needed information about the hotel and the city.Thank you Hilton Kyiv Team.
I was acknowledged for my Diamond status, and found the check-in process fast, pleasant, and professional.The service was very pleasant all around.Very attentive and always looking to help me with a smile.For the most part quite professional, as well (there was clearly one or two interns being trained).With my Diamond status I had access to the breakfast buffet as well as the Executive Lounge and what it had to offer.The hotel had a pool, jacuzzi, and saunas (3 kindswhich I was able to use all for my own, located near the spa.Overall a great stay.
Great breakfast and excellent food with nice staff at the breakfast area.Manager Jeffrey was helpful and understanding.Staff at the reception didnt give us enough information about the hotel. We didnt know that we were staying at the executive floor and had access to the lounge.The worst was the aggressive concierge who did not give any information about the city.We knew everything about Kiyv from the lovely lady who took us is a tour that we found online.Ibrahim the doorman was kind and polite.
We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the spa was lovely, the service friendly. I highly recommend to book with breakfast and to order a bloody merry
Fantastic hotel, had a great stay here. Service is excellent. Very nice pool/spa, I really liked the executive lounge too. Ill definitely return in the future.
This is my second review for the place after coming back to Kyiv between 18-22 August21. Again delighted with the experience and want to mention all the hotel staff who provided us the best hospitality experience.Olexander and Maria at front office were extremely cooperative and friendly to help us with absolutely anything we needed to navigate around the city, provide us a seamless check in experience as Hilton Gold members and taking care of absolutely everything for us. As the face of the hotel, they do a fantastic job.We visited the executive lounge everyday and had one of the best hospitality experiences from Bogdona and Maria. They always talk to you with a smile and make you feel at home. Bogdona actually gave us the best restaurant and bar recommendations in Kyiv. Well done to Hilton for keeping a great staff.The gentleman at the concierge (forgot his namewas extremely helpful with any ticket bookings we had to make or suggesting suitable alternatives.One feedback on the security staff is that they may come out as a little too intimidating at times. My friend got locked up outside the room in the middle of the night and took a short nap at a corner sofa in the hall, however the security guy would keep asking him to move around and not sit on the sofas. He was this extremely intimidating tall security guy who just kept chasing my friend and didnt let him use the sofa. Whats the use of hotel furniture in common areas if guests cant use them? We booked a limo on one of the nights and the same guy came to catch us carrying the ice bucket in the vehicle like we were stealing.Would request Hilton to keep the same quality, friendliness and approachability in the security staff as the front office and the lounge staff. Will make the staying experience more seamless and comfortable for the guests.Overall, very very satisfied with the experience and would love to come back again. Thank you Hilton for hiring the most hospitable staff!
Amazing hotel with top services and friendly staff. Always a pleasure visiting such marvelous place.Please, kindly set up the touch-less liquid soap machines to the right and left of the sink in the lobby’s restroom.Also adjust the water pressure of the taps in the lobby’s restroom to prevent a splash while washing hands.All this improvements will definitely help every visitor feel comfortable and secure.Thank you for your hard work!
There is a certain expectation that comes with big name hotel chains, and for my trip Hilton Kyiv delivered.From a business traveller point, the location, fast check-in and check-out any time of the day are what made my stay pleasant and comfortable.Additionally, little details that show the service level, and are much appreciated, e.g. staff pointing out the rain outside when I was stepping outside without a rain coat or an umbrella (which actually came standard with the room).Would definitely come again!
Hotel is mainly focuses on groups/delegations and dont treat Diamond members same as theyd be treating us in the US or other countries. Front desk agents seem very uninterested in any complaints and show an attitude (clearly, if youre not in a business group of guests - they have better things to do than dealing with your requests, even if you call three times, which happed to me multiple times).Ive been told how tired everyone is because they have too many delegations visiting. Excuse me, but this is not my issue. I was tired too, thats why i came for a holiday to Kiev from NYC (obviously, i could choose many other destinationsand I am a paying guest, same as my friend who was visiting from Lithuania. I dont thing we should be treated poorly just because the hotel staff who chose to work there is tired.The only great things - food is fabulous, restaurant staff is great, spa staff is wonderful and housekeeping ladies are doing an outstanding job (but you may have to call them multiple times to get someone to come and clean).Anyhow, I am contemplating if I will be returning there next time, as there are few other properties with less issues - Hyatt, Fairmont, Intercontinental.
I have stayed almost 10 times here over the years but the service keeps getting worse. Some of the staff clearly look down on you if you don’t look rich enough. (Wich makes no sense)The Hotel and rooms are really nice, elegant and luxurious style.I will be choosing other hotels for my future visits in Kiev, because how we were treated the last few times.
needs to improve reception communication. Too much partying young people with noise and smoking bad smells. Housekeeping not cleaning rooms due to they are busy. No late checkout possibilitues for diamond members. Location not bad.Breakfast quality low.
The waiter Olga was so rude , lied, behaved defiantly and insulted us!! Turning to the hotel administrator, Mrs. Pavlova, who said that the waitress would not apologize for her behavior, since we are not registered at the hotel, but at the same time we had lunch at the hotel restaurant.!!!
One of the best hotels in Kyiv with the grade of 5 stars. Very comfortable location, delicious breakfast. But I didnt like the 2 girls from reception (they were so rude), no balcony in the rooms, and very tiny gym and swimming pool as well
Horrible experience will never return. If you don’t have diamond status they treat you like a heap of dung. Business travel has been reduced, no longer have diamond status since last stay. No longer have people making the travel bookings either these days, used same rate always entitled to, booked it minutes prior to arrival. Was denied check in, but was charged a no show. Does that make sense to anyone. I advise all American and Canadian personnel to get your respective departments to choose a different hotel.
The Hotel is just amazing! Great location at Kiews Hotspots, high standard and the staff belongs to the friendliest and most attendives I have ever witnessed. Especially Anna and Valeria made our stay such a great experience. Thank you.

Had a great time with a team of professionals.I experienced staying in Hilton Apartments, which is a bit different than the hotel itself - for me feels more like home.Central location, walking access to the nearby restaurants (Avalon, Caribbean Cluband entertainments(Opera theatre, park, Tsum shopping mall)
Positive: hotel staff is amazing, knowledgeable, efficient, they made my stay. My room was nice and quiet, but lacked character. Aircon in the room is very quiet and efficient. Bed is comfortable. Gym is tiny, but adequate. Quality food.Negative: pillows are stupid. Restaurant decor is not welcoming. Prices are high, but you don’t feel cheated, you do get what you pay for there.
Amazing conference rooms and clever stuff, design of the public areas are great, lobby is cool and H-Bar has a cool design as well.Outstanding toilets, it’s like a piece of an art, really.Good fragrances all over the hotel.Highly recommend for the conferences
Beautiful new hotel in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are very nicely appointed with high end cabinetry and finishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection. The pool / spa area has multiple saunas and a nice fitness center.
