Room was nasty, like very dirty with a smell. Bed was uncomfortable and musty. No toilet paper, had to ask the front desk for some.They shouldve payed me to eat that "breakfast". Breakfast lady was great and nice.Id rather starve and sleep in my car. Save your money and go else where!!!

Newly renovated, with nice clean amenities. Its showing its age, and the floors are very loud and creaky. I found it nice, but way overpriced. I slept well enough, and the continental breakfast was very good. Everyone who worked there was very nice and friendly. I would stay again, but not at the price I paid.

This Need Renovation , There was mold in washroom , we were inhaling it for whole night . Tiles around toilet broken & covered with mat to hide it. washroom door was not closing . Sink was not draining water properly . Lot of paint touch ups missing. Overall it was very bad , i had never stayed like this in Canada. Pictures are available . There are rats seen around the rooms outside like my car parked close to window of room and rats were there if you will leave door open it will come inside. I already reported this to Reception and shown pictures. This should be closed for renovations not fit to live.

No ! No ! No!Avoid at all costs!Disgusting old , dirty and stinky rooms. Breakfast not fresh! Coffee smells like urine!Bathroom tiles are falling of. Rooms are not smoke free. Bed sheets were not clean. It seems like they didn’t change them after last customer.I paid $177 for nothing.

For a big hotel chain, this particular branch was sorely lacking. We have stayed in cheap roadside motels that were better maintained than here. From the moldy bathroom surfaces to the mattresses that were probably found on the roadside to the heavy feel and smell of mildew. Definitely not worth the money they asked for a nights stay. Will be avoiding this place in all our future travels. 5 thumbs down.

Service was good but the rooms arent great they had several flies in my room when I got there as well as a bathroom door that needs to be fixed for sure since the door doesnt even close. The bed itself was good enough gets you through the night. The Internet here is so bad its infuriating I ended up just walking to Tim hortons to do my work online because it would crash otherwise. If you can stay basically anywhere else go for it but if not its just got an okay bed at least and will get you through the night as long as you dont have noisy neighbours.

The photo sums it up. The front desk staff were friendly. Can’t knock that but the state of the hotel was really bad. If you plan on a trip or a lay over in Brockville plan ahead and book early somewhere else. We had not anticipated staying in Brockville and when we decided to go, this was the only option available. I wish we stayed home and made the trip to town the morning of our event. I don’t enjoy making bad reviews but this is unacceptable for the price of the room that each guest would have paid and the hotel was full. Shame.

I was nervous because of all the bad reviews but i stayed in the queen suite for a weekend and it was great. Jakkuzi tub in the room, fireplace, fridge, microwave etc. The room was clean and modern with a comfortable, firm mattress and lots of pillows. Nice, white bedspread with no stains. I slept like a baby.The staff was polite, friendly, helpful and quick to respond if i had a problem.I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Bathroom door was broken, so it could not be kept unlocked, it always locked itself after closing. Location was kind of bad, the service on the desk was barely acceptable. Beds were good and shower was good.

Website states you can request the use of crib/toddler bed which is a comple lie. They dont have any at all. We purposely didnt bring any form of bed for our kids (both under 1 years oldcause we were going to use what the hotel provided. The front desk personnel told us there was a thrift shop across the street, but by now it was closed. We then asked the same guy for extra blankets and pillows to help make some sort of bed for the children and to bring to our room, well, no one ever showed up. And of course, no manager to speak to until Monday (1 stay on a Saturday).

There was no one at the reception area when we went to check in. To be fair, we did arrive around 1:30am but there should be a person to help us check in.Waited for 5 mins, then had to roam the hotel until we found the person responsible for checking us in (he was chatting with the cleaning guy).Also, the bedsheet had a brown stain and the beds were not comfortable. Barely got any sleep...

We recently stayed here on our way to Ottawa. We were given a ground floor room as I requested no stairs and not near an ice machine. . But were right beside 2 exit doors (rm 101and an ice machine so we heard people coming and going. The rooms had been given a quick update furniture wise, but things were outdated. The beds were terrible . We didnt get a lot of sleep having bern on the road for 12 hours. The hair dryer did not work. The room was clean but the lamps above the bed were dusty. I found dark hairs stuck to the bathroom wall and in a facecloth. The bottom of the bathroom door had been cut to accomodate the bathtub. The chain security lock was hanging by one screw and not fastened to the door frame. The lady in the breakfast room was nice and accomodating. We were the only ones there right at opening.. The FREE breakfast is advertised on google and outside but really would could have been presented better. Felt like the owners were skimping out on product. 2 cereals maybe 6 bagels, apples, bread for toast and in the hot breakfast there were about 6 sausages that didnt look the greatest. The lady warmed up scrambled eggs that were pre cooked and sitting in the kitchen in a plastic container. The muffins were very tiny enough for a child but not an adult. There were a few yogurts. I heard the new part is better. We were not given a choice. Would I stay there again....absolutely not. We were not impressed.No way it was worth the $149 per night stay. Easy 401 access.

We went for 2 nights. My mom had her own room in her own section of the hotel. Going from one section to the other smelt like an old bus. Our room was marketted as a queen bed when in fact it was a double. The free breakfast could of been better. The staff there were amazing. Expecially jason at the front desk.

Have to cut the site some slack, after a 2 year Covid winter I was just glad they were still there. First impression was it had been closed up for most of the last two years, musty stale smoke and carpet smells in the hallways but over the 3 days I was there it got aired out and freshened. Staff were awesome especially Joy in the breakfast room and her husband doing some of the gardening and pool work. Great people.

We were pleased right from the start!Very friendly, accommodating front desk staff and housekeeping was very attentive throughout our stay.Would highly recommend this hotel to my friendsDefinitely will be coming back in the near future!
