A big store. Many staff to assist your concern...

Poor management.We are deeply disappointed with the manager and the staff. We bought stoneworks from this store took over 2 weeks before we got it but appearance of the display is DIFFERENT from the actual item(ordered gray+dirty white color but we received gray+white)so it appears very light which is not what we expected,thus we decided to return the item. We gone back to the store and hopeful we could get the items changed and the staff said yes and we could even exchange for another items other than the stoneworks then we decided to return the next day so we can take the item with us back to the store. But then we are told we are not allowed to return the said items because it was specially ordered(bc i believe the item is non saleable although it was on their display,imagine 18 boxes @1.8k/ box.The manager spoke to us annoyed and bothered and she is insisting we can achieve the color of the item on display as time passes by when its old enough to be rusty. So she is saying we have to deal with it!? To the manager i appreciate you going out of your office to insist you are right when in fact you have no right to get into your customers preference, we have the right to choose! In the event that you cant return the item to your supplier then as a manager you must find a way you can compensate with the damage it has caused us (since it will affect the color theme of the house plus the time and effort to load and unload and it is very heavy).I remember you slightly raise your voice against us then so you are just an ill-mannered manager not deserving of your position. If this is always the case then i hope to everyone whose planning to buy from this store please be cautious enough. My only advise to the owner/ceo HIRE the ones who are well-mannered,capable and effective employees whom are always putting consideration to the customers since the entity will never exist without your Customers! VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER!
