Datanla Waterfall in Da Lat

Very fun roller coaster, my kid loved it (so did I- only option was the #3 coaster, the waterfall at the bottom was roaring and so beautiful. Could easily spend a bunch of time relaxing here. Only about 15 minutes away from the city, very easy drive on motorbike. Highly recommend!!!!

This was a great activity today for my son who is 7. We took the, ‘Rollercoaster’ down two in the cart, I controlled the speed and braking. I took some shots at the waterfall, my son wanted to go on the rollercoaster again. We rode it back to the top and paid again and took the ride down once more. Good activity. Ice creams at the top. Automatic photos you can buy.

Its a sweet place to visit not for waterfall but for the self driving roller coaster ride, dont expect much from this place except that. The way to it is peaceful and scenic, its decent place to go.

Beautiful place to check out. Its a fairly quick walk around the park. We finished in about 30 mins.**Coaster**Alright this ones pretty cool. I liked it but you definitely need to be the first of the group if you wanna go fast. We had the slowest group at front and just caused traffic haha.Enjoy!

The waterfall is not so special but the roller coaster is fun.

If you have the time stay in Da Lat, Datanla Waterfall is the best location you should, Actually, Da Lat had so very very much location beautifully and so I mean you need visit it even just once 🤣

I had been to this waterfall in my 2nd visit to Dalat and really enjoyed the view and thrill of riding the rail cars down the river falls… visitors allowed to stay and enjoy the beautiful view and sounds of the water fall and comeback to the facility entrance by taking the same rail cars. Overall, it was amazing experienced I can recommend for everyone to try for themselves.

Nice little waterfall, with some adventure activities. The alpine coaster ride is amazing, totally worth the 200,000 vnd... We entered the place at around 9.30 and were out by 12. Youll need more time if youre doing some water sport adventure activity.

Walk all the way up past the high rope course to Waterfall 3, you don’t need to pay for the entrance fee.If you’re up for a bit of hike, I’d recommend taking the Alpine Coaster one-way (downand going on foot back up. The ride back up can be rather slow and dull by comparison. Whoever is sitting at the back can control the speed and brakes.Ticket fare has gone up from 160k to 200k VND per adult (two-way).We visited on a weekday noon time and while there was minimal waiting, there was still a sizeable crowd at the photo op areas around the waterfall.(See my other reviews for food options around Datanla Waterfall.)

Beautiful place, not too crowded if you go there at 11-ish. Real fun riding the mountain sleds and very nice scenery with different waterfalls. Not too expensive either. Absolutely worth a visit. About 100 000 local money for the taxi there. Entrance fee is 50 000, you buy tickets for the sleds inside.

Waterfall climbing looks danger but safe. A little fear to 25m height waterfall and super slippery. I was wet all day, dont have smartphone beside to capture more photo. Enjoy washing machine waterfall so much, play it twice.

One of the highlights of coming to dalat, the toboggan down to the waterfall (and then back up).Super fun going down, and makes the viewing of the waterfall at bottom very easy.Second time i have been and enjoyed just as much.Just careful small kid can not go down.

Nice place, roller coaster and hiking trails. Roller coaster go down then you will see water Fall and come back from roller coaster for exit also... So its easy for everyone...

We enjoyed walking around and trying out the bigger rollercoaster! We were confused by the layout. 50k entrance to waterfall 1&2 if you walk. 100k two way rollercoaster. Big roller 160k two ways to waterfall 3! Its pretty expensive and had a long queue. Maybe you could find an all in one ticket online instead?We did enjoy the waterfalls and all the quirky statues to take pictures with!You dont have to go on the rollercoasters you should be able to trek around but its not signposted well! Also bring food with you if youre going to spend the day there!

A must visit in Dalat. They have cafes, shops and a games station when you visit. There is alot of photo taking spots as they design certain statues and dinosaurs for you to explore and enjoy. If you take the Alpine Coaster ride, you will end up here also if not it will be a long trek up and down. It is recommended to take the Alpine Coaster ride. It is fun and you get to enjoy a good view of the waterfalls.

70.000vnd to by the ticket get in the door.100.000vnd to buy the ticket for ride . This is the return tickets. Run around the park and it’s go maybe for 7-10 mins ride. Should try it

The roller coaster is out of service. And there was no prior notice before we bought tickets. It was 31 tickets for our group. Truly disappointing. And the waiting time was long in buying the tickets.

Visit this Waterfall between your rides on the rollercoaster, its conveniently in between the first and the second one back to the top. Lots to see around the area and good photo locations. Also has a toilet near by and a stool to take photos on infront of the waterfall. If you can get it right, looks like your levitating infront of it. No where to swim however which we were hoping to do.

Lovely waterfall. Mostly people would come here for alpine coaster, so did I. I only got the chance to enjoy the old rail one as it rained right after. The new coaster is more fun and longer. I would come back later for the new ride.

Not sure if you can buy tickets in advance. We visit on Monday but July which is school holiday in Vietnam, so very crowded people everywhere, and the line for Alpine Coaster games look like never ending.

We had an amazing time here. The Alpine Coaster is a must. 150k per person.

The alpine coaster was fun at first but then it just turned into waiting for 30 minutes just to get on the car again and keep going uphill(not being able to drive it). The zip line only allows kids over 140cm and the last two levels (black and redand very challenging which was fun. It is a little bit overpriced (370vnd-one ticketbut it was a fun experience. Some of the staff were very kind but there are some that dont care and dont want anything to do with their job.

Waterfall is gorgeous and the rail cart ride is a super fun bonus. Really enjoyed this spot!

We did both coasters. The longer one is way better. If you do the big one its 160k and you dont have to pay for the waterfall. Probably not necessary to do both if you dont want to. Good value for money. Waterfalls are cool.

Great and beautiful place in Dalat. If youre running out of ideas about what to do there. Datanla waterfall could be a good idea, they have a great coaster and for the price I would say its worth every penny. You get 2 rides, the second is way shorter. But in between you get to see the beautiful Datanla waterfall and can take some beautiful pictures. When we went there the weather was good so we really enjoyed our time. The only negative stuff I could say is that if you have a very slow person in front of you while riding the coaster, your slide will brake automatically which is a bit frustrating but better for safety i guess.

The ziplining experience is not for the faint hearted but truly exhilarating.It goes from level 1-6. Levels 1-5 are quite easy, however, level 6 was much more challenging.You get a great feeling of accomplishment upon completion.

The main cable car isnt running.. Youll only be able to see two waterfalls and ride one roller coaster (very fun btwNice place if you want to see waterfalls but i wouldnt go out of my way to go there. You will have to hike up and down a steep hill to get to the second waterfall (30 min round trip)

Special experience and amusement alpine coasters. Anyone enjoy the time when you get in the rail. But Long time waiting for alpine coaster

I wanted to just go and do the coaster ride (bobsleddingwhich they have two of we did the short one because the longer one was closed for maintenance reason.We had to pay for a waterfall ticket to enter, which then once inside you buy your ticket for the ride.It was a rainy day but not raining to hard and the ride was open so we did the ride, didnt bother to walk around and see what else is to offer.So got on the first ride which was fun and it takes you down to the waterfall then once you done taking photos or walking by the waterfall you take the second ride which takes you to the top again but the second ride isnt has fun had the first one because the second one pulls you up to the top.

Amazing waterfall with great picture opportunities. We chose to ride the carts downhill which was an absolute blast. The kids really enjoyed it. Would have loved to keep going up and down on the carts. Just a pleasant scenery to relax. It wasn’t too far from the main city. Defiantly worth a visit.

Fun alpine coaster is located at the top and you enjoy the journey down to the bottom of the waterfalls. Lovely place to take pictures and good place to walk around for any nature lover.

Very beautiful waterfall. The meaning of the name is the water below the leave. We went there on a weekday and was not crowded at all. Entrance price is 50,000 VND per adult and 25,000 VND per child if above 1.2 meters. We took the round trip of the alpine coaster and costed 100,000 VND per adult and 80,000 VND per child (height between 80 cm to 120 cm).The way down cart speed can be controlled by pulling the lever up and down. The way back track was automatic and it was on a steady speed. There are other paid activities here such as archery and rope course and we did not participate on those.

So beautiful waterfall in Da Lat you should visit here. Its very easy to walk here. the air is very fresh so relaxing and joyful.

A great place to do the canyoning tour. Its a fantastic location, with beautiful scenery. If you would rather though, there are swimming areas and the Alpine coaster as well. There is so much to do and see that I make it a point to go every year. If you are nearby, you have to experience this place.

Not to far to get to. It was a nice way to get down to the waterfalls! Try to be behind a cart that looks like theyll go fast, otherwise youll be moving too slow through the roller-coaster 😂

I have been to this waterfall about 3 or 4 times when I was visiting Dalat. I heard they have a new roller coaster systems so I wanted to try it out. Its more than 2km long and it goes through pine trees and has a lot of different parts. I felt safe to ride on it.In this area you can join in different activities; such as rope courses and canyoning.

Love the mini rollercoaster ride down and up the mountain to see the waterfall. It was very nice and chill, is great for families, you can take a lot of pictures. I think they are slowly expanding the park. Very relaxing and the feeling of serenity.

You cant beat how close this is to the Truc Lam Temple if you want to maximize your visit to one area of Da Lat. Locals will say its a five-minute hike to the waterfalls, but thats true for those who are not weak of knees 🤣. Ive seen better waterfalls, to be honest, but it felt nice to feel the spray of the water on your face after the hike. Going back up is another story, though.Expect to spend USD1.30 for the entrance fee. Theres a roller coaster that could take you down to the falls, theres also a zip line. The former is under repair. You might want to call first to find out if its up and working already. You can also climb down the falls, it seems.

Nice place but if you visited Bali waterfalls not impressive at all! Rollercoaster now costs 170vnd prr person both ways, cable car and elevator dont work. Also you can down and up by foot but be aware that it could be not that easy for older people and kidsI recommend to take rollercoster, arrive to the down station, walk aling the river to the cable car, make photos and on that station take back way to the parking upstairs!

Waterfall with a lot of tourist. They hv cable car that goes up and down the waterfall so that you dun hv to walk. Which is fun to ride and of course theres charges to the ride. It is ok if you wan to walk around the waterfall too. They also hv sm small stall that sells snacks and local product. Nice place to visit but becareful cz is fairly steep for some older people.

Cart ride was super fun. Although official they don’t allow hand held cameras no one complained when I held mine in my hands. Water fall is very pretty and you can go all the way to the top with a little hike and the help of a elevator ride. Definitely with taking extra time to go up. When you ride the cart again to go back to where you start. Excellent pricing for the experience. Highly recommended by me. We also did the zip line course that was fantastic as well it was my first experience.

So much fun and there are several beautiful waterfalls to see. The roller coaster is so fun and can be used by young and older folks as well. Take the time to get off the roller coaster to explore the other areas. There are stairs if you decide to explore so be aware of that. If you take your time you should be fine. There is also an area that offers coffee and drinks of you decide to walk to the other waterfall. The atmosphere is full of excitement and energy. There are a lot of picturesque areas.

A bit overrated, this is still a beautiful waterfall. Elephant waterfall is nicer but installations here are way more extensive. Rollercoaster down and up the slope, cable car and well maintained viewing areas. There is also the Zen Monastery that is worth visiting nearby.

This falls not too far from city center. Just a small waterfall but beautiful scenery with jungle. I took the alpine coaster, it is cool. If you walk down it is quite hard walk. Around 300m of steps
