Masjid Darul Muttaqin also known as Masjid Agung Purworejo or Purworejo Grand Mosque located in the central of Purworejo, just across the City Square of Purworejo.This Masjid is a historical relic from the islamic period of Indonesia. The Masjid complex consists of a porch, main room, mihrab, and several other relics such as the mimbar, maksura, and bedug. One of the unique features of the masjid is the existence of the bedug. That said, the bedug in this masjid is the biggest bedug in the world.

Known as Purworejo Grand Mosque. Located in the west side from Purworejos Square. Free parking. You can take a pray in this classic-comfortable building inside. There are 2 rooms divided between men and women (in Islam this is regulated). Bathroom and Wudu places also divided based on gender. Special appreciation for people who contributed!
