Darb-e Shazdeh Boutique Hotel in Shiraz

Excellent location to visit the bazar and the main building of the old city, the night staff is very helpful and professional.

We had a great stay here, the location is so close to all the attractions of the city, and allowed us to see many places in few days.The room was great too, with very friendly staff (Parisa, Amir, Saeedeh, and everyone else). Their breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel. By far better than the Turkish breakfasts we tried in 5 star Istanbul hotels.They also helped us get drivers and tour guides (Nadiato visit Persepolis and Pasargad. The tour guide was professional and great, which made our experience exceptional.

It’s the place to be in Schiraz, with delicious food, the friendliest team with perfect service and most important lots of cosyness once you walk though the door.

Darb-e Shazdeh is indeed a special place with a focus on design and art – every little detail is thoughtfully assembled. The owner and the staff are extraordinary welcoming and professional. We loved to stay there and would come back anytime.

Very nice place; Beautiful, clean, good service and warm staff. I have to specially mention the breakfasts which were amazing. Strongly recommend this place. We spent a memorable time here and would come back again for sure.

Too expensive for its service.There are tens of boutique hotels within its 1km all having great atmosphere but for ONE 4TH the price.It has nothing special compared to them.And the breakfast was below average.But the price is unreasonably high.SPEND YOUR MONEY ON MANY ATTRACTIONS SHIRAZ HAS

I stayed at Darbe-Shazdeh for three nights while visiting Shiraz. I dont like big hotels and therefore I chose this magnificent 8 room boutique hotel and I could have not been more pleased with my choice. I am extremely picky and am borderline OCD, lol. With that said, I cant not pick on anything wrong with this hotel. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the rooms, and cleanliness were all beyond my expectations. In fact, I wished the owner had one of these hotels in each city of Iran. I must add that while I was in Shiraz with all of its wonderful attractions, I did not leave the hotel to play tourist or eat elsewhere. The hotel with its wonderful ambiance with so inviting that frankly, there was no where else to go.

Food was terrible

Located only a few minutes walk from the Vakil Bazaar and Citadel which together comprise the citys cultural heart, the Darb-eShazdeh hotel is a charming idyll in this lively and bustling city. On our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the wonderful staff and shown to our room looking into thecourtyard garden (The building is a carefully restoredtraditional Iranian house where all rooms look into this central courtyard).The breakfast included daily was a delightful range of traditional Iranian food, and it was so good that we ended up having lunch and dinner at the hotel on some days.As a boutique hotel with only 8 or so rooms, you will not find the amenities which can be found in larger establishments, but the fantastic location, unparalleled hospitality and the beauty of the garden will more than make up for it!

Its the best renovated boutique hotel in Iran. The atmosphere and the environment are delightful. The staff are very friendly and well organized. The experience of staying in Darbe Shazdeh is about intimacy and comfort, you feel the essence of a private Persian house.

Great place, great service, high security. but prices are very very high (we paid 85€ per night).

The rooms and breakfast are very european high standard. The only bummer is the price which is also european standard and much higher than comparable hotels in shiraz.Thank you for having us though! We loved it!

We had a really great time here. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. It is a traditional cozy hotel with feeling like home. We got a really good soup and herbal tea because my friend felt cold. The breakfast was ok but dinner was very good. We really loved our room with colorful glass windows, pretty tiles and amazing painted ceiling. It’s a little bit expensive but in my opinion with the atmosphere, facilities and very nice staffs its worth the price. I really recommend it.

Its the best boutique hotel in Shiraz for sure. Although you may find it a bit expensive comparing to other boutique hotels but really worth to try!

Beautiful place, with fine art decorations, a very friendly and efficient staff, a peacefull and relaxing inner garden and the owner is a piece of work you will enjoy chatting with ! Higjly recomended !

Darbe-Shazdeh is a wonderfull place. The rooms are big, clean, the beds very comfortable. The meals are excellent, the portions adapted to tourists from western Europe. The real asset is the staff: fluently in English, nice, very helpful. They even managed to book a railway ticket from Kashan to Tehran for us! Beautifully designed rooms and garden, great breakfast and the most important are the super friendly and sweet people working there. We spent there only two nights and we didn’t want to leave. The whole Shiraz it’s very beautiful and people carry pride in them. Lots of good memories are connected to the cosy hotel and the city itself. A place definitely worth visiting!

Most amazing Hotel in Iran , most professional service , best food and beautiful design . A heaven on earth

The hotel is located in the traditional Iranian courtyard house with beautiful orange tree planted in the middle. The rooms are delightful, with original stained glass timber sash windows, handcrafted tiled floors and beautiful furniture. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Farah, the owner of the place, takes very good care of the hotel and her guests. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Shiraz next time.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, the food, the staff were all together what made the stay very enjoayable.Also make sure you visit the shop for some amazing souvenirs that you wouldn’t find anywhere else, all flown in from different parts of Iran as I was told.

Such a wonderful place to stay , A true sample of excellent hospitality! Enjoyed the nights and morning after , the rooms are beautifuly designed , the hotel gives you the true sence of persian history , the host , Faranak is such a welcoming person and all her team crew help you in all ways , try Abdoghkhiar ( the traditional Iranian food in Darbe Shazdeh , it serves during the night . Highly recommended !

The beautiful gem hidden in historical site of Shiraz ,only 1 minute walk to bazar vakil. I can’t describe how much I enjoyed this gorgeous hotel with a great service and amazing food . I strongly advise to stay in this hotel and enjoy their drinks and salads . I highly recommend

Lovely hotel with a great ambiance . I wasnt staying at darbe Shazfeh but when i went there to have lunch , i fell in love and i checked out from my hitel and i stayed at darbe shazdeh for one night . The food and drinks are so different than rest of Iran , very fresh and unique . I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant.

If you wanna experience real amazing Iranian hospitality you have to spend ur nights here.great atmospher, professional stuff and very close to Bazar and main sights.dont forget to try pink chia in the bar.

It was an amazing experience staying in DarbeShazdeh hotel for two days. In addition to beautiful and comfortable rooms and good services I also enjoyed much of the arts and good vibes there which made our travel even more pleasant. We had the chance to enjoy their brunch on Friday and I extremely advice every one to do not miss it on Fridays.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful and it was also a great service. I can say that it was one of the best experiences in my life.
