Dar Yasmine in Tangier

El sitio perfecto para estar en Tánger en plena Medina a escasos minutos del puerto frente a una preciosa mezquita ,habitaciones super limpias y el dar super bonito ,el servicio estupendo te ayudan en todo son muy amables sin duda volvere .totalmente recomendable .

Ma fille et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour au DAR YASMINE. Tout était parfait. La gentillesse, la propreté des lieux, lemplacement au cœur de la médina, la vue magnifique de la terrasse ...Nous avons été trèsbien accueillies avec un petit thé à la menthe et de nombreux conseils pour nous aider à passer un bon séjour. Notre chambre était jolie et propre, la literie très confortable et le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse était copieux et très bon. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir dans cet Hôtel .

Très très très déçue, nous avons effectué une réservation ma soeur et moi par téléphone, nous avons proposé de communiquer nos coordonnées bancaires pour sécuriser la réservation, la personne que nous avons eu au bout du fil nous a dit que c’est pas la peine et qu’ils vont bien nous la garder. Le jour J nous avons rappelé vers 11h pour confirmer notre arrivée, la personne que nous avons eu nous a bien confirmé que tout est Ok. Nous sommes arrivés vers les coups de 1h, on a donné le nom à la réceptionniste et d’un air treeeesss froid, elle nous informe qu’ils sont complet aucune chambre n’est plus disponible pour nous. On a beau explique que nous avons appelé a 2 reprises pour confirmer, la personne ne parle pas il nous écoute avec un sourire au bout des lèvres elle ne nous a proposé aucune solution en plus. Ca s’est passé le 13/08 comment vous dire que tout tanger été saturé. Je le recommande a personne !!!!! Encore moins pour les personnes qui viennent de loin

Supet hotel et petit dej délicieux

I cant say enough positive things about this hotel. My girlfriend and i had a wonderful 4 night stay in Tangier at Dar Yasmine. When we arrived, we were greeted pleasantly by the manager Hanane. She arranged for us to have a guided tour by the excellent Mohammed (highly recommend asking for him), as well as a trip to the Hercules caves and Chefchouen. At the end of our trip, I mistakenly forgot my phone, but Hanane went out of her way to ensure it was mailed back to me - a truly kind gesture.I would also say that the facilities were clean and well-staffed. As for the call to prayer - while some of these reviewers did not enjoy the call to prayer, I found it to be a unique cultural experience. Isnt that why people travel?If you are pressed for time, I would opt to do the Tangier walking tour with Mohammed, and secondly, to take a trip to Chefchouen.Our favorite restaurant experience was at restaurant Kebdani, followed by Le Salon Bleu. Highly recommend trying the Tajine at both of these places.

Luogo molto particolare nel cuore di Tangeri. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ottima colazione sulla terrazza dellalbergo con vista sul porto.

Começo pelo negativo, o que é realmente muito pouco: isonorização dos quartos. Somos logo avisados que iremos ouvir os cânticos da Mesquita logo pela manhã, o que é normal, porque fica imediatamente ao lado. Todavia, ouvimos também o quarto ao lado a tomar banho (perfeitamenteou a funcionária a varrer o chão, ou ainda o tilintar dos copos do pequeno almoço que é por cima. Talvez a qualidade construtiva não permita mais.De resto, tudo perfeito: limpo, asseado, cheiroso, bonito, com excelente atendimento, profissionalismo.As fotos em anexo falam por si.O ponto mais positivo de todos é mesmo a localização que é mesmo no centro do mundo de Tânger.

The Dar is nice, and the noise from the mosque isnt too bad and to be expected. But the sound proofing of the rest of the house is awful awful awful. You could hear doors and people in every other room in the building.

The place exceeded our expectations by many ways and it is much better in reality than the pictures and review. It is very clean and well located in the Medina, and excellent views on the rooftop. It is right next to the mosque but we weren’t bothered so much. The staff is very friendly too.

Merveilleux séjour à Tanger dans ce très bel hôtel. Accueil très chaleureux, idéalement placé, très jolie terrasse avec une tres belle vue sur le port. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable . Bref je recommande vivement cet établissement de qualité.

We stayed at this place for three nights as part of our honeymoon trip and we didn’t really enjoy our stay for the reasons below:- We arranged a pickup from the airport with them but the driver dropped us 400 meters away from the place and we had to drag our luggages on the busy and uneven pavement in a place we’ve never been before. Then we figured he could actually come inside Medina and park in front of the road. The Dar manager( I think her name was Hannah came and asked us how was our experience which we really appreciate it.)- There was a mosque right next to this Dar and it was very loud. Every morning we woke up at 5am due to the prayer call so we were tired the entire day. There was no way to rest or relax there as there was a call 5 times a day. This needs to be mentioned in the description of the hotel on Expedia, the same way it was on the desk inside the room, which is already too late to know.- On the second day, as we were getting ready to go for breakfast at 8am we were talking and laughing ( as all honeymooners do), we heard a “hush” noise and then we got a knock on our door. Someone from the reception at the door told us to be quiet as it is early in the morning. I’ve never had anyone knocking on my hotel room door saying to be quite in my entire life. 8AM is not early and trust me when I tell you everyone is already up due to the mosque anyways. This also shows that the walls are paper thin in this very old building, as we were also hearing everything happening around us. Sometimes we even doubted whether the window was open or something.- The room was clean but due to the nature of the flooring (bricksthere were lots of stains all over the floor which made it look very gross.- The bathroom was very tight. You have to move to every direction sitting on the toilet. The garbage lid couldn’t even be opened, the toilet paper was almost unreachable and you had to hold it in your hand.- There was no soap dispenser and we had to leave the soap on the sink which was not very sanitary. There was shampoo but no conditioner or shower gel.- The room barely had any amenities. There was no closet and only one small table, we had to leave our things all over the place.The good things about the place were:- Breakfast was delicious.- The shower was nice with hot water.- Air conditioner was weird to manage but it was great and worked properly.Overall, I would not recommend this place if you are a couple or honeymooners. If you’re on a budget and traveling solo and just need a bed this place might work for you.

Petit hôtel tout à fait charmant, très bien situé au coeur de la médina et face à la mer... Laccueil est très chaleureux et les chambres sont très propres et aménagées avec bon goût. Allez jeter un oeil sur la vue depuis la terrasse, magnifique! Je recommande absolument.

Excellent séjour à DAR YASMINE pendant notre escale à Tanger en aout dernier, accueil chaleureux, élégance, courtoisie et générosité sont les mots qui me viennent à lesprit pour décrire cet établissement. Propreté et confort irréprochable. Emplacement parfait au cœur de la Medina et à proximité de la Marina.Merci beaucoup à toute léquipe, nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Great quality customer service, an attention to detail, and very comfortable sheets 😍 Breakfast very delicious, top views stunning, a great spot to feel Tangier in all its beauty. Highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel right in the old Medina in Tangier. Rooms were adequate, the bed firm and comfortable, and was overall well set up, but a bit small. The breakfast is served in a bright room at the top of the hotel -- nice views out towards the water. Can enjoy food outdoors on the roof as well, if the weather if fine. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful pointing tourists towards good restaurants and helping to arrange day tours.NOTE: This hotel is directly across the street from the Grand Mosque so there are nightly calls to prayers over the mosque loud speaker. If youre a light sleeper, bring earplugs and close your window at night.

Great little spot in a nice quiet part of the Tangier medina - the call to prayer is ridiculously loud, but take some earplugs and just enjoy the local flavour. This is the cleanest place with the crispest sheets I’ve experienced in 4 Moroccan hotels, including some that are considerably more expensive

Great location and excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the rooftop terrace is a nice bonus. The Call to Prayer is VERY loud so you have to accept this as part of the cultural experience in order to enjoy your stay here. I would definitely go back

Great rooms and, fantastic location, good breakfast. The floors have different colour themes, place is aesthetically done. It’s next to the Grand Mosque and they have early morning prayer calls- if you are okay with the sounds , you should pick this place.

Le Riad se trouve dans un coin très achalandé de la ville et surtout directement a côté dune mosquée. Donc, nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin par lappel a la prière et la prière. Il ny a pas dair climatisé.

Un lugar con mucho encanto en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad. El trato excelente, las habitaciones muy limpia y coquetas, un desayuno bastante completo. Y sobre todo l recepcionista de por la mañana, muy competente, atenta y dispuesta ayudarte en cualquier duda que pueda surgir. Se puede reservar un taxi para hacer excursiones directamente en el hotel. Completamente recomendable. Y la entrada al mismo, cuánto menos, curiosa. Seguramente repetiría.

Bien situado. Nuevo. Super limpio. Tranquilo y acogedor. Pequeño problema ... la mezquita de la calle de enfrente, el rezo de las 6 de la mñna se mete en la habitacion. Buen sitio para alojarse.

Great place to stay in Tangier. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was both clean and cute, decorated in the typical Moroccan style. Breakfast was included and served on the rooftop terrace overlooking the port and city. The location was good, close proximity to just about everything. The only thing is that you are close to the mosque so the call to prayer can be startling at 5:30 in the morning but other than that it was a great place to do our overnight before heading further south into Morocco.

Lovely traditional guest house in old Tangier near the best places in town.The rooms are clean comfortable and traditionally furnished.The hosts are most welcoming.

Pequeño hotel situado en la parte vieja de la Medina de Tánger. Muy buen lugar para visitar la ciudad. Habitaciones más bien pequeñas pero muy limpias y nuevas. Desayuno decente pero más bien justo de opciones para elegir. La entrada (muy estrecha y escondida, por ciertoda justo a la puerta de una mezquita bastante grande, así que a las 5 y algo de la madrugada te despiertas con la llamada del imán y la posterior oración. Es interesante pero bastante molesto.

El hotel está decorado de manera magnífica y muy cuidado los detalles. Su localización es muy buena y el personal muy agradable y servicial. Como puntos negativos, está justo al lado de la mezquita y hacen las famosas llamadas al rezo de madrugada por lo que te despiertan. Pasamos dos noches, pues bien la primera llamaron sobre las 4 y 5 de la madrugada. Y la segunda noche hicieron esas mismas dos llamadas y poco después sobre las 5.30 un hombre cantaba algún tipo de plegaría que duró bastante... vamos que descansar es complicado. El desayuno es correcto pero se echa de menos más variedad. Volver a destacar el buen hacer y amabilidad de los profesionales del hotel, aunque en ocasiones había problemas de entendimiento con el idioma.

Good but not great Dar in the medina. Breakfast is buffet rather than served individually as in other Dars in Tangier.

Great local B&B right in the Medina. Comfortable bed, hot water, beautiful local decor and a fabulous local breakfast served on fourth floor enclosed terrace. Well worth the stay if you want a local feel. TV in roon offers good channels and two free bottles of water are ready when you check in.
