Very cute and short walk along a walkway to over look the harbor. We went before sunset and it was perfect!

The view was amazing. It was quiet, peaceful, and not very populated on my walk. The breeze was helpful as I worked up a sweat. There are several places to park on the street and down at the marina. Ill definitely be back to get my steps in.

Great food and a lot of food, I usually have left overs for two meals, I never get tired of getting this and the macaroni salad is yummy!

Great view to the cute little harbor

A short secluded trail above Dana Point Harbor with very photogenic scenes of landscapes, statues, and arches walls.

What a view! Love coming up here to look over the harbor.

Beautiful! Seal lions were on the dock basting in the sun. They were kind enough to serenade us while we were there. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. I highly recommend visiting this spot.

Great spot to take golden hour photos, take in the scenery, and watch the sun set over the cliffs. Plenty of free spots to park on a weekday. However, the pathway is literally just one block long and will only take you 5 minutes to walk. The parking is set for the end of Amber Lantern Street, and the path ends at Violet Lantern Street. You could park there, too. It’s a residential area. There’s a bunch of stairs and a wooden pathway that leads to concrete archways with multiple viewpoints. Only the end of the street is handicap friendly. There are also cement benches if you want to sit and journal.

Great time walking the Hide Trail

Although the length is short, you can enjoy a wonderful view during the day. I love this place and am visiting once a month.

Just letting everyone know, this trail is under rennovation until Early July 2021(I think until the fifth of July.:)

Beautiful spot. The trail is smaller than it seems. Its not worth the drive from where I live, I only went because I was nearby already. The bridge and arches are a great place for prom, birthday, or wedding or any other formal pictures! Love the ocean view!

Gorgeous views! But its closed for renovation through June 30. Cant wait to come back and walk through it.

Lovely historical walk.

Another good place to walk about to enjoy nature and fresh air during this pandemic. The panoramic view of the harbor is just stunning. We actually visited the Bluff hiking trail and had a good time walking around. It was not really a hike but more of a cliff walk for the enjoyment of the public. Although short, the view was breathtaking. We saw a lot of people taking graduation photos there. With the harbor background, it’s a perfect spot for graduation pictures.We took quite a bit of pictures ourselves. The best spot for picture taking is right in front of the three half circle wall with the harbor as the backdrop.The trick to get there is to use this address : 34342 street of the Amber Lantern, Dana point and then park on the street. The entrance is a tiny gate on the side.

Best place to eat dinner with an amazing scene. Never would have come to the place on my own but thanks to my amazing and awesome co workers and friends here we are enjoying another 5 star meal by a well renowned chef, their apple pie is to die for.

The path way here was recently worked on and it looks very nice. This is a good spot to go to catch a quick view and immerse yourself in the view.

So many places to look out a gorgeous Dana point. But this morning, this was our spot! A little Starbucks to enjoy with a LOT of beauty!

A nice short bluff trail along the cliff side with some unique historic monuments and a statue. The views of the ocean and harbor below are stunning.

Panoramic views of Dana Points harbor and the Pacific Ocean. This is more of a short walk than a hiking trail (about 0.2 mi). Come here for a quick visit, snap a few photos, and enjoy the sights!

One of the most beautiful places to go in SoCal! I must add it to my tour. It is the Dana Point Harbor in all its glory!!
