We stayed 5 nights, and were delighted with the experience. Situated close to the Old City, the location allowed us to venture by foot to so many amazing sites. We were travelling as part of a group and everyone loved the convenience of eating together in the dining room. The breakfast was amazing, as was the delectable choices for the dinner buffet. The rooms were comfortable (although a little small as we stepped around our luggage), but we slept well and felt rested for each days’ adventure. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and welcoming stay.
Great service, amazing food. Todah Waleed.
Great service and food. Lovely and clean. Waleed served us well at meal times
I had an amazing experience, Waleed made my day too!
Not my first time their. Everytime is better than other. The hotel locates near Mitham Hatahana so there is plenty places for eating and drinking at every hour that you go there. There is also a lot of bus stops in 100 meters distance so you can go wherever you want in the city.Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and there is a lot of space in the shower. Just remember to ask for room at the fifth floor because you can see the old Jerusalem city view at night from room windows and it is a beautiful site to see. For breakfast there is a veriety of food, hot drinks and cold one.The stuff where friendly and help us with all our needs. We definitely was happy with choosing to come back again here.
Very good hotel and wonderful breakfast. Nice employees. I recommend.
Very nice hotel. Really my stay at this location.
Good location. Nice staff with no experience. Everything else is below average. Old infrastructure with low maintenance. Low value for money..
I had the great fortune of staying at the Dan Boutique Hotel last week, and I was very impressed with the spaciousness of my room, the quality of the linens and furniture, the top-notch service, and the fantastic breakfasts. Not only does the Dan Boutique have a phenomenal Jerusalem location with amazing Old City views, but they also did a phenomenal job of making me feel like this was home.
The staff go above and beyond for every single thing you might need. Waleed at the bar was fantastic, creative and great cocktails. Ahmed at the front desk was also attentive and lovely. A great hotel and a great place to stay.
Walked was a spectacular help. Food was great. Room was comfortable. Great location
Very professional Booking process. Wonderful and pleasant stay.Clean and nice rooms. Nice food.Empressive Service from all differentdepartments. loyal and Cooperative Staff especially vega, joseph, Mike, Nafez and waleed.
good serves in the hotel waleed make a good servies ithe bar
Wonderful waleed!! Waleed made me very delicious special drinks and is a very nice friendly bartender.
Excellent hotel, fantastic staff and a Waleed is a master mixologist behind the bar!!
Disinterested staff (except Rena at Front Officethat took FOREVER to come to a table, answer a question or offer a cocktail (when we were the only clients in the bar). Noisy guests in hallways until midnight, with kids playing soccer and shouting. The ultra-orthodox demonstration on the day of arrival pinned my party to the hotel for a full day - we felt EXTREMELY vulnerable.
Horrible management and customer service. Hotel scams non-resident tourists by charging an extra "VAT" 17% PER PASSENGER, while this is illegal for non citizen visitors, and completely dishonest. They call it "Hotel Policies". General Manager is awful at solving any issues, or making up for this unfair extra charge (with literally anything). FYI This is not a "boutique" hotel... its a pretentious hotel chain that doesnt get what Hospitality means. Avoid it! Any other boutique hotel will have better service than this. Breakfast is good though.
Nice place to live for covid 19 quarantine. The health ministry has facilitating so much even for foreigners.
Our group stayed at this hotel for 4 nights of our trip. Other than the location (greatthis hotel doesn’t have much going for it. Specifically the service and food in the dining room, as well as the bartender (the single most rude man that I met in Israel). There was no one available in the dining room to clear away dirty plates, or help with keeping the food areas clean. The salad was the only thing that was edible as the “meats” were unidentifiable. The only exception was our last night there, which was Shabbat, and they had a brisket that was pretty good. The salads were used for dinner and you saw the same good at breakfast. The rooms were just OK. But please don’t look under the bed! Filthy. If you have another option, take it! .
Very pleasant stay. Waleed was an excellent attendee at the bar here at the hotel.
Have stayed with the Dan Boutique Hotel 3times and great service each time - very comfortable stay -walking distance from old city Jaffa Gate and lots to explore at nearby First street train station market
Our hotel stay was great! The bar staff particularly Waleen was attentive and remembered us each day. Great job!
Dan boutique is amazing! So we’ll located; great value, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
Wonderful stay, nice & wide selection for breakfast & dinner. Friendly & helpful staff especially Efrat at front desk & Samar at dining hall. Balcony has a strange design which leads to 2 rooms on either side.
Came to Israel for a 10 day trip. Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Waleed specifically stood out. He’s the man! Always made sure we were having a great experience and would get us anything we needed.
Waleed has been an excellent host! The food here has been very good. When we report problems they are attended to quickly. Thank you for a very good stay
Weve been for 1 night with all our close family - we took 15 rooms, I must say that we have enjoyed every minute of our stay...the rooms, the stuff, the service, the food, the location (which is very close to the west wall, all station and more)...everything was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.... breakfast was better than 5 star hotels...all was freshly made, dinner was also great, all was well organized...we will definitely come to stay again and very much recommend staying here.... thanks again Dan Boutique stuff.
We had a group of 10 that stayed here for the last 3 nights of our Israel tour. The hotel staff was attentive to our every need. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served is delicious meals every night. Walleed took great care of us and even made us special lemonade and iced tea.
We stayed and ate at the Dan Boutique for 3 days while touring the Holy Land. Walleed took great care of our group of 10 and the food was wonderful! They fed us wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables and the bread was warm and delicious. Serving sizes were huge. Our group was so pleased. I highly recommend this establishment and have no doubts about recommending them for a pleasant stay.
Waleed was a very enthusiastic waiter and was attentive and courteous to the guests. So enjoyed dining at the Dan Boutique with a variety of choices. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Good value for our money. A nice clean room, rich breakfast and a good location: 3 minutes walk from the first station, 17 minutes walk from the wind mill and just over 20 minutes walk from Mamila and the old city.
Not only was the hotel itself wonderful, with amazing food, but Waleed made great drinks at the bar, and even went so far as to learn to make drinks just for us we asked for specially! He was fantastic.
Great service above all!The rooms are great. The lobby is beautiful.Comfortable beds and very good breakfast.Vega, the front desk manager, was amazing.Mike the dining room manager was very helpful and kind. There was also an evening manager that was a super professional and caring. The location is great and close to the “tachana”. Not very central though.Absolutely great stay!
The staff was very accommodating and professional. Service was excellent throughout our stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We came during our anniversary and Yehudit the manager made sure we had a memorable and enjoyable stay! Overall 5 stars through and through! Would highly recommend for families or groups! (We came on sukkot and there were two sukkot one small and one main large to accommodate).
Great hospitality experience.Very friendly staff.Breakfast had a large selection and all was tasty.Judit B., manager in duty was so energetic in trying to ensure guests remain satisfied at all times and feel welcomed.Hotel is also a good fit for Orthodox Jewish cliental, especially during Shabbat or Holidays.
Large rooms with available free parking (space limited though but cant ask for more!)As members of e-dan club we got an upgrade to a deluxe room with a beautiful view to the old Jerusalem city.Excellent service, very clean.Excellent breakfast.great location ... close to some of the interesting places in Jerusalem. We would definitely get back.
Out guide recommended The hotel and it was such a nice experience. Me and my husband came for vacation and the room was quite romantic. The old city of Jerusalem i25 minutes walk and there is a shuttle for free to the wall every 30 minutes from the old railway station which is 3 minutes from the hotel. We loved our stay here the staff is very kind. Recommend to everyone.
I have stayed many times at this Hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is excellent. I would suggest this hotel to anyone coming to visit Jerusalem. I will be back again very soon. The gym is well equipped and modern. Judith and Daud from the reception were very helpful. Mohamed the chef of the lobby dairy restaurant makes delicious dairy dishes.
