Security is slight, windows are not soundproof, personnel is very polite but useless, people are smoking everywhere, half of menu in the restaurant not available, room service "works" 24/7 but nobody can give you anything from the kitchen if you leave at 5 am. The bed is excellent.

Well the hotel is greatBut the service is not good, some of the staff members are mean and slowOh my god the slowness, theyll keep you waiting for an hour or two if somethings wrong with your reservation even when youve booked a room nearly two weeks aheadI stayed there 3 times and we had problems there every single timeBut the decor of the lobby and the rooms is great

I give only 4 because they still need to improve the service. However, aming the three hotel where I stayed and i am staying, it is the best. In Damascus (4 Season and Dama Roseand in Homs (SafirHotel were my visited places. Dama Rose hotel has a wonderful pool and the service staff at least half of them or more speak English. Excellent experience during the weekends I spent there. It has a very good massage service. Better than 4S Hotel.
