Perfectly good DQ experience, with the rare odd screw-up in the drive thru. Pricey but usually delicious!

Its been 20 minutes to get through the drive through and I still have to pull around and wait. It took 7 minutes to get the person in front of me 4 ice creams.

The worker was very nice and respectful. They always make you feel like you are at home

Just had strawberry Blizzard. They need to go back Blizzard class. Not mixed well just a few berries on top regular ice cream mostly

Chaotic. Doesnt matter if I go in to order or order on doordash. They never fail to mess up my order. Not to mention I had to wait almost 20min, while customers who were behind me got their food first. This place can do so much better.

Rude Rude no customer service skills at all and the store manager thinks its ok went there on my lunch break through the drive thru the young guy at the speaker was not at his best sounded as if he didnt want to be at work called to inform the store manager Meagan she said he was in pain ok understandable but at the end of the day thats his job and if he was in that much pain he shouldve stayed home so I will not be eating here ever

I bring my kids here every week after their class. The people that work here are always super friendly and fast, even if there is a long line at the drive-thru. They are also very accurate with the orders.

Pam got her favorite banana split and I got my favorite Blizzard, plus a crispy chicken salad.

Went to get a shake (since McDs & B.King never have them. Had a gift card, so used it for the shakes & dinner. Picture of foot long cheesedog looked good - taste, not so much. Very dark chili, too many onions. Many, many years ago the hotdogs were really good - but times have changed. My chocolate shake didnt taste chocolate at all.

I went through the drive-thru, everything is great except getting the food to me was taking a bit longer

Went through drive thru orderd 3 chicken strip baskets got to the window and they automatically told me to pull to the front. Seen that they were yelling everyone to pull to the front as soon as they got to the window. In total from ordering to receiving items total of 20 min

After drinking all of my sweet tea I was going to pour out the ice and look down and after having drink all of my tea noticed a bug floating. Never ordering from there again. Thinking about posting this Facebook

Spent the past hour trying to get two combo meals. They gave us the complete wrong order, went back and still didnt get the order right, now going back through the drive thru a third time to get a refund. What a joke and mismanaged establishment. Never going back again.

The line was long but it was moving quickly so I pulled in. Before I knew it we were on our way with hot, fresh, and correct order. Well done team.

On kids meal fries were very hard! At first thry tried to give us a melted Dilly bar the chocolate was cracked and it was soften. They did give us another one out of freezer. Husband liked his Reeses Peanut butter blizzard

Went this evening a placed an order for a belt buster with cheese. Cold and hard burger!!!! I should have known because I was the only one there and the order came out in 2 seconds. What happen to the Dairy Queen I used to know??? I Ive eaten at the Phelan location for years. When I tried to call no one answers.

Floor was greasy and I almost slipped. I had to go get my order which was sitting in a sack and we were dining in. I had to ask for a rag to wipe the table off. Very bad visit. Didnt use to be this way.

Always a good experience. The drive-thru is pretty quick and they allow baseball kiddos to get a free ice-cream cone after their games.

Drive through - line was long and was quite busy, but moved quickly. They got my order correct - I did make some changes to the basic order. The food was fresh and hot, and the cashier polite. This was the Phelan location. Very good experience, especially for a fast food drive through! Recommended.

Most of the food is ok if you can get it fresh and eat right away but the wait is so bad I couldnt even give it three stars. BTW, the rotisserie chicken bites are terrible. No comparison to Chick-fil-A.

My experience - the people were very nice but the food was not. My nachos were not fresh but rubbery. When we exchanged them, the chips were crisp but had minimal cheese. And these were cheese only nachos. My patty melt was so greasy that the grease went throught the paper onto the table. The fries were limp and barely warm. This is our usual Dairy Queen to visit so I am hoping this was only a one time occurrence.

Country fried steak basket was awesome, the pecan buster parfait was awesome, the DQ Dude was awesome as well, this is a great location and great ppl working here as well!!

Ordered at the drive-thru and they had me pull around so they could serve others but my food was cold by the time I got it. Some people who ordered after me got theirs before I did. I only had a salad.

The employee working the window didnt get my order out fast enough. All I wanted was 2 Milk shakes and hotdog. While I patiently waited for my order, they were arguing about who should make the milk shakes. Also, the shakes was made too wet.

I looked them up online and opening time says 9AM. Waited almost 30 minutes at the menu, drove to the window, called to let them know I wanted to place an order. The lady first said they open at 10AM, second person said 10:30AM. No where at the window or menu does it say hours have changed yet when I called two people were there working. They were very rude and unprofessional. I would recommend anywhere except this location. Sadly I would have waited the extra 10 mins if it wasn’t for the unbelievable rudeness for wanting to dine at their location to go.

Apparently nothing but thieves working here. This is now the 5th time Ive been there and do NOT get my change from the cashier at the drive thru. Tonight I was the only car in line and still had to wait off to the side for 20 minutes just to get a 4 piece steak finger basket, and got almost no fries at all. I will NOT be going back to this dairy queen again!!!

Great food! Taco Tuesday gets you a big bang for your buck! 4 stars only because seating is limited, not due to the friendly staff and food.

Food was great as usual but service was off tonight. I had to ask for the sour cream & fork that normally comes with the taco salad. My daughters & I finished our food before my husband got his "dude" & he only got it after asking twice.

By far the best Dairy Queen in the area. Staff is always friendly and prompt. Management doesnt sit in the back and bark orders to people. They are usually found greeting and helping the customers themselves right along with the employees. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.

If you say Dairy Queen, Im going to think about their Tacos. Theyre just one of those things that I get a craving for. Might be a bit of a guilty pleasure.. The light crispy shells, TexMex Seasoned beef & cheddar, even their taco sauce.. Quick, Messy, Incredible. When I gotta have one (or three), nothing else will do.

I went there last week. I ordered a deluxe nacho and a Strawberry Kiwi 🍓🥝 Misty Freeze. When I got to the window I was given an Artic Rush. I told the young lady at the window that I ordered a drink with ice cream 🍦 in it. I didn’t remember the name of it. Only for her to tell me that they didn’t have a Kiwi Strawberry drink with ice cream in it. I went back around to the menu to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Dairy Queen unlike many other restaurants doesn’t have a customer service survey on their receipt so I couldn’t let them know about it. I haven’t been back since. I will call there tomorrow to tell them as well.

I had the tacos and they were good. My friend had ordered the Triple Buster. She didnt get it. They gave her the Hungra Buster. She didnt return to get her correct order.

Always a great time coming here they are always fast and very friendly never have I had any issues with my order it is always correct and when we go inside to eat my kids love it here it reminds me of when I was younger and I used to like to go dairy queen.

people friendly but french fries had funny taste says my granddaughters. My stomach agreed 30 mins later. 1- 2 hrs later, their stomach agreed. We all had stomach cramping and diarrhea. Need to cook with fresh oil daily.

Love that the Chicken Basket is on sale right now for $4.99, fills you up. Wish they would fill up the gravy container though so I dont have to spend extra to get TWO halves.

I got a grilled chicken salad and a sweet tea. At least thats what I ordered. Instead I got a crispy chicken salad and an unsweetened tea. Whatever Ill survive. However, it tasted strange and my lips started burning. Im not sure what was put in it but its very concerning! Especially being pregnant! Waste of money and now a night of paranoia

We invited some friends to meet us at the Dairy Queen for banana splits for supper. What a treat. It has probably been 20 years or more since I had a banana split but, hey, they were on sale for $1.99. It was quite a treat and we stay for a long time after finishing them -- just talking, reminiscing and just having fun being with them. I guess we have to do this more often. Please dont tell my doctor.

My husband and i came thinking we was gonna get a good meal but instead our fries was ice cold, the meat on his burger was old and dried out and his lettus was tasting funny... My steak fingers was soggy and the gravy was so watery with no flavor...We will not be returing to this Dairy Queen ever again
