Pup Cups ROCK!!!!I picked up 5 for the Service Dogs. Never melted on the way home! Happy Pups but not happy Cat-Cats! Cats cannot have milk because it gives them diarrhea and messes with their intestinal tract. They will get their own special treat soon.

Yummy place to go out to eat and the service was quick and friendly

They are ALWAYS courtesy, friendly, AMAZING, attentive, so .any kind words to describe the people who work here. Always smiling, and I just love the service and my Banana Split.

So my wife and I decided we wanted to treat ourselves to dairy Queen. Didnt really know what they offered so when we got to the drive-thru we were stumped. We chose the chicken strip basket with six strips and I highly recommend getting the white gravy dipping sauce and queso. It was so good that I had to walk inside just to give the person who made our order a tip. Best experience ever.

Nice friendly staff. Quick drive through, Clean.08/20/2022-Not too long ago I ordered a 6 piece, drink, and a side in which cost me over $20.00. Getting a little too pricey. Sadly, They arent the only ones going up in price though. Just means less fast food for me. Ill still go and get a blizzard every once in awhile.

Spent almost 50 bucks on a Reese’s blizzard ice cream cake. The cake looked great, but Tastes freezer burnt, didn’t have ANY cake in it, it was entirely ice cream, and only had Reese’s on top, it was almost entirely vanilla ice cream. The only good part was the crumble layer in the middle, but that comes in all Dairy Queen cakes. Over all I’m pretty disappointed. Still like Dairy Queen but will not buy or recommend their cakes from the fridge anymore, especially for the price.

Im very picky about how I like my blizzard. I request toppings on the top and on the bottom, they nail it everytime. The line is always wrapped around the building but its worth the wait. Go and you wont be disappointed.

This place seems to struggle to keep staff. The treats and service are decent but its like amateur hour anytime you need something special or different. Ask for a custom ice cream cake and they look at you like deer in headlights.

On Saturday 7/30/22; 3 generations of my family went into this establishment as we normally have done for 20+ yrs for lunch with our combined 9 children. When 3 of my Great Nephews had to use the restroom and the rest of us keeping a "KEEN" eye on the restroom door we noticed a Store Employee coming out of the restroom glaring at us and exceedingly giggling; so from his actions we knew something was up but only the males were able to go into the restroom to investigate. When each child came out of the restroom separately they told the rest of us the dastardly deed of them being given the middle finger and being laughed at; so we asked them individually if they could recognize, identify, and point out who did that to them. At which point each child separately (as they came out the restroomidentified SAM (who we later learned his name from the Shift Manager). So, we went to inform the Manager on Duty of what our boys told us, we were told by the Shift Manager: " WERE NOT SAYING THAT YOUR KIDS ARE LIARS; BUT, SAM IS A SWEETHEART ". As we let her know that we were VERY UNSATISFIED with her response and wanted to speak to the General Manager: we were told that the General Manager was out of town until 8/5/22; and that she was done talking to us about this matter......QUESTION: So, for all of the money, the 3 generations, and our honesty: this tells me that we (my Familymean NOTHING to Dairy Queen in: Newport News, VA. (on the corner of Boxley & Warwick Blvd). THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME from this Family ever again!!!!!! OUR MONEY RUNS LONG & HARD!!!!

There was no drive thru line and the blizzard made was very good, nice location to park eat, ice cream and watch the traffic flow by.

They are so good that cars are lined around the building. Good food and great deserts. Real banana 🍌 shakes.

Perhaps I am a little over enthusiastic about visiting Dairy Queen today but, it was the perfect place to be at the right time. Inside, the line was short, the Banana Split was awesome and my daughters eyes were clear and bright as she clearly enjoyed the event.

This is one of the best and friendliest crews, hands down! I always enjoy driving from Williamsburg to Newport News to get a tasty treat to beat the heat and soothe my sweet tooth. 😋 Thank U for the smiles with great service & the super happy, yummy food!!!

This place is really easy to access. It is right on the corner. It was really busy tonight, both drive thru and inside. But, this store stays on top of it. Even with all the variety of foods and there is curb pickup with the app, they kept up with the orders. Everyone was professional and friendly. All the food was delicious and fresh. I like the small store, but it was really crowded tonight. So my suggestion would be more parking and more seating.

My friend went here last weekend and they were telling me how awesome the cashiers were. We went back today, and everyone was just as awesome. Thanks Ash and Aurora!

Went today and while it was super busy, the workers were nice and efficient. Food was tasty. One of my regular stops when Im in the area.

I love the ice cream! I love the sneaker blizzard with extra sneakers and turtles clusters! But I would not buy food again because it cost so much and you dont get enough for what you will spend. I could have save 45 dollars by getting food from somewhere else and just get the ice cream. Go for The Ice 🍨

A great place for a meal and definitely for a ice cream treat 😋. You cant go wrong with 2 chili dogs for $5. Then top it off with a variety of blizzards. You will be surprised by their reasonable 😉 menu.

I used to go here all the time. However, when I went last week and ordered a small strawberry sundae, I thought it had relatively little strawberry topping, so I asked for a little more. A rude person who I presume to be a manager tells me I got one scoop which was standard then shuts the drive thru window in my face as I tried to have a conversation with her. Sad because I like the food, but I won’t be spending my money somewhere I’m disrespected.

New signature burger was off the chain, cant wait to get another 😋

Son and I go here about once a week, just ice cream, and drive thru, which is always fast and efficient.

This spot is perfect to cool off and enjoy a great snack, a great place to go year round, never to cold or too hot this is an amazing place that welcomed my family and my new addition the little puppy that also fell in love with on their ice cream. Come and visit any day is. Perfect day

Somethings are just fun on an unseasonably warm day. Sitting in Dairy Queen with your guy just because is always GREAT!

This DQ has a $2/3 small cone deal that I get a lot. A lot of DQs are fairly expensive, but this one is reasonably priced compared to most that Ive seen.

Much of fast food all around us now days but this place stands out from all the rest. Love it!

I usually have a good experience with this location. But today there was a metal shaving in my milk shake that I just ordered. Had to warn the rest of my family to be careful when drinking theirs as well

Food was delicious. First time I got a blizzard in a while though. I got a large and was hit with a major sticker shock. Could have went across the street and got two gallons of ice cream for the cost.

My receipt clearly says no lettuce no tomato but I clearly have it on the burger.

Definitely five stars I got the $6.°° cheeseburger meal deal. I thought the cheeseburger was going to be small so I added a chili dog as well. I cannot finish all of it, let alone the chili dog. Great food and of course the ice cream. The only annoying part is the blizzard machine is right behind the cashier. So when you go to order its hard to hear and understand each other. Our order was correct though. I will be coming back here again

Long line when we got there, literally wrapped around the building, still got 2 correct combos, drinks were right and our ice cream was bussin, spent maybe 20mins in line to so they kept it moving for all them cars.

Love the ice cream. Blizzards are the best. This location is very busy in the evenings but they do their best to move you through the drive through. Love that they being in seasonal tastes for the Blizzards, always something to look forward to.

Quick service. I love their ice cream. Good selection of treats. Ice cream cakes too. They have a food menu too. Hamburgers, hot dogs and I think chicken. Small seating area.

The ice cream is good, however the drive thru prices is stressful. They need to place cones or someone out there directing cars because people end up blocking traffic. This is dangerous and a recipe for disaster. I know the police used to be out here. That may be a bit excessive. However, it’s not safe when there are a lot of people trying to get through the drive thru.
