Food tasted like it was microwaved plus the food is overpriced. I dont recommend this location.

My blizzard fell when I tipped it upside down. My burger was cold. We didnt get our condements.

Always a great visit. You cant beat a delicious blizzard. The guy at the drive thru was very nice and our treats came out fast!

Horrible service. I didn’t even have five seconds to think about what I wanted or to look over what I wanted because of the girl at the window was so rude and trying to speak over me as I was trying to tell her what I wanted. Very unprofessional and do not answer the phone. I highly recommend you do not go here

I did doordash delivery from this location tonight,they don’t put receipt for customer and give me open bag,after delivery customer put 1 star on my account.very poor service DQ

I went there around 9:30 and asked for a snickers blizzard with vanilla ice cream and when they gave my my order it was chocolate and when I tried to say something they ignored me I will never be going there again.

Service is very good, but always out of chocolate ice cream.

Been a long time since the wife and I went to the DQ. The still make the best shakes.

Love this location. Normally fast service even when they are super busy. All of the staff that we have come into contact with have been cheerful and wonderful. Hard to find in a fast food place.

Blizzards were already melted by the time they handed them out the drivethru.

First time here very impressed by the outside landscaping was nice. Customer service was Excellent went through the drive through friendly on point. Id recommend this place especially if you like prompt and friendly service.

I wanted to give this place more stars for being open late, but the service is unsatisfactory. I pulled in close to 10pm, placed my order, was told to wait at the numbered parking spot. I waited for over 10 minutes, no one came out with my food. I pulled up to the drive thru window and had to remind them of my order. Was handed my order with extra fries to make up for the wait. Drove home, opened the sandwich box, no chicken in the sandwich. Felt cheated.

Where do I begin…. I came to this location almost a year ago and had the WORST experience. I wasn’t even upset with the long wait time and cold food but the staff was so incredibly rude. This was during a COVID surge and the manager refused to put on a mask when I asked. Anyways… fast forward to today. I decided to go back after a year. I placed a mobile order and was shocked when I was yelled at for coming inside (woman in red braids). They explained that the inside was closed even though it was 9:25pm (over 1.5 hours before closing time). I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I also proceeded to watch them incorrectly make almost every order for the in-lobby customers in the mean time. The manager explained that the entire crew were minors and that is why they were closing early. If the staff are truly the youth of our future, I am very concerned for the future of mankind. Needless to say I will NEVER be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE GO TO THIS DQ LOCATION if you want an accurate order made in a minimal amount of time from individuals that want your business.

They dont answer the phone for carryout orders. They fail to prepare on line orders.Ordering in person, it takes 15 minutes to get a burger. Not a good choice for a lunch stop.

The pulled pork sandwich was stupid good, damned thing it was on the menu at DQ, love it so much.

Was handed my cups with ice cream, chocolate and whipped cream all over both of them. Also was not shown the upside-down cup, probably because my husband and Is blizzards were complete MILKSHAKES.

Update. After trying to order Chili Dog with cheese (online didnt mention one without cheeseand Pretzels as a combo. I was told not possible. I told the girl that my first trip was under $4 for a Dog and Pretzels. She said Nope, no combo like that. Si, I placed the order for $8.03. as Im pulling around, I finally get a good look at the huge menu. There it was... "Snack: 2 items for $5." Chili Dog was one. Pretzels was another. Your crew needs to know the menu ordering options. I might not know the word "Snack" was use as a Deal option, but the girl should have figured out that was the cheap way to go. Ill continue to come to this location, but I sure paid extra money during 4 out of my first 5 trips to learn how I can afford DQ.3rd trip for Pretzels. First... Hot Dog + Pretzels. Price was so low, I thought the charge was wrong. 2nd... 2 Pretzel Orders cost a little more than the first order. 3rd...Tried the new A1 Double Stacker (pretty decent+ 1 order of Pretzels. Price...Yikes! Thats why 3 stars. The Pretzels get 4 stars, so additive, but pricey for the single order. I prefer mustard on pretzels, but I save the cheese cup for homemade Ham Sandwiches or on veggies. The char on the burger patties was great, but the sandwich was a little dry (needs more saucing.The window crew at this location are all terrific, nice and friendly. Speaker system could use a little clarifying adjustment. It definitely was the Prices that earned a 3-Star rating from me. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 4.

Slowest diary queen in the metro Detroit area. Ive waited an hr for my ice-cream and it was melted. If I could give zreo stars I would.

I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen on multiple occasions and I order my regular: a Reese’s blizzard, extra Reese’s, this past time I explicitly said “please don’t forget the extra” yet every time (without failI only get Reese’s for the first few bites and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. Do better.

Couldn’t add a cherry on an item.. then ask for a cone with a cup on the side and they hand me a cup of ice cream and a random empty cone like really… lol this is after they through out the first attempt lol!

Used to be very nice and clean. Now every table was dirty and sticky. Even the front door had a huge smear on it. Learn to clean people!

Food was excellent, service horrible. 1 woke kept touching her hat & preparing g food w/o changing gloves. The conversation about 1 workers telling others a customer wants her items fresh & 1 worker said tell her 2 make it herself. Wow & they want $15 an hour.

They made my daughter the most beautiful ice cream cake they wrote make it pop and it was definitely popping thank you guys so very much see you guys on the next birthday party we have

Pulled in drive thru in evening around 8:30pm on a Saturday. Craving a delicious Blizzard. Ordered the new Sea salt toffee fudge Blizzard and due to long line it was a very long 15-20 minute wait. Handed me Blizzard with top on. Opened top as driving away to eat and I was handed a Blizzard Soup! Pics asShown were when I got home but it was literally in same condition as I received it just more soupy.It was ALL completely melted (see picsand really disappointing. Looked like it would have tasted good. If I wanted soup I would have headed to my nearest diner not DQ!!Hopefully the workers can start looking at the food product before handing off to their customer. Never going here again to get a Blizzard.

They only have drive-thru open in that was a slow as Ive ever seen anywhere first and foremost. Secondly the quality of food is less than desirable considering the fact all I got was a value meal and after adding onion rings instead of french fries he came to over $15. Thats awful expensive for something that I wouldnt feed to my dog when I get home. I will not be back.

Can confirm. Spent 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for a combo meal, with not a single other car in the parking lot and only 1 car ahead of me. I thought it was because the semi was there loading them up but looking through reviews this has been going on for a long time here. Leaving this review in hopes the owner might actually start caring one day! SMH

I signed up for an account to use the app. The app didnt work but they emailed me a birthday surprise and the people at the store were nice enough to give me the discount for my birthday. They made my blizzard extra chocolatey and it was wonderful

Most DQs will overflow your blizzard. Been here twice and both times its below the top of the cup and a bit melted. The drive thru is nice though.

Customer service was great & friendly employees. Great selection of ice cream and food. Today was a super humid day. Yuck!

i keep coming back here hoping that it’s either just a hot day, or they’re busy, but I think every time that I’ve came here, my ice cream was given to me melted, and messy on the outside. First, they are slow, and it feels like I’m in the drive-through for a ridiculously long amount of time, I understand you’re busy, but at this point it’s just ridiculous. Second, I feel like they make their ice cream well we’re still super far back in line and it ends up melting when we’re still in line waiting, so that by the time we get our ice cream it’s melted and overflowing, because they try to cover it up by putting a lid on it and just overflows. **** this is the last time I will come to this location, until they do better ****

Normally this location is pretty good but the last 6 or 7 times Ive went it hasnt been as business as usual. On 8/15 I order a regular grill burger and the flamethrower grill burger because I had a taste for something spicy. I did go around closing time but previously placed my order via the DQ app.The app gave me the choice to pick the food up inside but when I got there the doors were locked. I called the location and was told to pick the food up from the drive thru. No big deal besides the fact now there are 10 cars in the drive thru but when I got there there were only 3. The line moves pretty quickly and Im thinking okay theyve improved since the last few times Ive been here. I get home only to find out that my burger isnt spicy AT ALL. I understand if they misunderstood flamethrower vs regular burger but the amount of spicy sauce they put on my sandwich is beyond baffling. Smh. I couldnt do anything but laugh at how they played me and just thought it gets worse and worse with every visit.

Got to say in times like this where people dont want to work and you go to a fast food restaurant and everything is messy and people grumpy, I had a great experience here.The staff were very nice and welcoming and not only that but the whole facility was very clean and organized.Thank you for the great experience!

I ordered a small vanilla cone and a dipped chocolate cone. The chocolate one was 1/2 the size of the vanilla. The employee told me it was because chocolate soft serve was thicker than vanilla...BS!!!! Both cones were stale. No workers including the long haired young man were wearing hair nets. I wont be going there again.

Slow and crummy service. Two different people asked me "you still aint get your ice cream and asked my order?" Im in the drive thru. Cashier could have cared less. Took a good 30-40 mins.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy. The cashier was extremely nice! The lady’s who was prepping my food was extremely unorganized. I order 3 different kind of ice cream I waited over 15 mins the people behind me received there order before me and they had food and ice cream. This store needs a strong lead to help with getting orders out.

Terrible. My Sunday at the drive thru was half melted. Taking the lid off resulted in ice cream and strawberry syrup all over my car seat. Before you ask this was in the DQ parking lot. 30 seconds after pulling away from the window. Also only 72 degrees outside. Wont be back.

Horrible experience @ first visit. Waited on Drive thru to order for 10 mins then 35 mins just for one drink then I just left without getting my drink. Few other cars left too since they were taking extremely long time at the DT and people were getting mad. My first and also last visit at this location. Nobody has time to wait 45 mins for one drink thats not even during busy time but was at 5pm.

I truly understand the shortage of workers in the restaurant industry. However that doesnt give you the right to stick your hand in my bag pull out a fry and say its cold and put the bag back under the heat lamp. Then touch your clothes and hair!!!!!!!! So NASTY I asked for a refund on my food. 😡😡😡

Got a large drumstick blizzard. Found no peanuts in it. Consistency was like soup....thinner than a milkshake. Also had flat lid like I other reviews stated. Need to get it together. Total of $5.93 for milky drink. Please no standard response needed. I will go to Wendys for a cheaper Frosty that needs a spoon to eat

For an ice cream shop, they have a pretty good burger... A little pricey, but not bad. The ice cream is where its at though. Always been one of my favorites.

Very disappointed last night and the last several times. We purchased two Blizzards, unlike when they first opened, the cups are now only filled to the top of the cup. My strawberry with chocolate pieces had two tiny strawberries and wasn’t mixed very well, all of he ice cream in the bottom was white. My husband’s Raspberry fudge blizzard had 1 tiny piece of fudge, the rest was chocolate pieces. We try to support the new businesses nearby but I guess it’s time to find another location. They didn’t even turn them upside down, sometimes it’s more like a milk shake.

This is the worst dairy queen ever. They are so slow and the orders are rarely correct. I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for 2 blizzards and 5 groups that came in after me and had food and ice cream orders got their orders before me. No one would tell me why my order was delayed and eventually I just ended up leaving. Go to the one at 9 and ryan! It is way better!

Wasnt greeted at the pay window all that was said was our total. The drumstick blizzard I received was missing about half of what "candy bits" it should have had. All it literally had was fudge, was also missing peanuts. I also was missing about a 1/4th of it since they gave me a regular flat lid and not the blizzard lid which I have never had happen before, it also was like soup. I paid 5.59 for a large but recieved basically a medium. My boyfriends was fine, not sure why mine was so messed up, but it was too busy to go back around and we already waited in like for 30-40 minutes and I wasnt about to wait 30 more just to try and return it. I just wont be returning to this location and will tell anyone else in this area I know go to another location as well.

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru. Shorted change because they had no pennies so I couldn’t get my 4 cents back.my blizzard is also not what I ordered at all, I didn’t realize until after I got home.I normally wouldn’t even complain but when Dairy Queen is so expensive, it is really disappointing. Oh and of course I didn’t get a receipt.

Ice cream and food is always good, but this is one of the SLOWEST stores Ive ever encountered. Literally every single time we visit, the wait is FOREVER! If it wasnt so close wed go to a different one tbh. If youre ever hoping for a quick stop, find a different location.

Ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake filled with strawberry blizzard and it only had a few pieces of cheesecake and no strawberry filling. Only tasted vanilla ice cream. Also had a long wait and when arrived at window they didnt even know my order had to ask me. Very disappointed will never go to this location again. Waste of money.

I got a burger and small oreo shake, burger was perfectly cooked and the buns were toasted nicely, the oreo shake was liquidy but good
