I ordered no cheese and no katup and they put extra cheese and katup they dont pay attention, but the worse part they repeat your order to you the correct way

Management horrible!!! I called to explain something wrong and he wanted to tell me I was wrong when Im looking directly at my food. Helena is the worst place for restaurants Ive ever been too!!!!

Went to drive through on N Montana. Had to fight to get a drink carrier and even flat lids for my blizzards as they are "too expensive"Would have been less expensive than losing 5 customers from my house as I will never return. Going to Prospect location from now on.

Had a coupon for buy 1 blizzard get 1 for .99. Went thru the drive thru and placed my order. Got to the window, cashier was friendly, but didn’t offer me my receipt. Went to the 2nd window to pick up my 2 blizzards. I asked for tall lids to be put on them and was told they would only put a tall lid on 1 of my blizzards. When I asked why, I was told because the tall lids cost more than the flat lids. Blizzards are expensive for what you get. When I am paying over 5.00 for a small blizzard, even using a coupon for the second blizzard, I expect to have a simple request about a lid honored. I guess this is the reason I don’t get blizzards very often.

Great experience! Besides the fact they don’t have the julius beverages, their food Was the best quality and fresh!

Ive been disappointed by this location several times. Getting orders wrong, completely frozen blizzards melting all over, no ice in my drink??, waiting 15-20 minutes for an order when we were the only ones in the drive-thru, etc... It seems like it keeps going downhill, I was trying to be understanding and still am but I am paying money for these things. Its fast food I get it but I would at least like some quality to it... I think I may just go to the other location from now on or skip out on dairy queen in Helena altogether.

I went to the DQ on N. Montana Ave. (Helena, MTand somehow a combo #8 (triple stack Flamethrower mealand one cheeseburger (not a meal, a cheeseburger by itselfwas $16.78Not worth it at all! It is cheaper to go to a real restaurant.

Took my grandkids there for lunch.First customer s the floors and tables dirty from the day before.Order was not right.Had a blizzard to go had to ask for a lid.Not happy with the quality or quantity of the food for the price.

1 star is wayyyy too many, they have never once gotten my order right, and it’s obvious they don’t care about anything, if you want ice cream just go to Safeway or literally ANYWHERE else.

Placed order through app. Was ready when I arrived. Great service. Good staff. Will go again!

Dairy Queen & I have a Long History -Chix Strips n Country Gravy are always a Good Comfort Food, but from Dairy Queen CLASSIC!!!!!TODAYS experience did not lack in anything... drive through was slow moving but I think We should all slow down and enjoy life just a Bit MORE!!!!!

Even though it was very busy the tables were clean. And the food is always fresh and hot. And the ice cream treats are awesome.

Drive thru experience was not great. We ordered a dilly bar, dipped cone, and a small sundae. When we got to the window to get our treats, the crew member didnt say a word to us, just opened the window and handed us stuff. He was on the headset for drive thru. The dip cone was completely melted, no curl. So I waited u til he acknowledged me and asked if this was right. He told me we were good thats what a dipped cone looks like. Needless to say, one bite into it and it fell apart all over the front seat because it was so melted. Also the attendants hands were so dirty that the hit chocolate and god knows what all over his hands were on the cone and the sundae cup. Just not good

Bought shakes and strawberry sundae. Very good and service was good.

Havent been to this store in a year since the last big mess. Decided to try again,another hige mistake,didnt get half of our order what we did get was cold and hard. The only upside was atleast the 2 employees I dealt with were nice. And of course we get all the way home before we find that we are missing half our stuff and I wont waste more money going back to get it. NEVER use this location again. I will drive uptown!

Quality ice cream, nice dining room but my only knock against them is their drive through. Can be slow and is setup oddly. Many times the line reaches into the street with traffic. Curbside pick-up would possibly alleviate some of these issues.

My girlfriend and I love coming here for our little ice cream treats. They have no problem catering to my special requests.

Ice cream / blizzards/ freezes- they barely give any flavoring or blizzard mix except in the top inch or so of the cup. Ends up being mostly plain vanilla soft serve. Consistently disappointing in grape freezes and blizzards at this location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no bun, got a tinyyyyy chicken and it was old and dry got a tiny scrub of lettuce and they didnt even apologize when I called and told them the issue , usually restaurants apologize and try to make it right. They didnt at all. Very disappointed. When I went back through they said they come out of the oven like that ??? Cant just tell me it was old you had to lie about it?? I did get a refund but they didnt try to make up for it by giving a free meal card or free ice cream card or something.

Never fail to disappoint with the lack of mixing. This was supposed to be a chocolate extreme.

They have ice cream, everybody knows what they have. I havent tried their breakfast and I dont eat fast food but the ice cream itself will always be a classic

They never seem to get the order right theres always something about the order thats messed up yesterday I ordered 2 burgers and a blizzard I got one Burger but they didnt charge me for it today I got cold fries with chicken strips I ordered a simple blizzard with the cherry freeze dip they make dip cones out of they always put something different in it instead of what I ask

They have us the complete wrong order, we got around the block and realized this, went back, and they promptly made us a new order. They even offered us new drinks! They were correct so we declined, however they made everything fresh and were very nice about it.

Website says they close at 9:00, and got there at 7:58. We waited for the cars in front of us to order, pulled up to place our order, only to be told they "just closed". They had a sign posted about closing early on the speaker where you place your order. A whole lot of good that does, when you cant see it until its your turn to order and there is now a line of cars behind you. Do not waste your money or time at this DQ. Go to Super 1 Foods and get your ice cream fix for less than $1.00 , go to the other DQ on Prospect or make the drive to Shellies for great ice cream and great service. This is not the first time Ive received poor service at this DQ, but it will certainly be the last!

Normally worth four stars, but when they have to close early, they dont bother to so much as post a notice. Their staff as of late is on the extreme end of laziness if they cant even be bothered to tape a simple note to their menu boards.

4 Blizzards, no waiting. Fast, efficient, friendly service ice. They even did the Blizzard tip for all four of our Blizzards even though their policy is to only tip one per order. Our new favorite spot.

Customer service was amazing! The whole restaurant is geared towards the customer. For example, if you order multiple blizzards, they will only flip one to keep the line moving...The ice cream was enjoyable, and the workers were friendly!

I’ve been four times in the last 3 weeks and the store was closed. Twice they had a sign on the drive through board that said they’d open at 4pm, but it was 5:30 and the store still wasn’t open. Are they shutting down for good? The last time I was able to catch them open, which was over a month ago, they messed up our order 3 different times and we finally just had to ask for a refund. I will say they were really nice about it, although it was completely unacceptable.

The hours never align with their Google business hours. Hit or miss what time they decide to close each night. 6. 7. 8. Better off going to the one on prospect.

This Dairy Queen needs help!! Twice in the last month I have been in the drive thru and you dont know what is broken or what they cant make you until you are up to the order speaker and by that time you are stuck and cant get out of line. Last night they could only make Bergers and only serve cones!! I could have gone somewhere else for cheaper to get a cone or a shake. The other time I went for a shake and they couldnt make them because they ran out of milk!! Who is running this and why do you not ask for help from the corporate office!!! You need help with your business and right away!! I emailed the corporate office myself after I got home last night. I wanted an order of onion rings and a vanilla shake and could not get either. What a sad way you are running that store! I feel bad for the kids that are working there because I am sure they are getting the brunt of the aggravation from the customers. You need to call corporate at get some better training for yourself and how to order for your store and how to run it or you are going to run that store into the ground.

Very Poor Customer Service. They had a rough day with the fryers being down, and placed signs up at the menu board instead of at the entrance so that you get stuck in a line and just state “well, there are signs on the board”.

In line to order, and when we get to the speaker they tell us they closed at 9 even though weve been there since before that time. Very poor customer service. Block your drive-through if you arent gonna serve past 9.

Well, service can be slow at times, and the prices have been going higher and higher everytime we go. The staff is often kind, but there have been a few times when theyve not been too nice. But still, great ice cream.

Their double cheese burgers 2 for $5!!!OMG they are so juicy and tasty. Just wish it had lettuce and tomato for a super win!And their cheese curds are super good.Service is friendly and cheerful, and it just makes my day when I splurge for a MooLatte!

This location willingly and knowingly allows people who are possibly infected with COVID to continue working. The negligence and deliberate exposure of both customers AND their employees is deplorable. If you want a highly infectious disease with a high mortality rate alongside your blizzard, by all means, be a patron here.

After several attempts at this location we will drive across town to go to one on Prospect. Purchasing blizzards here is practically throwing away money. We always pay extra for extra toppings and always find the toppings are super minimal. Tired of paying for a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Drive through this afternoon for chicken strips. Pieces of chicken the size of nuggets. Two fries normal size. Other 7 fries small hard pieces. Ordered 2 gravy, got one. Not worth trying to support local business when they do not care what goes in the box. Waste of time & money. Will not go back. Other options.

You been to Dairy Queen? Its like that. Sit down/order from the lobby is currently closed, so everyone is funneling through the drive through, which makes for a long line. I sat in it from the street, but it really didnt take all that long. So kudos to the staff for their efficient and diligent work. Oh, and Im really like the summer blizzard options, like the frosted animal cookie. Yum!

Someone needs to teach this location how to make a blizzard! Three times in 1 month that I have paid premium price for just a cup of ice cream. Go to the other one in town on prospect. So much better. I tried to give them a couple chances to redeem themselves. Total failure!

I ordered 4 items, and they messed up on 3 of them. Both sandwiches were not as ordered. Ordered extra cheese and didn’t get it. Very disappointed, because it’s so shocking. Usually, everything is perfect.

Went inside instead of the drive thru. I know it was 15 minutes to close but all I wanted was a quick milkshake. After 5 minutes of being ignored, not even so much as a we will be with you in a minute, so I just left.

Usually they have really good sushi and the prices arent too bad but if you have a special request for how the sushi roll is made or whats on it forget about it they always end up messing it up just order the sushi roll straight from the menu. Dont ask to have things left out because either way they will still be on them.

No burgers?? For over a week. They pay their employees next to nothing. Im sure the management can afford to fix or replace their grill in a timely manner.Also; this place just sucks. The staff isnt friendly, the food is often cold, and they are slow as heck.Maybe the family will start going to the one across town.
