Dairy Queen in Las Cruces

When ordering food seems like all the dairy queens Ive gotten food from. Cant be hard to make food already cooked. Other then the ice cream treats will not get food from here ever again.

Love Dairy Queen!!! Great friendly staff. Although, one young lady forgot to hold my blizzard upside down. But, I just let it go. No need for a showdown. But, Im sure you all know to go to DQ for all your munchies needs. They have it all and plus some. Yum!!! Hungry head off to the DQ in your city of choice. Although we only have 1.

No longer serving steak finger baskets. :-{

They have honey bbq chicken .its better fresher chicken .anywhere..IV eaten in Las Cruces... Maybe... anywhere.

Of course the blizzards are great but be sure to take home some dilly bars

There ice-cream is soooo good! I recommend Dairy Queen to anyone and everyone! There chicken meals are really good tasting and not too expensive! The drive thru is never to long of a wait until around 4p.m, customer service at times could be friendlier, but none the less great food and awesome environment and mood surrounding! Great meals awesome icecream 🍦 😋

This place is ALWAYS crazy busy. We actually drove from out of town to go here. The kids that work here are always bustin a$$ to get things done. On this particular visit the drive through was wrapped around to the main road and the inside had many people too. These kids/employees did a FANTASTIC job. BLIZZARDS N MOOLATTES were AWESOME AND TASTED GREAT.....

I used to love this Dairy Queen and would crave it frequently, but my past two visits I got the same dipped cone and both times they were sloppily made. The staff blamed it on a new person making the dipped cones, but it was months in between and I just dont care. First world problems I know, but Caliches has more options and tastes better.

This used to be one of the best places to get an actual grilled fresh meat hamburger... note:(used to be actual meat)! Now it has gone to processed meat! The meat comes in a flower shaped ready made awful tasting processed patty and costs the same as it did before...When it was actual meat and tasted so good! Now it is literally junk food for sure!I am so glad that I was lucky enough to have taken my grand-daughter to have one of their old fashioned amazing hamburgers before they turned to the cheap side (except for their prices are still the sameand now it is absolutly junk and tastes like it also!I also ordered the chicken basket, this has also gone to the parts is parts of the chicken; that is that makes up their chicken strips. They also used to be made with honest to goodness real meat from chicken, not whatever they are now (it used to be so good!and the gravy was so good as well (THEY USED TO BE AMAZING! Point being they used to be!).The cost however is just as high as it was when their food was made with the REAL stuff! So and because of this I will no longer BE purchasing their food at any Dairy Queen! Because, I absolutely refuse to pay for food that absolutely tastes bad, bland and is nasty tasting processed food. Oh, and one the saddest part of the whole thing is to be charged the same amount for the junk processed food as I was charged for the good wholesome real food that wasnt processed about 3 to 4 months ago (give or take). Unfortunately, I will never ever buy anymore food from Dairy Queen!! I will never ever recommend their food to anyone ever again!Thank Goodness the ice cream is okay and the service is still good.What a shame that this company, like so many others has now allowed itself to skip the quality and center on quantity. They have definitely lost me as a food purchasing customer from now on! Its only ice-cream at Dairy Queen for me and my family from now on.

Today I asked for a strawberry fudge small blizzard, they charged my an extra dollar for cold fudge on top ~ I did not get any FUDGE at all! I love the strawberry fudge blizzard and the last few times Ive gone there, its been different.

I love this restaurant because it has the best burgers and fries in the entire country. Pickles so green and meat so brown. Lunchtimes fun at Dairy Queen.

I really disliked my visit here. Their ice cream taste watered down.

I went here one night and it was a busy little spot. So busy it was easier to park and walk in.But the food and service were great. Yea they are a little high priced but that is to be expected with any DQ.

Paid 31.00 and got home. Ordered 2-6 pieces chicken baskets and only got a four piece and half a gravy on one and five on the other and half a gravy. Ripped off is how I feel and still hungry. This ain’t the first time.

Drive thru full. Parked and went in, no line and ordered and served right away.

Good burger and good batter on the onion rings. But the rings were a bit skimpy on the onion: there mostly batter.

The burgers are good and the onion rings are not sugary (which is good). Too many places make all their batter sugary these days.

The food was very good, as always. They are very consistent with their food. They also gave me a pup cup (without me asking), which was a small cup of soft serve ice cream, for my dog. Everyone was smiling and very friendly. I will definitely go back.

I goes there periodically and know quite a few that are regulars and DQ always received excellent compliments. Kudos 2 DQ maintaining their stellar rep.

Not very satisfied with my visit...asked for a change of flavors for my Banana Split and one flavor was missing. Also ordered a dipped cone and cone was broken and covered by placement of napkin so I wouldnt notice.Not happy at all.

Love getting blizzards with the kids but I forgot so does everyone else still a nice place to go

showed up at 950pm ordered and while in line the lights go out. no problem still took my money. ordered a blizzard large . First off they didnt flip it upside down like usual. well thats because i got milk with cookie dough in it. very dissapointed when i realized it and couldnt go back cuz it was closed.

Made it there at 9 p.m. Sat in line an hour just to be told they werent serving anything but icecream products.Would not recommend them to any1...Disgusting.....

I got the $6 meal deal. The bacon cheeseburger is not large but it was made fresh and with good flavor. The fries were hot and with a drink & sundae the under $7 (with taxprice a great value.

Good place for ice-cream but also have value meals as well. The chicken tender basket is a good choice. Burgers are made to order, fresh off the grill.

Ordered chicken strip basket. Two orders. My hubby had to take back and asked to remake, strips were too hard crispy. They remade and we left happy customers. Thank you!!

Buyer beware, they changed how they make the Chocolate covered Cherry Blizzard. My order came with chunks of poor quality chocolate that would not melt in your mouth so I had to chew it. They used to use the chocolate for the dipped cones which was wsy better. Next time I am there, I will ask if they can make it the old way.

Had ice creams inside with my brother visiting from Texas. VERY friendly, well mannered staff! Clean and cozy interior and great customer service inside!

Dairy Queen 👑 has ALWAYS been my favorite ice cream. BUT today I was extremely disappointed ☹️. We bought a chocolate dipped cone and a chocolate Sunday. The ice cream texture was not creamy and the flavor was just not the same as before. It was more like eating cool whip. The employee that combined the ice cream ingredients made a huge error. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The staff were friendly. They were actually fast. The food, as always, was freshly made not like other places where it sits in warmers. My favorite is the heath blizzard with strawberries no hotfudge...delicious! Its a must try.

We waited in line for 20 minutes, when we pulled up at the window we were asked to pull forward and they would bring it out to us. We waited another 10 minutes when my husband went inside our food was just sitting on the warmer and they claimed they didnt know that they were supposed to bring it out to us. The workers didnt seem to care.Update: The manager called me and remade our meal, the shift manager working today was really nice. Happy they took the time to try and make it up to us. Decided to change my review because I know sometimes stuff happens.

My wife and I went here yesterday for a Blizzard. They still have the Dinning area closed so you cant get in. You still need to use the Drive Thru. cars where lined up in the parking lot into the street interfering with traffic. So a big SUV with a family park and try the door, it was locked they got back into the SUV and drove off. They need to open the dinning area like other restaurants.

This was our first time getting food one of my clients told me they have good hamburgers and come with an ice cream i was very disappointed on the service we ask specific things in our burgers easy stuff mayo no pickles a kids meal no cheese cause my kid is lactose intolerant and another reason well was hard to hear the person and when we went to the window the girl gave attitude like anything else?? Im sorry but thats why u work in a customer service position people change the order for many reason my kid didnt get his ice crem in his meal so our food was all wrong i was so disappointed

The employees are kind as usual and one of my favorite ice creams (Strawberry cheese quake blizzardwas on point like Always.. the line was very long though,the longest I think Ive ever seen there,which was 17 cars including ours!!! A bit of a wait,but well worth it😊...

Although steakfinger basket is good not great anymore. They will give you old fries and "floppy" steakfingers. Quality has been going down. I just recieved this chocolate dip cone. Ugh...didnt feel like arguing to get a replacement.

Dairy Queen is going down hill bad, or it might be this location. They took my sons order and didnt give him his ice cream. The prices for ice cream is crazy dumb. 5 bucks for a small brownie and a little tiny piece of ice cream. Not worth it at all. Ill go to sonic next time. This building is dated and needs an upgrade and to be more organized.The pic is actually an up close.
