Sheraton Dammam hotel, this is five star hotel. The service here is very good. The food is very tasty.

Its cozy neat and in organize i love it have wonderful time thanks to all great crew

Very disappointed!Ordered Minestrone Soup-45 riyals. It was a small bowl of diced vegetable soup. No pasta, no beans, no parmesan cheese!Next-Chicken Caesar Salad. 60 riyals. I slice of chicken breast-like you would put in a sandwich. I slice of cheese. No croutons, no anchovies. Way too much dressing which tasted like a bottled mayo dressing.Needless to say I will never return.

Always fresh products, perfectly cooked and served with professionalism... its a pleasure to go back over and over eating there

Respected Viewers,Thanks for taking your time to looking at my review , In Shaa Allah it will helpful for you ..I had a Italian Mushroom Soup - Price 35/-SR it was really tasty I give mark as 10/10I had a Italian Scissor Chicken Salad - Price 50/-SR it was also good I give mark as 7/10I had a Italian Mushroom Vegetable Pizza - Price 50/-SR it was same as outside nothing specialI give mark as 3/10I have one opinion to my viewer that the water cost small bottle - 13/-SR which was really unfair if possible avoid water with them or-less ask before ordering water bottle.I do request restaurant for 1/-SR water you can’t charge 13/-SR this is so huge amount .. Kindly try to reduce it and make the Restaurant Move smoothly and even the name of Sheraton Dammam ..Alhamdulilah Jazak Allah Khairen - Thanks a lotsFor your kind valuable time to read.

When you talk about Italian food the only place to go is Da Vinci. Start from the bruschetta or the salads and then indulge yourself with the fresh hand tossed pizza or a perfectly cooked plate of pasta. You won’t forget the taste of the pizza for a long time as it’s accurately thin and the ingredients are well balanced. Definitely a place to bring your family when you want to dine out at the weekend.

Very fresh very reasonably priced, the service has intrigued me further, almost like the first time I see service being provided as supposed to, probably because the staff is more attentive than any others I have seen in other places, in the eastern province. The visit was impeccable.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant.The ambiance is great, I take my wife all the time here because it provides that hint of romance in its atmosphere. High ceiling, great music and marble floor: it’s fancy.Food quality is great but it’s not special, menu has variety but the prices are a bit over the top.I’m really disappointed in the inconsistency, and more so in their lack of experience to how to cook a good steak as medium rare, they cooked it well done .. twice..You should try this restaurant at least once, maybe you will catch them in one of their good days.

The food took so long to prepare and when it finally arrived it was half cocked and the taste was of a 1 star resturant. Very frustrating.
