Intimate dining room with a small bar, serving contemporary and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Great place food fantastic
An authentic Italian restaurant with very attentive, excellent service and well presented, delicious food. Lovely, thoughtful touches, such as fresh flowers in the toilets and on the table and olives and bread waiting on the table when we arrived. We enjoyed the set menu with the house white wine.
A great family run Italian with classic dishes and fantastic service.
Great time. Perfect for entertaining clients. Would thoroughly recommend.
We found this hidden gem quite by accident and how pleased we are! Excellent in every way, it cannot be faulted. Thank you so very much to the owner who made our night special for us. He knows what he did and we are very grateful. We will be back again very soon.
We love Da Remo. Having been coming for years. Wonderful people, great atmosphere, delicious food.
Perfect treat for special occasions. Although reasonable prices make it affordable. Great service, never had a bad meal and lovely atmosphere and setting. My favorites include melon and Italian ham, calves liver, Wekk everything really.
The interior was lighter with plenty of choice on the menu. Lovely meal.
Fantastic restaurant and service! Highly recommended! One of the nicest carbonaras we have ever had!
One of the best places I have had the pleasure of getting to dine in. The staff, the food, the management and the ambiance were wonderful.
Food was very good. I used to wrk in my uncles Italian restaurant.. his was a top place , he used to be a chef at the savoy... I didnt think I would find a place that the food was as good... But this was pretty damn close!the home made deserts are very good and the service is 5* plus. The place itself is a cosy restaurant.. not huge but this adds to the atmosphere.Allow a bit of time if you go as I can tell food is cooked from.fresh unlike other places that pre cook and just "warm up" . Because of this you will be there a while but well worth it .
Lovely waiters but the steak wasnt the best😅
We had our wedding reception at Da Remo last night. We are so happy for choosing this place.Lovely food, lovely staff. My family had great time .It was a great night which will be remembered for a long time.Thank you guys.
Very nice Italian restaurant, great food, great service, all good !
Very nice food and service - look out for the specials!!!!
Nice restaurant. Got a reservation at short notice on a Saturday. Had a good time & lovely food.
Excellent food and service. Beautiful restaurant and location. Would definitely recommend!
A proper traditional Italian restaurant with good food n friendly service.
Amazing food with a speedy service. It was a satisfying meal.
Lovely food, good menu and very good service
Excellent food we are there with families for christmas day. Recomend highly.
.i came with a group of 10 to celebrate my birthday on November 13th, we were not disappointed, great food & service. I can certainly recommend " Da Remo "
Great food, amazing service. Highly recommended
Such a shame that Da Remo has lost its attention to detail. I have been to Da Remo many times and have spent a lot of money there. Sons 21st and mothers 80th birthdays and many informal events over the last 10 years. Staff were very attentive and the food was excellent and delicious. I also recommended many friends and family to this restaurant, but I wont anymore.I took my mother there for lunch yesterday for her birthday and the restaurant was not even half full but we didnt have that warm attentive experience that we had before. Ok they might have had a bad day. The main reason for this post was my starter, it was only calamari, it was overdone and the garnish was about 5 days past its sell by date. The lamb was slightly overdone as well and my Mums sea bass was one miserly half of a fillet. Also when I booked this table online , there was was no response, I had to call them to make sure this was confirmed. I also attached my Mums Birthday in the comments, but this wasnt even mentioned whilst we were there. So the little attention to details have gone and I will not return as I can get this sort of service from Prezzo, Ask and Bella Italia for half the price.Such a shame that in these trying times that the spirit, sparkle and of course attention to detail seems to have disappeared.
Came here with a party of seven to celebrate my wifes birthday and was not disappointed. Lovely atmosphere, great food and very good service. Everyone said how much they enjoyed it and would certainly come back. Recommended
We went for my cousins birthday, its somewhere Ive always want to since I was a teenager and it didnt disapoint. The pudding was absolutely lovely 😍
Our first visit was 5 stars, the second 3 stars for below-par Vitello Milanese’s. Life is too short fir below-par Vitello Milanese’s! A lovely restaurant and the staff make it what it is.
Lovely place, delicious food and great service! Worth every penny 🥰 Real Italian atmosphere too! 🤩
I would describe the restaurant as average. Its not bad, but Ive had a lot better elsewhere and for a lot less money. It was very expensive and poor value for money. Stuff to note, which I hope will be as useful to the staff as to potential customers:- having visited during the Covid global pandemic, walking in here seemed like none of the staff knew that the virus was still around. No face masks were worn by any of the staff and when serving, clearing, giving menus or whatever, they were leaning in uncomfortably close to us (were talking a matter of inches). I had to ask on several occasions for them to step back. All staff should be wearing face masks, keeping distance from both food and clients.- if you want to give a better early impression, get your menus printed up on nice cardboard. Get a graphic designer to create something special. Giving a single laminated piece of paper that looks like a teenager has typed it gives the feel of a greasy spoon cafe rather than a supposedly upmarket restaurant.- if you want to charge the prices you do, serve soft drinks from individual glass bottles rather than pouring some out from a plastic 2litre bottle into a tiny glass. A flat coke in a small glass again is not what to expect from a restaurant charging the prices you do.- service was not very attentive. Waiters seemed to be in a hurry. Theyd ask if everything was OK and have turned away before you could answer. On a couple of occasions we were in the middle of asking something when they literally just left the table as if we hadnt spoken! Not on when they add a sizeable service charge to your bill...- the music playing was bizarre. There was no consistency to it yet none of it seemed appropriate for the desired mood you would want to create in such a restaurant. Going from fast-paced soft rock through to very annoying opera!!- there is no childrens menu at all. We got the (youngkids starter portions of penne with butter. That was £10.50 plus service per plate...- our meal came to £165 for 2 adults and 3 young children. We had 2 glasses of wine in total and no other alcohol. For the quality on offer I would say that we could eat better elsewhere for literally half that price.Having sounded negative, it wasnt a disaster. But it wasnt a quality restaurant either. Just very average with much above average prices.Note: official food hygiene rating at time of writing is 4 stars.I hope this helps others and the restaurant itself.
Have been using this restaurant for many years. Food and service very good as always. A little quieter than usual but that maybe the effects of the Covid situation. Would still recommend you try this place. Price very reasonable for the quality.
Staff are always impeccable in their service, appearance and approach. The restaurant is cosy and can either be intimate or with a large party. The food is always absolutely beautiful and the staff discreet and attentive. I have been coming here for many years and can’t wait till it’s open again
Fantastic restaurant, good choice of menu, great food and impeccable service.
This is becoming one of my favourite restaurants. Maybe fourth or fifth time here and certainly wont be last. The decor is classical with wood panelling, warm and light. There are thick linen table cloths and napkins with elegant cutlery. All the waiters are Italian which is rather authentic. The service is attentive without being intrusive.Today we had the lunch menu deal. VERY reasonable at under £17 for two courses. I had the Tricolour Salad followed by Chicken Milanese. I was alcohol free today but the wine list looks good with standard wines up to very expensive ones at more than £200 a bottle.Lastly, the main event. The sweet trolley! If you have a sweet tooth, the desserts are just fantastic. Obviously tiramisu but great chocolate cake, almond flan, banana meringue and more.Service is added automatically but well worth it.This is a great place for a special occasion or just a treat. Guaranteed you will enjoy.
Very disappointing meal. The starters of king prawns in chilli arrived and they were just dolloped on the plate in a red sauce - no presentation and they were out of their shells AND the prawns were hard. Perhaps they were frozen. The sea bass came with a sauce but the skin was left on the fish and the vegetables were hardly cooked. This was a family meal for my fathers 85th birthday. The bill came to £335. Shocking the food was so poor.
The welcome on entering is very warm, there is always a smile and humour with excellent timing here. Weve been several times now over the five years when were in the area. The ambience is very relaxing with its light oak shade wooden panels and beautifully laid out tables, though Da Remo was very busy on this Saturday evening the service was swift and we were well tended, our food was tremendous too, there is something for everyone, that includes vegetarians and vegans, this restaurant moves with the times despite having a traditional feel to it. Well Done Da Remo..
Fantastic dining with outstanding service and exquisitely prepared and presented dishes.House wines are of high quality and are not over priced.
Exceptional Italian eatery in a charming wood panelled ancient building. Seriously well cooked food, speedy and excellent service and squeaky clean toilets. My wife and I came here as a diversion from going to a service station, to say we are happy with that doesn’t do justice to happy! It appears to suit an older demographic at lunchtime.
Livery Italian restaurant serving excellent dishes and wines. Highly recommended.
Dropped in yesterday (not bookedand made to feel really welcome. Great food, Excellent service with a personal touch. My partner had washed dishes there years ago as a 15 year old as was even allowed a visit "backstage"
Very good service from the moment you enter . Food is full of authentic flavour, served hot and very generous portions . Staff take an interest in you and make time to talk like you are part of the family. Always love coming here.
We hold an informal annual reunion for dentists past and present from a localish practice at this restaurant and have found the food to be consistently good and the staff very friendly indeed.Look forward to going again next year.
Excellent food served with traditional silver service. Good value for money. Very tasty and an excellent venue to celebrate an occasion. wonderful lunch.
What a beautiful experience we had here. Turned up with my sales team (after a few drinks!and couldnt have been made to feel more welcome. Great food, terrific service. Will be back!
I choose this restaurant For the 1st time.I felt a Great atmosphere,Fantastic service and waiters were very professionals. The place looks like very typical as well as the village of Denham.I just want to say thank you to The Manager Domenico who takes care of all his customers very kind.Thank you and see you soon.
We were here for a family dinner celebrating a 21st birthday. The food was excellent catering to a variety of dietary requirements. Im guessing that the dishwasher had an easy time as every plate went back clean. Dessert is still served from a trolly and offers an enticing selection. Service is freindly, professional and the birthday girl was thoroughly spoilt with attention. All in a fabulous evening in sophisticated surroundings.
Been twice in last two months for the first time and absolutely loved the entire experience. This is a really professionally run real Italian restaurant. The calves liver is the best I have experienced. The lunch and the dinner fixed price menus are very good value with a wonderful choice. Best to book.
Brilliant as usual good food best in the areaLovely people to look after us. In
Small, cosy, friendly enviroment with good selection of Italian food. Waiters very efficient and prices just about right, if a little expensive. Wild boar risotto very tasty and filling and decent selection of wines. Would recommend.
First and foremost, this is a fun place to go. We sat outside, which was very nice, and the inside has a wonderful joyous feel to it. We started with the suppli (fried rice and cheese balls), which were good. As many others have reviewed, the pizza is very good. However, we found the sauce to be lacking, which made the tasted fall short of our expectations.
Took my grandma here on her 70th birthday, along with my mum and auntie and it was perfect!- The staff were very friendly and they provided good and efficient service.- All food (Pasta, Duck, Dessertswere gorgeous and tasted fresh and home-made.- The location is brilliant and its fairly local to where we live. All this means well definitely return again on another occasion.
