In a rural area 200 m from Steinhuder Meer, this casual redbrick youth hostel is a 3-minute walk from SeaTree outdoor adventure park and 2 km from the center of Mardorf village.The simple, colorful dorms (most with bunk beds) sleep up to 6 guests and include linens, and shared or en suite bathrooms. Private rooms are also available.The hostel serves a free breakfast buffet in a simple dining hall; lunch and dinner are available for a surcharge. Other amenities include a beach, a playground, a dance hall and 9 meeting rooms, plus bike, canoe and sailboat rentals. There’s also a BBQ area, as well as a tent and RV campground.
