the place needed the renovation, it looks amazing.its private, its a happy place to be, the conference room is very spacious, the breakfast was amazing, the staff are very qualified, the bar is just another thrill.i cant wait to come back here, though the chef should improve on his or her timing ive been here twice and for both i had to wait for more than an hour. Kudos to management

D-lux hotel is one of the best hotels in Nakuru County. Observations of covid-19 measures OK, Ample parking, Accessible to roads, offer accommodation, best dishes, best drinks, Security OK, furnished rooms, free wifi and cheap and affordable.

Been here last year ... Passing by a second time... Its Epik... Gone through 5 hotels today 19th march 2021 but I still came back to Dlux!!!!!!

Its a good place if youre looking to catch some sleep.

This a chilled place in Nakuru to come and hangout with friends, have a drink and good food. You can also hold parties here but you can inform the management. It is also very spacious with ample space and very comfortable seats. The staff are also very friendly.

Worst dining experience in Kenya to date. TLDR, bad service, poor food, and worst, appalling attitude. Not recommended at all.We got to the restaurant around 19:20. A bit late but there are still customers. Ordering went fine - the staff were friendly and helpful. Our beer got served quickly, but thats where the good bit ends.From the experiences we had with Kenyan restaurants earlier, we knew we should expect about half an hour for the food to be prepared. So we sat patiently and talked, all the way until 20:20. NOT EVEN OUR SALAD was served.So we got impatient and wanted to complain to the waiter. No waiter was in the room at all. So we walked to their kitchen to see. Guess what - the chefs were chatting. CHATTING. While their customers waited an hour for their meal. Of course we were angry and sternly told them to do their jobs. They finished the salads in three minutes and the main courses in five. This was around 20:30.We ordered four main courses in total - two steaks, a lamb ribs, and a fried fish. The fish was borderline okay, but the red meats were so overcooked that theyre practically inedible. My knife struggled to cut through the steak; my jaws hurt simply by chewing it. Similar story for the lamb ribs.We didnt have much appetite to eat at this point, so we asked for the bill and told the manager that we refuse to pay for the three red meat main dishes. After some back and forth he relented, so we paid the rest and left. The time is 21:00. We basically spent more than one and a half hours, ate practically nothing.If this kind of food and service is their norm, I do not think this place is worthy to be called a "restaurant".

Age is catching up with the shades at the bar....if you arent being rained on inside the bar, youll have to hop-step-jump your way out as the path will be flooded

They have accimodation ranging from 4000 kshs to 85000 . Nice buffet.but pls improve on your choma.Also look at your rest rooms .they stink

This is a cool place just outside of the town centre with a selection of delicious meals and drinks. They play a great selection of music and offer accomodation as well. Excellent customer care service. Good setup for a family. Wheelchair parking and access. Attracts a trendy crowd and suitable for after party meetings. Great screens for watching sports

Good service though a bit slow to engage. K-choma delicious with generous portions of accompaniments. Music a bit too loud for starters and sadly uncontrollable. Good ambience for mid binge but a bit too clubby for a convivial get together.

Slow service and when the food isnt worth the wait. And the hot towels are really stained, youre better of going to wash your hands at the sink. But atmosphere is good.

Their Lounge is amazing also their is delicious... They also have parking space. Pleasant place to hang out especially in the evening.

D-Lux is a Hotel with a Lounge located at Section 58 in Nakuru town. The rooms are great and cozy and the food is quite good too. The lounge is also a nice place to hang out.
